After experiencing what every BMW owner dreads (a check engine light) | shopped around to see who could take care of the issue without forcing me to file for bankruptcy. I was pleased to find Ultimate Autowerks. Their customer service, pricing, and auto work was top notch. Can t say enough good things! Will most certainly be back.

I am beyond livid. This is the second time that I have brought my vehicle to this location and the customer service was great but the job was not done. After being told that I would have my car back in one day and it wasn't, I finally came to pick up my vehicle. I paid for my fuel pump on my 2016 BMW320i to be replaced. When I got to the gas station to fill up my tan gas was all over the ground! My car is still making the ticking sound when I accelerate after being told that the sound was fixed as a result of my fuel tank needing to be replaced. Gas is all in my driveway! I paid $911 for nothing! Last time I brought my car in to have my air fixed and it's still not working. That was over $500.00! I want my money back! I don't have another $200.00 to spend on a rental for the work to not be done on my vehicle along with cost of repairs. I would like a call back immediately!!!!

Great local shop, took my 2006 330i here and they were very quick to diagnose and fix a major leak, plus the fix is warrantied for 2 years, I love the guarantee. Thank you and highly recommend them.

Wow, this place is great! I waited for my car to get an alignment today after setting up an appointment. The people who work here are super friendly and they did a great job. My BMW is driving like new. Checked out some issues I was having and didn't charge me, but offered info into what the problem might be. %100 recommend! Great to find people who really care about customers not just say they do.Service: Wheel alignment

I highly recommend this place. Very honest and great customer service. Had my BMW X5 seen there- they fixed what they thought was the problem with my engine coolant light- changed the sensor and tank out. Come to find out it was tied to a headlamp circuit and it was a 4K fix. Instead of charging me the quoted $450 to fix the coolant light. The left the parts in and told me it was no charge. Favors like this are hard to come by these days. Save yourself the high labor at the local mega shop and go here. Hands down worth it. Ultimate Autowerks is the BEST at BMW repairs!!! They make you feel like family! Amazing customer service, very reasonably priced, honest, etc. I wouldn't go to anyone else for repairs on our BMW!!!

Autoworks gets the job done. I've never had an issue since I started taking my car there. All the associates are very nice and when you walk in, there ready to help. As for service. Every job that was done to fix my car was done on time and I've never had any issues after. There very honest and the prices aren't bad either compared to BMW. I actually don't take my car anywhere else since I started going there.

I've been taking my 2000 528i to Ultimate Autowerks for over 6 and 1/2 years now and have been an overall, highly satisfied customer. Matthew, Dell, Charles, and Debbie have taken meticulous care of me and my 20-yr old ultimate driving machine. I have placed my trust in their ability to not only routinely maintain my car, but also to troubleshoot and solve problems that periodically come up with an older model car over time. I have never been disappointed. Their attention to detail and their honesty and integrity are what sets them apart from other BMW specialty shops and dealerships. I always feel that they are upfront with me when they diagnose a problem and give me an estimate for the repair. When I drive my car off their property, I have total confidence that it is performing 100% ..........from both a safety and a performance standpoint. I ve been bringing my 335i here ever since my dealers warranty expired. Matt and Charles are definitely experts when it comes to BMW issues and have taken great care of me and my BMWs for the past several years. If it needs to be done, they will tell you and give you an honest estimate. They don t do the sell you a repair you don t really need game and that is one of my foremost requirements for anyone who works on my vehicles! Before they opened, I was taking my previous BMWs to repair shops/dealers that were overpriced, and I could never really be sure I wasn t getting a few extra repairs that I didn t really need, and appointments were rarely convenient for my schedule. It is really nice to have such a convenient and dependable shop to take care of my vehicle. If it s an urgent repair, Dell can always find a timely solution to keep me on the road. I have referred several friends here and they have told me they feel the same as me after their first repair visit.

Brought a 2004 BMW M3 for a pre purchase inspection. This is the standard you should expect from any service center when you hand someone your keys. Everyone here is exceptionally friendly, well versed in thier areas of expertise, and has years of experience. I will absolutely be back to give them my business when this old car needs something out of my depth or time.

I have been bringing my 2 BMW's to Ultimate Autowerks for several years now. The team, Dell, Charles & Debbie are always happy, friendly & courteous. They are helpful, knowledgeable, honest & I don't feel I am ever gouged. I always get my vehicles back in a timely manner & I would not use any other repair garage for my BMW's.

This place is great. I don't think I will ever take my BMW anywhere else, ever again. The entire staff is REALLY friendly, and the mechanics are extremely knowledgeable. I was having severe issues with my 2007 X3, and Ultimate's team tackled the issue until it was resolved.A++++++

They ROCK, plain and simple! I have used them for years and will continue to be a loyal customer as long as I am in the Charleston area. No need to echo the above reviews, which are 100% true...but everyone should know that they are top notch. The entire staff cares about their customers, goes above and beyond and their work is impeccable. It is a breath of fresh air to have a reliable and trustworthy team of people keeping me safe on the road. Hands down, the best in town!

I followed these guys from their shop off of Folly and would follow them wherever they go - can't get rid of me, guys! Sorry! Their service is the best of ANY auto repair shop I've ever dealt with and I recommend them to everyone. And it's not just their service and professionalism, it's their friendship as well. Matt, Charles, and the entire crew are fantastic to work with. They have done all my service work since they opened and they have always exceeded my expectations. They treat you with courtesy and respect and never give you any unpleasant surprises. It is rare when you have a service experience that you can truly recommend to others without hesitation... but I recommend Ultimate Autowerks to everyone.

From the receptionist to driving away the experience is excellent. Everyone is friendly, courteous, helpful and best of all knowledgeable. I know I can count on Matt to know whats wrong and how to fix it. It is great having a good mechanic and not having to go to the dealer ($$$$$$$$). Great bunch of people. When I was ready to buy an X5 I went to these guys for advice. Again nothing but helpful. The gave me things to look for and a general history of their experiences with this model X5.

Dell and Debbie are very friendly and knowledgeable and have always been able to communicate my issues with the guys in the back. Service is timely and the bill has always been lower than anticipated. This shop is a true "Mom and Pop" operation and always a pleasure dealing with them. Highly recommend!

I went to this location for a quote, I haven't had the chance to actually follow through, cause I have been extremely busy. But these people know their stuff, are very professional and customer-service oriented. My advice to you: if you own a BMW do not bother with other locations, just take your car to this place and have them take care of you.

UA makes owning a BMW cost effective. German cars tend to cost more to repair. I trust that they will be honest about the work that needs to be done and charge me a fair price for the work. They do wonderful quick work. I went in to have my battery replaced with only a few min call ahead. They finished the job extremely fast and the price of the entire job was only a few dollars more than what the battery would cost at an auto parts store. They also made sure that my three year old daughter was entertained by allowing her to control the tv in their waiting area. I will never go anywhere else.

If you want a trustworthy and good BMW mechanic, these guys are the way to go. I went to exclusively bimmers in Mt. Pleasant before I came to here, and let me just say, Ultimate Autowerks is much better. They will be completely honest about what you need done and do the job for cheaper than exclusively bimmers. Dale is a great guy too! He's the main person I talk to.

Dell and his team are awesome. My only suggestion is to add a changing table for babies for families. I highly recommend them. We've used Ultimate for my 335i for tuning and more and also our X6.

Great experience all in all. Was in a real pickle when my '02 745i stalled out on me at the intersection of Main Rd. and Hwy 17. I had no clue as to how to get the electronic park into the Neutral position. Luckily a good sumaritan was able to get Matt on the phone (at around 10 pm mind you) and walk me through the steps to put the vehicle in neutral manually . They were able to fix my vehicle in time to get me home for the holidays. Greatly appreciate their excellent service.

This store comes highly recommended from a friend. I plan to drive my car all the way from NYC for repairs. My friend could not fix his BMW and was told he needed to get rid of it. He hauled it down to this shop from Columbia SC and they fixed it.
