Had a issue after having my car lined up but after a phone call they made it right by me. Hard to find a place nowadays that will go back and make something right. Definitely recommend and will use again.

I need to apologize, my mind is not what it once was. I read the. dot code 1M3 KT 04UX 3923 but my mind kept telling me it is 2024, NOT 2023. I don't know if I have ever bought Michelin Defender LTX M/S�that were only 3 weeks old. My mind would not accept it as reality. So here the benefit of GRANT'S, My best price was $258ea. The average mounting and balance $25ea. Now that is $35 per tire times all 5 tires. So Grant's Automotive saved me $175. I don't know about everyone else but on S.S., Medicare I need every dollar I can save.Thank you Grant'sService: Tires

Great guys. Had a tire pressure issue, they corrected them all, and wouldn't take a penny. When it's time for my oil change, I'll be going back.

Grants tire and auto in Cheraw. I m glad they are doing so well, that they can answer the business phone as if you re bothering them.That s also so nice that your service is so elite you choose to speak to new customers or potential customers as if they don t matter and aren t worth hearing. I can take the hint you don t need my money or business. Congratulations on doing so well. I like to support local businesses, this is not a business I ll ever support. Completely unacceptable rudeness for no reason. Rude, belittling, aggressive and sharp toned.

First visit to this auto shop. They have chairs inside if customers decide to wait on their vehicle. Looks like they offer coffee and they have a TV for viewing. I will recommend and be back for more service.

Always very friendly and thorough service. They don't take appointments and work on vehicles in the order of arrival. The last visit I had my car towed in for a major breakdown and I was picking it up in less than 24 hours. They always give helpful information and don't try to sell you parts and repairs that you don't really need. I'm not sure how their prices compare with others in the area, but I feel like I'm definitely getting what I pay for. I have a reliable vehicle that I can safely transport my children in, and I can't place a price on our safety. Thank you all Grants gentlemen!!!

I was traveling through from out of state when I got a flat tire. Even though it was very late in the day, they were able to help & quickly get me back on the road. Thank you!

Was a nice place coffee smelled good i didn't partake but thats only because powder creamer is my enemy had i had my creamer in the car i would have been all over it. Had good convo with staff and clients while getting tires looked at. I will be going back soon service was fast and friendly and the place was clean.

I will always be a customer having no knowledge of car or car repairs I solely depend on Grant's Express Tire & Auto in Cheraw South Carolina everyone so pleasant will do everything they can to help they know me by name and my car it's like is there car and I know just what it needs when it needs it and they take care of it and I am safe on the roads I will never go anywhere except Grant Express Tire and Auto trust me people I drive everyday about 200 miles per day they allow me to stay on the road safely

I CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO SCHEDULE SERVICE WAS TOLD TO BE THERE AT 8 AND WAS THERE 20 BEFORE TIME. I SAT THERE FOR 2 AND HALF HOURS AND CUSTOMERS WERE SERVICED BEFORE ME WHEN I SAID SOMETHING THE MANAGER WAS REALLY RUDE TO ME AND I LEFT AND WENT ACROSS THE ROAD TO CHERAW CHEVROLETService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
