I have been using Strickland Brothers for the last two years and I can t speak highly enough of them. Every staff member is kind, thorough, and efficient. I have gone on lunch breaks, Saturday mornings, and just before closing. They always get me in and out with ease! Highly recommend using them.

Pulled up to get an oil change waited about 3 minutes before they took my order. They explained details of the order pulled me in changed oil. I was in out and done within 20 minutes the whole visit. If that long. My second time here and I will be going back. Love the fact that I could drive up didn t have to get out of my car. No more Walmart oil change for me.

I pulled into the lot behind another car in the right bay. The left bay had a cone in front of it. I waited about 7 or eight minutes. Another car pulled up on my left side. A customer got out on the passenger side and walked up to and into the bay area (there was a sign that said no one is to enter the bay area) to where the attendant was working on the first car and started talking to him. The customer then motioned for the diver of his car to pull forward and the attendant started working on their car. I was so angry I just left. The attendant did not ask me why I was there. He just started working on that other car. All I wanted was for him to check the tire pressure in my tires. I will never go there again.

Staff was kind and professional at all times.It was a short visit. I would have been 6th in line at walmart & waited approximately 45 minutes for each car ahead of me.Staff = 5 stars. Price =3.8 stars. Price was a bit high, but I used a $20 promo coupon to reduce the cost.I would go again.

This place is great!!! I love that they were so thorough and that I could stay in my car. Ashley, Eric and Mike are very friendly and genuinely appreciate your business. They changed my oil and oil filter, changed my engine filter and cabin filter, checked and topped of my coolant, checked and added air to my tires, changed my back window windshield wiper and showed me each item giving me the option of changing it out or not. I didn't feel pressured, but felt very fortunate that they were looking out for me. They checked my front windshield wipers too and let me know that they were OK, but may need changing next oil change, which because of the quality of oil they used, I will not need another change for 6000 miles. I love we have this place and so convenient!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

My husband has used SB for some time now. He says he has always been treated very pleasant and professional. The "crew" there at Cheraw SB are very knowledgeable in regards to all your vehicles requirements and needs. We are happy to receive the "Veterans" discount! Very efficient and friendly.I liked that they double checked everything with each other and showed me the dip stick when they were done. The gentleman in charge seemed concerned they took a little longer than 10 minutes. Not their fault. They had trouble putting a cover back on. They even cleaned out the nest something had built on my engine and checked the air filter and other things for damage. Great crew. I will go there again.Service: Oil change

They are the most horrible place. They have cost me OVER $1000 now in car repairs because that are too incompetent to do an oil change correctly. Do not go here unless you want them to destroy your car costing you thousands as well.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
