I had a OBS sierra that was at another shop for months and was getting the run around. A neighbor told me about this shop so I gave it a shot. I was blown away by the customer service and most important the communication. The didn't sell me anything I didn't need and told me things that needed to be fixed and other things that could wait till a later date. Its a father and son shop and they are both very nice and professional, they had my truck up and running in less then a week. Refreshing when other shops are not professional and overcharge for everything. I will continue to let them work on my OBS truck.

Man, these guys do good work. My son and I have been working on a project 65 mustang and every time I send it to them, comes back better than I expected. They know what they re talking about. The prices are fair. And the work is always really well done.

Horrible ownership/treatmentSchedule an appointment first thing Friday morning for what we were told would be a 2 hour diagnostics.Dropped my truck off at 9am I called around 330 and got no answer on the phoneAt 4pm Robert called saying he didn t know yet was wrong and that he wouldn t have it finished that day/Friday and hung up not telling me that his business was closed for the weekend On Monday I called again no answer I called again, I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone at 11.I asked if there was going to be any ETA on when would be my truck would be ready Robert told me if I was in such a rush after him having my car for 3 days I could just come get it. When I arrived to get my truck he started berating me. My daughter asked for my keys and he started yelling at her, told her to shut up, cussed her and tried to kick her out of the shop just for asking for the key and to speak to me at 71 year old women with respect. He then said incredibly disrespectful and derogatory things about my daughter.All this to just pick my truck for no diagnosis or answers and him holding it for 3 days.Why make an appointment?And what man would speak to anyone much less a grandmother like this is beyond me.This is not a place to send your wives or daughters.

Robert and his team did a phenomenal job installing my Steeda progressive springs on my 2015 mustang GT! They were professional and personable the entire time! I highly recommend this family business to anyone wanting and looking for honest work to be done!

Roberts is the only place I have my 2005 Mustang GT serviced since it's humble beginnings and to the present he has made my car and me happy. Everytime they do my next mod it has put a smile on my face. He's a shop they will get it done right and will treat you like a friend. Nobody can do that like Roberts. I wish this shop nothing but the best because he does an outstanding job and backs his work. Every time I took my vehicle to roberts auto they did a great job. Very courteous and polite. They ve done everything from tires hatch lock brakes motor work ball joint s.Wouldn t go anywhere but there. Also done in decent amount of time. They re great mechanics. After having our company truck serviced, oil change and tire rotation, two days later my right rear wheel fell off going down the road. Robert refused responsibility. It cost me over 500 to repair which included towing. This is not the first issue I ve had with Robert s automotive. Should have never went back there. I definitely won t go back again.Service: Tire rotations

Roberts told me it was going to be 500$ to do my rear brakes.He I need new pads, new rotors, special order parts. Sounded a little high I went to another guy.He said, you just need one new brake line. That guy was trying to rip you off.. Drums and pads are perfect.Then said 2700 for new A arms/bushings.The other mechanic said he can do it for about 600$ Bc it s250$ in parts. Very reasonableRoberts charged me 500 to fix my AC and assured me he can fix it!When I got the truck back, Said he couldn t fix it and I would need a new compressorCharged me 500$ to tell me thatNever again!!!Place is a SCAMServices: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Air conditioning

I had an issue with my Mustang and decided to have Robert and his crew take care of it. They did mention that they were already busy with other repairs, and I mentioned that I understand. I had my car towed in Thursday, and as mentioned was informed that the soonest they would be able to work on it was Monday. I got a call early Tuesday to discuss what they found, and when I got off work, was able to drive my S95 GT home. Thanks guys.

I have been going to Roberts since my Mustang experience started. They have done lot of modifications on my car and are reliable and stand behind their work. I go no where else because they have the experience to work on cars that are modified where other places are just repair shops. From changing out my differential gears to installing my Brenspeed Cams and Kooks long tube headers. They have done even cosmetic things for my car as well. I recommend them to everyone. Go to Roberts and build your Muscle Car. A course they do regular maintenance as well.

My 72 Mustang had several problems and after a bad experience with another shop I was recommended here. They work quickly and give you an accurate time line as to when it should be done. Very good work and HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Took my stang in to the "mustang gurus" for a simple check engine light. Over $500 later all I had were a few used parts installed and a lot less money in my pocket. When I did some research on new parts they would have only cost about $120 locally and 20 minutes installation. I read some of the Roberts horror reviews on other websites, maybe I should have listened to them. I have since found another local guy to fix my ride and I know the parts are new and installed properly. If you don't believe me google Robert Automotive reviews and read some of the other reviews ...... and listen to them unlike me.

I always take my Ford Mustang to Roberts. They have great customer service and superior service techs that can address any issue regarding Mustang care. I trust no one else.

RIP OFF.. MUST READ! I FEEL ROBBED..MILITARY MEMBERS BEWARE!.. I brought my SUV into Roberts for a vehicle inspection ($89) because I just purchased it and to inspect the loud noisy engine that sounds awful when idling. Roberts confirmed the noisy engine is coming from the idler pulley, the tensioner and needs a new belt (charged me $419.95). Roberts recommended todo a transmission flush and change internal trans filter (charged me $186.48). Come to find out there is no such filter in the transmission. Roberts also recommended todo a radiator flush and add new coolant, which i said I can handle myself. Roberts charged me $35 for an Autozone antifreeze,1 gallon (50/50), which cost only $16 at Autozone. My car STILL has the loud noisy engine problem, and getting worse. I paid for the bill in a total $730. Roberts sold me a $35 gallon of coolant. A 130% markup and $20 profit. The parts are basically at the same markup %. This bill is more than 2 weeks pay for me and i feel completely robbed. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T GO TO ROBERTS.. I was really happy with the service I received at Roberts Automotive. I had been having problems with my van starting and no one could figure it out. Roberts figured it out quickly and changed my starter even quicker at a resonable price. I strongly recomend them and will be using them again.

I went to pick up our keys on Friday Evening after they did some work on our little orange pickup truck. After getting the paperwork and kidding with them a few minutes, I went to the Airport to get my husband. Got the truck back that evening running like a champ! It's a 67 Ford. Great job!!

I had a great experience here recently. I brought my company van to be looked at before a big trip and was very impressed with the service. The men will be professional, kind and even showed me a picture of what they were talking about so I could understand it was well. Thank you again! I will be back for sure.

Only place I take my vehicles. Took my wifes car in for service before her trip to Tenn. They found a problem with the crankshaft balancer that could have destroyed the radiator had it came apart and would have left her stranded. They got the part fast and had her on the road that day....Happy wife....Happy life. They go the extra step to catch things. Only place I go for service. Thankyou guys.

Excellent work on my Ford Focus. Had to replace some tubing under the car and a/c due to being damaged by a flying rock. Honest. I trust them.

I took my car here after having it for a month at Mack's garage, and Robert called me the next day after dropping it off and identified all of the leaks that I took it to Max to have fixed. He had the car fixed in a day. I will use Robert's automotive from now on if possible.
