Not a dirty place with grumpy guys. I needed a rear hatch for my 4runner hoping for a paint match. After the tour of Columbia yards, they had one! Great guy jumped right on it, pulled it off and helped us load. Skip Ackermans. Xlnt!

Great customer service, and extremely helpful in finding the parts you need. They were fast to pull the part and gave me a very fair price! Would recommend to anyone looking for car parts, and I will definitely be doing business with them again.

called told them what I needed, they told me they had it. I got there, the man sent someone to get it and I paid and left. Very knowledgeable people working there. Top knotch. ty

Do your research before you buy anything from these guys. I've done business with them for years, but they never remember me. This time they treated me like I was dumb and don't know they're over charging me. They have good parts and just about any part you might want. Just do your homework.

I wish that I could have left no stars. I bought a door mirror with a crack in it at full price. Then when I went to buy a turn signal light it had a hole in it so I asked the man at the counter to lower the price since the mirror and the light was damaged. He told me no he could not and told me to go somewhere else to buy my parts. Would not recommend. I have no problem paying full price for items that are not damaged. I understand it is coming from a parts yard but still.. Very upset. From now on I'll be going to 221 Recycling Center! They are very nice and know how to take care of their customers!

Have used this place for used parts ever since I can remember. My Papa & Dad also used this place. Smurf has always been a big help!

Extremely dishonest. Sold us a car and told us it was safe to drive home. It overheated 10 miles up the road and almost caught on fire. When we told them they said "sorry, you bought it as-is." Lesson learned. Do not trust!

Told me they had the part i needed but it was to much trouble for them to get because the road was muddy and couldnt drive their truck up there so told me i could go up there and get it. Car was locked when I got to the one that had what i needed and then sure enough a guy comes driving up the road in a truck. When i told him i couldnt get in the vehicle he got an attitude and started running his mouth. Terrible service and even the people at the desk have an attitude problem. Will easily take my business elsewhere In the future these guys are trash.

Had a very, very bad experience just now. Went to Vickers to get a fender. The guy called guy in salvage yard, to look for it. I told guy in office, and a couple also in office, to call me, if he find the part. I went a few blocks up street to Bantum cafe, and sit down to eat. The couple came to the same restaurant, as I was eating at, who I saw in the office at Vickers with me and said...hey, he found your part. The guy will call you soon. I said, thank you guys so much. I called Vickers, ten minutes later, and asked for the guy who had helped me, and said he would call me. I said, hey, I just left earlier needing the fender, and you said you would call if you had one. He said, I didn't find one, but I can get you a new one for $75. This made me sad, cause the couple who told me, he had my part is a sweet white couple, and I'm a black woman. Ladies be careful.

Wife and MIL went here to buy a vehicle. Took advantage of them and sold as-is without disclosing any issues, then refused help when it failed on the way back. Basically saw easy marks and screwed them, untrustworthy place.
