Today (11/21/2021) was our first visit to have my daughters car serviced. Shannon s customer service and attention to detail was excellent. She kept us updated on the progress of the repairs, what they entailed and approx pricing. We couldn t have asked for a better first time service with a shop we did not even know. I initially went to Brooks for their good reviews, however I was sorely disappointed. I wish I could give a review on their mechanic work, however in the month of my car sitting in their shop, they had not touched it. They told me what could *possibly* be wrong with it, but apparently had not had time to "check it check it." Whenever I tried calling (sometimes up to ten times back to back) I never once got a response. My advice? Stay far, far away if time is of the essence for repairing your vehicle, or any semblance of customer service is important to you.

Did a great job on my air conditioning. Reasonable in price. Very dependable. If they say your car will be ready by 4 usually call s hour or so before saying its ready.

Great people, they dont try to over charge you .Trueful, reliable honest..They tell you just what they see , is the problem and they fix it...They let you know up front what is the problem and explain to you what they can or can't do...Good people...I highly recommend this repair and tire and muffler shop and towing too...

Ordered tires, went back the next day for mounting and balancing, they were installed in about 30 minutes or less.
