Everyone is super friendly and the process was very easy and they did a wonderful job repairing my car! Got into a hit and run and had a very long and ugly scratch and dent. My car looked good as new when I got it back. They are also super fast as it only took them 2 days. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

They are amazing!!!! My car had damage on 3 sides and they fixed the entire car in a week! I am so impressed, I have never had service done this fast and done WELL. They also went beyond and washed/waxed my car, cleaned up some small spots/scrapes that were not part of the damage I went in for, and wiped down the interior. Honest, ethical, impeccable work at a reasonable price. We live in Dunes West and my neighbor told us about the Singletons and what a fantastic job they do for their clients. They were right - superb quality, excellent service, and fast turnaround with a smile. Singletons are some of the kindest individuals around. Mr Singleton cares greatly about the quality of his work and Mrs Singleton is a pleasure in the office. My family and I are in Charleston visiting and our vacation was dampened yesterday evening after we had experienced some front bumper damage to our car. We googled for an auto body shop and Mr. Joseph Singleton's repair shop popped with several raving reviews. We took the car in this morning and Mr. Singleton and his team fixed our car for us on the same day at a very reasonable price. All those raving reviews have been validated for us after today's experience. We are very grateful to him. He and his family are wonderful people who are sincere , God fearing and delight to interact with.

I've had a few fender benders in my time so unfortunately I feel I have a pretty good understanding of the body and paint business. With that said, I have to say that Mr. Singleton is probably the best auto body guy I've ever dealt with. He's fair, he's honest and does absolutely the best body work. I needed a new bumper, and some back end work on my car. I went to 2 other shops b4 visiting his shop. Was told 7-10 days for completion and a few thousand $. Mr. Singleton looked at the damage, 3 days and very reasonable price. Great service, Great work and fair pricing. 5 stars. VERY SATISFIED

Mr. Singleton and his wife run a wonderful business - incredibly nice people. Gave a quick and very fair estimate and finished fixing up a large scratched area on my front bumper quicker than originally quoted, and my car looks good as new! Highly recommend, will be returning if needed!

Great job, nice people. If you prefer to do business with a locally, family owned company versus a big corporation you've found where to go for your body shop needs. Mr. Joseph runs an honest operation, does a great body and paint job and stands behind his work. Hendrix disrespected my time being over 30 minutes late for my estimate and was over DOUBLE the price. NO THANK YOU. I like my money in my pocket. Singletons was easy to schedule, delivered as promised and will see me again if I have a need for paint and body work. Mr. Singletons daughter even offered to take me to work. You won't find nicer people, doing a great job and you're supporting your community since their money goes back into the local economy instead of some big corporation who doesn't care about your time and rips you off. Go to Singletons, they'll treat you right.

I needed to find a place to get some bumper repair work done on a Porsche Panamera. After reading so many other good reviews, I chose Singleton's. A sweet local family owned business and they couldn't have easier to work with (and they have adorable kids and grandkids too!). Prices were very reasonable and the work was completed ahead of the quoted time frame. Hopefully I don't have a need to visit again anytime soon, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Thank you!!

I had several pretty deep scratches on the front bumper of my car and Joseph fixed it up for less than half of what other body shops in Charleston offer. It looks absolutely brand new. The people here are friendly and personable and get the work done quickly. Highly recommended

Mr. Singleton & his team are fantastic! My wife had some front end damage and they worked with our insurance company to get everything taken care of. Looks brand new!In fact, I was so happy that I have my old Land Cruiser FJ60 in the shop right now getting restored & resprayed...can't wait! Thanks guys!

Singleton's is professional, skilled, and wonderful! They did a GREAT job fixing up my car!I was on my romantic honeymoon... and I hit my car, burst my tire, and the floor of my car was ripped to shreds (which totally killed the romantic mood!) We needed a close-by place that could fix it up right away!Joe and Lamont did a FANTASTIC job fixing it - even though this isn't their typical specialty. They did it while we waited. Their office manager Josetta is friendly, skilled, and professional.This is a family run establishment that showed us the meaning of southern hospitality. We are SO grateful and we can't recommend them highly enough!Thank you for saving our honeymoon, Singletons!!!

Wow the reviews on here are not at all accurate. The person at the front desk is not competent, they promised to get back to me by the end of the day (I brought a grille for an estimate to be painted in at 10am), I made a reminder call to them at 2:45 and NOTHING, no call after they closed! NOT professional AT all but typical of the South. They all feel you need to wait to be on their lazy, slow time even though they promise it way sooner. I CALLED them this morning and spoke with the only guy who does this work there and he quoted me $440! I can BUY ONE NEW for $275. This place was recommended by a friend ho told me they also just had a bad experience there with their other car and they no longer recommend this business because it took 5 extra days for them to get their car painted than promised. Another slow, mediocre, incompetent business to avoid. I picked up my grille and will go elsewhere.Service: Body & Trim

Honest, decently priced, really helpful, friendly, and fast. Never had a better or more comfortable experience at an auto shop. I don t know anything about cars and they broke everything down for me so I knew exactly what I was paying for and stayed in touch to let me know when my car would be ready. They even let me leave my car there while I went out of town for a few days so I didn t have to be without it when I returned

I was horrified to discover that there were 2 stars for Singleton's by my name when I would give him 10 stars if I could! I truly have no idea how two stars were there. Listen, Joe saved my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 6.1 Liter Hemi from being "TOTALED"! I crushed right front quarter panel against a pylon at Harris Teeter When the throttle body stuck causing my Road rocket to surge before I could hit the brake.Geico insurance adjuster said it would cost $13000 to fix it and he would have to total the car it being a 2006. Joe took one look at it and said I can fix that and Charge you $8,000. Wow people like Joe are the reason I moved back to South Carolina From DC.Joe and his whole family are just super quality people...Do not expect a fancy wait room with Heurig coffee, But do expect the finest work for the lowest cost from the nicest people in town. Thank you again Big Joe!

You can truly rest your mind when you have Singleton's Paint & Body Shop do your body and paint repairs.Mr. Joseph Singleton does top notch work, is personable, reasonable, and fair.
