Cody provided excellent service and communication, and was able to squeeze me into their tight schedule to get some work done on my Tacoma. Management was also very reasonable with fixing a small issue. Excellent shop, will be referring to our local 4x4 club

If you need work done to your truck or jeep, this is the place to go!! I worked with Cody, and he and his team are very knowledgeable and a great help getting the desired look you want. Cody wanted to make sure my truck was perfect and just the way I wanted it. Great customer service!!

Check all of the work BEFORE you leave the parking lot.March 18, I initially went here to get pricing on a long arm kit(totaling $4,000) for my TJ. After that my radiator blew up, March 25. I brought the Jeep back to them and place an order for a new radiator, a new rear bumper + tire carrier and ask specifically for a suspension inspection(that cost $115) with recommendations on what would be the next stage of upgrades to eliminate a problem I was having with steering. All of that totaling up to $2000. I picked up the Jeep, pay for the work, was handed my keys and I waited for a report from the inspection, nothing. I said so what about the inspection?? He said "if there was something wrong, they'd tell me". They didn't even do ANY inspection on my Jeep because they completely missed the obviously leaking fluids found on my transfer case(See pictures). Rescheduled for another inspection a week later, after the inspection they said I needed a steering stabilizer. Washed my rig and find scratch's in my paint from the rear bumper. I then go look at the radiator, they damaged the ALUMINUM fan blades in many different spots! When I brought it back, the sales manager and one of the mechanic came out to look. Once they saw the radiator, they said it was only COSMETIC damage and wouldn't hurt the performance of the radiator. I looked at the guy and said you won't buy a "NEW" windshield with rock chips already in it would you? So after going back and forth, he(the mechanic) told me he could repair it with a radiator repair tool. They said they needed to order it and that they would call me when it came in, THEY NEVER called. So I called and set up an appointment. I bring the Jeep back in the early morning and I get it back that afternoon.....THEY NEVER EVEN FIXED ANYTHING, they made it WORSE! So I flat out told the sales manager I will not except their work and that they needed to replace the whole radiator. He again tried to tell me that it was only cosmetic and wouldn't hurt the performance of the radiator. I still would not except the radiator. So he tells me to take pictures of the damage on the radiator and the serial #. His solution was to send those pictures to the manufacture(Mishimoto) of the radiator and tell them that they sent a damaged radiator, so that Mishimoto would have to pay for the damage and not 4Wheel. He(sales manager) never owned up to the damage done by his shop. The radiator was shipped around May 9th and again they tell me they'll call when the radiator comes in...3 weeks go by and no call. So I emailed(May 31st) them and ask for an update on the radiator. Found out they HAD my radiator but NEVER called me. Great follow up from the sales manager!! So we set up an appointment to install my new, replaced radiator. We settle on a date(June 6th) and ended the emails. 5 mins later a second email from the same sales manager comes in, saying that the shipping for the radiator was covered but the labor and fluids were my responsibility(I was boiling at this point). I wrote back confirming the appointment date and I also asked if the store manager was going to be in on that day. 45 mins go by after that last email and I get a call from the store manager(Dylan), telling me everything was going to be taken care of and that the sales manager didn't know what he was talking about. So they replaced my radiator again and life is good. I will never go back to this shop and I would advise maybe checking out the Low Country 4x4 shop just down the road before you go here. This shop's only saving grace was the store manager Dylan and is the only reason for the two star review.This shop lacks honor(they don't own their own mistakes, except for Dylan. Even the sales tech never apologized for messing up my work order), professionalism(they don't follow up on projects in a timely manner) and their sales tech are just that sales tech. They are NOT mechanics and lack quality knowledge of proper upgrades for advance applications. Check ALL OF THEIR WORK and only ask for Dylan if you run into a problem.

Anthony is amazing. He is so patient and knowledgeable. He explained everything, made solid suggestions. He even came up with a solution to an issue I've been in and out of another shop with for over a year. I highly recommend. We have made several purchases with them and the service is always top notch.

Rarely do you find a place that has that has the trifecta - good prices, great selection, and phenomenal customer service - but they check off all three here! Went in to have tires mounted and the service was outstanding. Perfectly balanced and ready when they said it would be. Definitely recommend. Will shop here again.

Walked in and greeted by Ryan Wirth. He was so super nice, helpful and not at all "salesman" pushy. The store is clean and full of options. We had shocks, wheels, tires and oil change done by a professional group. My husband is super happy and our truck looks awesome.We HIGHLY recommend this business.

These guys are incredible. Called from 1k miles away. They were friendly and aware of products that I wanted. They accommodated my timeline and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I traveled there and everything was as expected. If you need parts for you truck these guys are top knotch! Highly recommend! I purchased a lift, wheels and tires, and headlights. Super happy!

Had a great experience here having some modifications done to my 2019 Ram 3500. I wanted a slight lift, and bigger tires and rims, as well as a winch and winch bumper, and finally a folding bed cover for the truck bed. Cody was the one who helped me. We spent a good hour+ browsing all of the available rim options, because I knew what I wanted, but couldn't see it in any of the options. Through his patience, I finally landed on the one I knew would work. He also guided me through picking the right amount of lift for my truck, constantly searching on his computer for examples of my truck, with different lift heights, as well as the rim and tire size I wanted...so I could see what the end result would potentially look like. At no time did I feel like he felt I was a burden, despite me being methodical (slow?) and purposed in my decision making. He was 100% in the whole time. I came to 4WP on the recommendation of my cousin, and I will have no hesitation to send people here because of the experience Cody gave me.

This place is amazing. Always willing to help even when the questions aren t the smartest. Even had the gm look into getting a lift kit for my other car, a Kia. For now it s a no go but I know this place will figure it out. Thanks again for all the help and to the store manager! He is a true rock

Managers, man, they're like the DJ of a store, spinning the tracks of customer service. So, I strolled into 4 Wheel Parts, right? And there's this manager, Daniel Ramadanovic. Let me tell ya, he's like the DJ who dropped the sickest beat for my off-road adventure.Daniel's got this way of making you feel like you're the headliner at a rock concert when you walk in. He's like, "Hey there, welcome to 4 Wheel Parts! What can we jam on for you today?" I mean, it's like he's introducing you to the main stage of truck accessories.Now, here's the cool thing about Daniel. He's got knowledge flowing out of him like a waterfall of automotive wisdom. You ask him about tires, lift kits, or winches, and it's like he's freestyling a rap about torque and horsepower. I asked about off-road lights, and he dropped knowledge bombs like they were confetti at a New Year's Eve party.But the best part? Daniel's got that laid-back vibe, just like Mitch Hedberg. He cracks jokes that sneak up on you like a ninja, and suddenly you're laughing about lug nuts. Very happy with how my Grand Cherokee! The team was excellent in helping me find what I wanted with out breaking my bank. I was a bit concerned going in there by myself but the staff was easy to talk with and educating on what all went into my project. Will definitely recommend to anyone!

Terrible experience with service. First they installed the part wrong after waiting weeks for an appointment. Then I had to wait weeks to get another appointment to repair their error. I specifically told them I would come in this morning and wait. When I arrived today I'm now told they won't correct their mistake until 2PM.To add insult to injury prior to my return I asked about installing another item. I understand mistakes happen so I thought I might as well make the most of my time. The store told me I needed to come by to look at the job even after I offered to email them the directions. After a painfully long drive I arrive with the parts and directions. The service manager literally didn't leave his office and told me no.A collosal waste of my time. Never again with this place!

I definitely owe these guys more than a recommendation! It took me a month to pick out the new top I wanted and another month to figure out how to use it! I've had several "please help me!" drop-ins and I've left them all knowing more than I knew walking in. I'll be a Jeep Girl for Life so unfortunately these guys are stuck with me!

Very helpful on the phone before my purchase. Helped me out with getting the sale price when I was a day late. Super helpful loading onto my too-small trailer, even donating a couple of tie-downs so I could make the 1.5 hour trip home.
