Couldn t be happier with my purchase from Charleston Powersports! Greg walked out to my son and I as we were checking out the defenders and rangers parked out front and glad that he did! We probably talked more about life and getting to know each other more than purchasing a side by side. He went above and beyond and it was an all around great experience. After deciding on a unit we sat down with Matt and we went over everything. Matt is extremely laid back and easy going. Everyone at Charleston powers-ports is extremely friendly and make you feel as if your apart of their family. As this is my second time purchasing from them It is not your typical dealership experience with uneducated/pushy salesman. I highly recommend visiting Charleston Powersports. Thank you Greg and Matt.

Customers service was great, sales representative Greg did an excellent job of getting me financed quickly and at a good interest rate. Got the wench installed and fourtrax delivered to my house in time to take for a ride that evening. Very pleased!

Amazing buying experience from start to finish. I recently picked up my pre owned Ducati Streetfighter V2 from out of state. I highly recommend working with Greg - as initial communications were seamless, he gladly answered my questions, and provided all the information and photographs up front to make the deal painless and easy by the time we showed up. Greg went above and beyond to ensure the bike was ready to ride immediately from the dealership. His attention to detail and genuine care went a long way to ensure an exceptional experience, and I like to think of myself as a seasoned auto buyer. Not to mention his general enthusiasm for two wheels makes the whole experience more fun for everyone. I would gladly purchase all my motorcycles through Velocity Powersports in the future despite the 6 hour drive!Thanks for everything guys

I had the best least stressful experience ever while making a major purchase. Sales rep was extremely helpful and met all my needs to complete the purchase of my Ducati. I highly recommend this dealer. Please understand when you buy a new bike you pay fees like dealer prep and doc fee. Champion isn t doing anything other than the exact same thing ALL motorcycle dealers do on new bikes. A used bike should be the price listed. I never posted this review so now I ve bought a second Ducati from this dealer. This may be a duplicate review, if so I apologize. Craig

Velocity of North Charleston (formerly Champion Honda BMW/Ducati) was a pleasure to work with! Greg, Chris, Brittany, Zach, and Nicole were more than helpful and ensured my needs were met. I love the fact that they weren t pushy at all and really cared about what I wanted in a bike. They know their bikes and are enthusiasts like me. I ve purchased many bikes from dealers over the years and this was probably my best experience yet. The shop itself is somewhat small but they have a surprisingly impressive inventory and can easily order whatever they don t carry. Definitely recommend Velocity if you re in the market for a Honda, BMW or Ducati! We love the knew bike by the way!

I had a really good experience here. Jesse in sales knew a ton about all the bikes and really helped me out with choosing the one I wanted.Once i made a decision, they had just the bike I was looking for in stock and made purchase and registration a breeze. They even helped me find and purchase good riding gear, gloves, a helmet, and even a backpack.Premium bikes and great service. I'll definitely be back in a few years for my next bike.

I was looking for my next BMW and having trouble locating the bike I wanted. I ended up locating the exact bike I wanted at Velocity and was fortunate enough to end up working with Max Johnston. This is the easiest, smoothest, new motorcycle purchase I've ever made. Max is a great guy to work with. Very friendly, courteous and professional. As I was in Colorado he stayed in touch through the whole process and kept me well informed. Once the wire transfer was complete I flew in and was able to meet Max early to get the paperwork signed and do the new bike walk through. I was on my way in no time. All of the dealership staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. It was a very relaxed and enjoyable process.Thanks to Max and the staff at Champion for helping me get the BMW I was looking for. A great deal and a great dealership to work with. I would recommend this dealership, Max, and the rest of the staff to anyone!

I can t recommend this shop more. My sales associate Parker was super knowledgeable on the product line and super supportive though the entire purchase process. Harley and Trey were very accommodating helping through the store, had great information to share. Max was very kind and helpful during my time there. I purchased a 2023 Supersport 950S and I couldn t be happier. Thank you everyone for your support, knowledge and time.

I had a very bad experience with velocity of ladson a few years ago but Greg at the North Charleston restored my faith and trust with velocity Powersports. He was very kind and attentive with me as I test drove an aprilla 660 tuono and applied for financing. I would highly recommend this location and Greg if he s available!

I bought a BMW R nineT from Jesse and can t say enough good things about my experience! Everyone was amazing! Max set me up with a test ride and started my journey to a new bike. Quincy led me on a test ride and we talked about the bike afterward. He was great! Jesse was my salesperson was attentive and professional! Definitely check them out when looking for a bike!

Outstanding Ducati Dealership! From the store manager to the sales department to the parts and service department, everyone was extremely friendly, attentive and highly knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure my first experience purchasing a brand new Ducati was a great success; everything went smoothly with no hiccups, and I LOVE the bike!The store manager Kenny's communication throughout the process was outstanding and much better than you'd expect from any dealership. It's evident from the first time you step into the dealership that these folks truly care about providing a top-notch purchasing experience. I would highly recommend checking out this dealer before going else where for your next recreational vehicle purchase! I shopped with several dealers regarding the purchase of new dirt bikes and trading in a used bike and most dealers would not even get back to me. Lil jessie, Big jessie and Max will take care of your every need whether it s the need for speed or thrills of shooting the moon like the good ole boys in dukes of hazard. But, seriously it was a great experience working with these guys and you ll likely experience the same. Thank you guys!

It was a great experience to deal with Max and the other staff at this dealership. They were professional and friendly during the whole process. Furthermore they were the only dealer in the state of South Carolina that had the bike I wanted, a BMW F900r. We had several emails back and forth to coordinate the logistics of picking up the bike, since we were coming from the upstate, and they were always prompt and courteous. These guys are highly recommended!!!

I rode up from Savannah to purchase from these guys. Friendly, helpful, and responsive. Chris, Greg, and Nikole all made the sale and trade in process go smoothly. Appreciated Nikole's patience and assistance on the finance side. And Pam in the titling department was super helpful with making sure the GA DMV got what they needed.

Some of the Staff were a little lazy. We're from out of town, Went to buy a BMW shirt and BMW baseball hat, but it was $43.00 for a hat seemed to steep a price for me. Bikes in the show room were in need of a dust up! Some bikes had lots of dead fly wings on them, The goldwing had gravel on the seat!The bathroom was sketchy and needs a complete remodel.

The Service Department at Velocity (Dorchester Road) has impressed me beyond belief in the one month that I've owned my Gold Wing. Quincy and his team (Gerald, specifically, as the primary Tech to work on my motorcycle) are a wealth of knowledge, who are eager to please, and take great care and pride in their workmanship. I trust them to treat my bike as though it's their own, which is the highest praise there is. I'd never dream of having my bike serviced - nor modded - anywhere else! Thanks to the entire "Back of the House" at Velocity - y'all rock!

Max with Campion Honda was great to work with! I was traveling over five and a half hours to get my side by side and then five and a half hours back home and he made sure to get me in and out all while answering all my questions. He was super friendly and made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this dealership for your next power sports purchase!

So, I have been buying motorcycles for the better part of three and a half decades and this was new for me.I walked in first time to Velocity, being new to town Jeff meets me at the front door, big smile and hand out stretched and welcomes me in. It s End of June in South Carolina so it s hot! Immediately he reads the room and says brother let me get you a cold water. Two minutes later and back with a cold H2O with a quick chat he knows I m looking for the parts department. Of course, a BMW M series catches my eye and we are off to the races. After we discuss some aftermarket options with Zach and Greg helps me with financing, the deal is done. A week later, the bike completed by Colton with a new full titanium exhaust and delivered, I couldn t be happier. I forgot, even when I came back to finished signing the papers, Helen the finance manager was able to provide markers and paper to my young kids so we could focus on the business at hand. I had the cell phones of the guys throughout the whole process and was also supported after the sale! It s not mega dealership and I didn t get lost there! For me, the customer service was the most valuable and impressive aspect of these interactions. I m an exec in the hotel business and I understand great hospitality. This team executed on all levels.
