I want to express my sincere gratitude to BMW and especially to the manager, Sam Morrow, for assisting me in purchasing my first BMW X5!From the very beginning of the selection process and credit application to the moment of receiving the keys, Sam demonstrated high professionalism, attentive care to my needs and desires. He helped me choose the perfect model, provided comprehensive information about all the features of the car, and was always ready to answer all my questions. Thanks to his efforts, the car purchasing process went smoothly and without any issues.I am very satisfied with my choice and the service provided by Sam and BMW. Excellent experience with Rick Hendrick BMW. My wife and I went shopping for a new sedan, visiting several different dealers and brands. By far our best experience was at Rick Hendrick BMW. Since we were interested in a sedan but uncertain which model or configuration would fit us best, our sales person, Teresa Troutman took us for test drives in several models and configurations. We never felt rushed and she had helpful suggestions after asking what we liked, didn t like and the types of uses we expected. Even though we knew it was a sales process, it didn t feel like that and there was no pressure (which we have experienced with other places). I had done a lot of research on the BMW online configuration tool, but driving and discussing the pros and cons in the car made us comfortable with our final decision. Plus Teresa was great about answering follow up questions. The welcoming experience (not to mention. a really good car) cemented our decision to buy from Rick Hendrick BMW. We had to order ours because of our unique requirements, and Teresa kept us up to date on the status or our build. Prepared to wait several months, it was a joy to have our new 330i in about 6 weeks. Final details to pickup the car were fast and easy even on a crazy Saturday. Highly recommend Teresa and the Rick Hendrick BMW dealership.

James Kerr was OUTSTANDING!!! I worked with him initially from out-of-state. I would email and call him daily with multiple questions. He was extremely knowledgeable! When I arrived in South Carolina, he was professional and committed to providing exceptional service! The whole Hendrick team was phenomenal! Alex facilitated the purchase, in a professional and considerate manner. Jerry patiently walked me through finance, explaining in detail every step of the process. Trae kindly and skillfully showed me how to use all of the amazing features in my X4 I was thrilled! I could not have asked for a better experience! Thanks Hendrick BMW!!!

The processing time of the paperwork was so quick and easy. Andrew from the financial/accounting department was also very professional and friendly. We want to compliment Rick Hendrick BMW and especially Keaton Adams for an exceptional buying experience. We were not sure we were going to purchase a vehicle during our recent visit as our primary goal was to get an appraisal of my existing car.The dealership was more than fair on the trade in and once we decided to move forward, Keaton did a great job of showing us the various pre-certified X5 s available and all the features available.We also appreciated how thorough Seth Young in the finance department was in outlining all the warranty and payment options available.This is our first BMW product and we could not be happier. Had an awesome experience with Sam & Ian love my new BMW. UPDATE While my experience was good at the time I purchased the vehicle, unfortunately, after the purchase, my experience has been negative. I have tried to get in touch with the sales person that sold me the car about some questions I ve had with the car and for the last 48 hours, I have not heard from him And that s the reason I ve changed my review to a two star. Unfortunately it seems like after you ve made your purchase you re not important anymore. After a bumpy start my sales person got back in touch with me and he went above and beyond to satisfy his customer. I am very happy with the service I received from my sales person. Thank you Sam!

Rick Hendricks BMW is a wonderful car dealership. James Kerr was very knowledgeable and efficient. We never felt pressured. We wanted a 2024 BMW X3 MCompetition . There were none at the location and he searched around until he found our particular model in the color we wanted. We were not sure it was possible, but James found it. Two weeks later it was delivered!Strom Altman showed us the way around the magic table and everything was explained, signed in no time! A very good way to read ,sign, and pay for your new car!Lastly, we met with Adam Ballou and had the Genius show us how to learn the technical way around the X3 M Competition BMW. He was patient and explained very well. He also listened carefully to our questions. I am sure we will have more.All and all it was a very nice experience with very knowledgeable people! I recommend Rick Hendrick BMW highly!

I recently purchased a CPO vehicle from Hendrick's in Charleston. I live in Northern Virginia, but had a great experience with the service center there years ago when on vacation and wanted to buy my next car from the dealership. in summary: I was not disappointed!From the time I clicked on the car on Hendricks' website until Todd handed me the keys, I was treated with respect, and despite a busy dealership, like I was their only customer. Eric worked with me to coordinate the sale and my trade-in across state lines ahead of time, remaining patient with our travel plans and my numerous questions about the car. When the big day came, we arrived to find a giant bow fastened to my new car's windshield. Todd greeted us at the door and I met Eric in person, along with Andrew, who took us through the financials. I didn't have to wait long to take my new toy home, Eric and his team coordinated things so well that we were in and out of the dealership in about an hour. It will be hard for another dealer to live up to the Hendrick's experience, and I hope I won't ever have to find out!

WOW! Customer service and so much more! We have worked with other BMW dealerships across the nation but this tops them all. The attention to detail, the quality staff, and, especially, the one-on-one support offered by the sales and service personnel was exceptional. A shout out for Ian Chaderton, a BMW Genius, who patiently taught me how to understand and make the most of the tech improvements in my new BMW X3 last week. He was amazing! Patient, kind, funny, thoughtful. A delight to work with. Bravo Hendrick BMW. Your product is beyond compare, but your staff takes you over the top in our estimation. Thank you!

My service experience was absolutely excellent. My car started stalling in traffic on a Saturday morning.I was told at first that no one was available to look at it until Monday and that no loaner cars were available. This did not really surprise me.I took it in anyway, and they managed to find someone to look at it, and more importantly, they found me a loaner car.When it was finally ready, it was waiting for me, all washed and clean. And there was no charge at all, since it was just barely under the four years of the warranty.

Our service visit was perfect. It started with easy, on-line scheduling. When we arrived at the dealership, we were promptly greeted by our service advisor Tavon. He was friendly and explained the process thoroughly. When our car was ready, it had been washed and interior cleaned. I had a question for the "BMW Genius" who came out and addressed our technology issue. More businesses should run like this!

Had a great experience buying my 2024 BMW X5 xDrive40i from Rick Hendrick BMW!Trae was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, super laid back and not too pushy, which I very much appreciate from any salesperson I'm working with.I had to go back to pick up my floor liners from the dealership a week later and Trae even took them all out to the car for me, helped me put them in and threw away the boxes so I didn't have to. Definitely a life saver on a Friday afternoon!From the amazing new car to the service, I give this place 10/10 stars. It is hands down the best service I've ever had - I'm a BMW customer for life now!
