I was on vacation in Charleston when the back tire of my Jeep started making a loud clicking sound, so I took it to this dealership's service center to get it checked out. They had a long wait for service but Billy my service rep got me in and my car fixed all without me having to extend my vacation. He walked me through what the issue was and kept me informed through the whole process. I can't thank him and the service center enough. Highly recommend!
