I am beyond thankful for this business. My F250 6.7 starter went out and I searched everywhere to find a tow or a business that could get me in on a Friday.. I could not find anywhere without paying an arm and leg. They came out diagnosed the truck and changed the starter in 2 hrs. Absolutely thankful and I highly recommend them. The video is the old starter!

Absolutely amazing work, starting off with diagnosing the wastegate actuator on my car, to helping me find the part I need. Installing it took no time at all, teaching me step by step while installing. While taking it for a test drive, junior noticed the car was stalling a little bit when engaging turbo so after a deeper look Junior noticed some sensors needed to be cleaned off. Took it for another test drive everything was working perfectly! Great price as well!

They did such an amazing job. I ended up having issues with my car. I was scared to drive it to their shop because it might not would have cranked. They had someone come to my complex and literally installed the alternator for me. It was at a decent price as well.I also had another issue after and they fixed it. I was able to take my car in and they looked at it free of charge. This was such a painless project and I would definitely recommend them.

On the way home from working in Charleston and my Nissan Murano engine light started flashing. Found them by a Google search after 2 chain stores told me they were too busy. He diagnosed and got the parts quickly and repaired while I waited. Amazing customer service. Kind and respectful and on top of all that, was less than another quote I got by $50. Building appearance doesn't do justice to the professionalism and quality of the business!

These guys are the best. They don't play around when it comes the repairing your vehicle. Speedy turnaround time with great communication on what's going on with your vehicle. They helped me out with my 18yr old vehicle in terms of getting back in top condition. I appreciate the great service and expertise. Thanks guys! Had a 98 obs that had been running rough and finally quit, nobody could get it running even after replacing a bunch of parts, so I called these fellas and in a few weeks they went through the truck cleaned up grounds replaced the distributor and cam correlation sensor and coils and managed to get the truck running better than ever. Would recommend these guys, if they can t fix they will call someone who can to make sure your vehicle works and they have cheap prices best in town only paid a few hundred bucks. I went to this place to inquire about a car to purchase. I waited about 30 minutes outside. I finally went inside the office and nicely told him, I see you are busy with a client, how much longer will it be before you can help me, because I have ppl in my car and a disabled child waiting. He shrugged his shoulder and basically said nothing. The client he was working with tried to speak Spanish with him to let him know what I said, but nothing. Customer service is flat out disrespectful. One I m not going to do is beg a company or person to take my money. Stay away from this place ppl.

I can not begin to tell you all how amazing of a service Mr. Jr. And his staff blessed me with them he even took care of my car all in the same day. I had other places they could not help or had the necessary man labor then here comes this God sent to repair it I am beyond grateful for this mobile shop! I highly recommend them, my family uses them as well! Worth more than 5 stars!

Terrible!!!!! They made me wait a week for an appt. Then never showed. I called, they answered and said someone was on the way and they never showed, smh Poor professionalism!!! I only clicked on one star just so I can post this.

Jr went out of his way to help me with a flat tire and a dead battery! There are VERY few mechanics that will go above and beyond to willingly and honestly help someone. I recommend this mobile mechanic !

Best mechanics I've ever found. Got my Dodge Grand Caravan running perfectly after Drive Auto sales sold me a vehicle that apparently had no maintenance what so ever and I was left calling AAA because of a blown head gasket. JR charged me same price to replace engine and rebuild transmission as AAMCO was going to for transmission.

Our Honda Odyssey started making a weird noise from the engine and I was hesitant to drive it anywhere. They sent a mechanic who diagnosed a failing timing belt tensioner and water pump. I was provided with a quote and after agreeing to complete the service they ordered the part and scheduled me for the first available appointment. Because it was a more substantial service and should not be driven, they also arranged transport to the shop after the part arrived. The car was ready the following day and they dropped it back off to the house. Super convenient and the car is running smoothly once again! Originally thought this mechanic did an amazing job on our starter.... Come to find out as we are broken down at speedway tonight come to find out they rigged everything... From the starter all the way to the battery. Spent $150 just to be broke down multiple times since!! Motorists beware!!

Called vendor to let them know I needed a mobile mechanic to replace a serpent belt around 4pm. Vendor set appointment next morning. Technician address the issue and said the cause of the belt to break was a bad tensioner. I got parts and they replaced in few hours and I was back on the road again. Pricing was fair. We were stranded at the port just got off the cruise ship. Called many mobile mechanics and only one answered and came to me. God lead me to this team of mechanics and I am so grateful. Jr went out of his way to help and get us back running and back home to Tennessee.I will recommend and tell everyone about his customer service. I have found my new permanent mechanic!My car have been to 4 different shops within the last 3 months and the mechanics just charged me an arm and a leg and my car still was not fixed. One call to the mobile auto shop they figured it out and fixed my car. They were very knowledgeable and reasonable. I differently will refer everyone I know to them!!!

Mrs.Lydia s customer service was outstanding I most say she shopped around on a Saturday to find the best price for my alternator replacement her communication was absolutely amazing as well from start to even after the finish of the replacement of my alternator & doing my oil change making sure I was happy with the service provided,which I must say their work and customer service along with communication was outstanding as well I ll will be taking all my future business to them from here on out price was very reasonable as well and best thing of all was they did the job in my front yard THANKS AGAIN MOBILE AUTO SHOP YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST
