The female staff member who help me was extremely polite and professional. Not only was she knowledgeable she quickly discovered my issue and quoted a reasonable price. I commented her for she was up against a certified technician who was with who had stated the problem before we got there. I have been to Lee, Darlington, and Florence County stores.This was the best one so far!Store was clean and organized. The only complaint I could have is the parking is tight. A little difficult parking and backing up to leaving. Handicap assessable.Over all. Short but pleasant visit. Highly recommend.

Auto parts store with a variety of items for your vehicle. I was looking for windshield wipers, they did not have Bosch but had another type. The pricing was pretty expensive. I wouldn't say, I recommend purchasing wipers but other items may fit your budget. They also need a better management when it comes to hiring.

Went to the Advanced Auto the other day to get stuff to do an oil change in my truck 2003 Toyota 4Runner I usually pay about 50 bucks on the things that I need they tried to charge me $90 so I decided not to buy my stuff at the Advance Auto in Cheraw I drove up to the Advanced Auto installings where I asked for the exact same items and only paid $50 the store in Cheraw might need to make sure that their employees know what they're doing when they're ringing people up $90 to buy stuff for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous

Order parts 2 days before and when i go to pick it up there weren't there. I had to send up on O'Reilly's and they have both.

Needed a lawn mower part. They didn't have one in stock. Had to wait until the next day and get it at NAPA

John helped me find the right battery and honored the same discount I found online. I hope the battery longs atleast as long as the last one I had! Cheers for their customer service. Got autocraft gold t5 battery for my Nissan versa 08 with 3yr replacement.

Good fast service dont always get the right parts the first time but always fixes it ... would be 5 star but ordered parts from here before that they said would be next day, and took a week to arrive but friendly staff.

We went for a rear wiper and seat covers. The man that helped us was very polite. I had inadvertently written a bad review for this location but I have since taken it down.

Tried to return two unused wrenches for in-store credit and they wouldn't and they exchanged a can of starter fluid that didn't sorry but was full but I had purchased another at Walmart for half the price twice the size that worked so now I'm stuck with an extra tiny bottle of expensive starting fluid will not return to this store

Advance Auto ant worth a damn because they wouldn't give me my money back they got they part but i could not use it I had to go to the Honda place to get my piece put on and I paid the Honda people and I took them they piece Backand the receipt and they still wouldn't give me my money so advance ain't hit on s*** I thought if you got your receipt you supposed to be able to get your money back and I needed my money I don't have money to give away so if you can call them and tell them the lady that bought the power steering pump back will you please give her her money back I don't need this card thank you

Went to order a part but was cheaper on line. So we order it online.Then left store. Came back to pick up order then they said couldn't get discount price

I called ahead told the person on the phone what I needed was told it was there .when I arrived they only had one of the items I asked for .but the person on duty when I arrived ordered it for me .
