This was our first time at Palmetto Ford and our experience was wonderful! From the minute we walked on the lot Mr. Geoffrey was friendly and started helping us right away! He was not pushy and overwhelming and was very personable. He helped to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted in a vehicle and made it a very wonderful experience. I would also like to thank Mr. Dannie in finance for making the final part of the process fun and the paperwork not seem as daunting! Lastly I d like to thank Mr. Mike in tech, once we bought our car he walked us through all the bells and whistles as well as getting set up on the app! We will definitely be back to Palmetto Ford in the future!

This is THE Ford dealer you want to use in Charleston. I ve gotten two new cars from them and their care is top notch. When we hit a small speed bump in the process, they took care of the issue rapidly. I can t thank them enough for surpassing my expectations compared to 4 other Ford dealers in town I ve dealt with in the pas.

Just bought a new Ford Bronco Sport with the help of Tony Barron. I can t remember how many cars I have purchased from Tony over the years but he has always been the best and most trustworthy salesman I know. He advocates for his buyers to give them the best deal possible and always stands by his word. Can t say enough great things about him!

Our salesperson Frank Jordan was awesome! He really made sure we understood our options and felt comfortable with our purchase. He never pushed for the sale, he answered all of our questions, and is the main reason we ended up buying our vehicle at Palmetto Ford. We went to multiple dealerships who were pushy, condescending, and rude. Frank is the exact opposite! We highly recommend him if you are shopping for a vehicle.

We worked with Frank to get a new truck and had a great experience!! We wanted to cut down on our monthly car payment and he found us the perfect fit for us. Went new car shopping recently and stopped into Palmetto Ford to test drive the Mach E. Although I haven t pulled the trigger yet, on the sale, the Sales Manager Brian that helped me was fabulous!!! He was very knowledgeable , and yet never made me feel pressured! Simply provided the info I was looking for and made the process very easy and seemless. Definitely will visit Palmetto Ford again in the near future, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car!

Had an awesome experience with Douglas and Dannie yesterday that ended in my husband and I driving off with a great deal on a 2021 ford bronco! Thank yall so much for making it all so easy! And especially Douglas! After going to several dealerships yesterday Douglas was the first salesman to show us exactly what we wanted and not try and push us into something we couldn t afford! I cant recommend this dealer enough. I sold cars for years and I am completely shocked at the no pressure sales strategies here. We got my wife into a brand new Escape at 0% APR with the help of Juan & Christian (Salesmen) & Brian (Sales Manager). I will say this is the best experience I have ever had buying a car, and you have made a customer for life.

I traveled on vacation from Florida in our 2017 Expedition. The engine light came on and I called this Ford dealership. They told me to come right over. They put the computer on the truck and found nothing to worry about. They were kind and professional. What a lovely experience.

I don t know where to start. The ease and professionalism of this dealership, in my opinion is unmatched. I have bought many cars and trucks, and this is by far the best experience that I have ever had. From the moment that I contacted the dealership via telephone and spoke to Harry who then set me up with Martin, I was very impressed. Martin did everything as promised. It s unfortunate to say that this is not normally what you expect. I drove from Savannah and from the time I arrived everyone in the dealership made me feel like family. The modern approach that this dealership takes in the way that they do business is exactly what people want today. I purchased a new 2023 F150 Lightening Platinum edition and could not be happier. I was so happy in fact that I referred our company a week later and we purchased two new work trucks, we would have purchased four except that inventory is low. I appreciate everything that the whole team did to make my buying experience pleasurable and not waste my time. I have been in sales for 36 years and I don t like to waste time. After working through several dealerships looking for a car, Palmetto Ford in West Ashley was by far the best experience. My sales associate, Ken Papaleo, worked hard to take into account all of the things I was looking for in a car and helping me find one that best suited my needs. He was honest and offered the best advice for me to get the most out of buying and selling my car.Once finding my ideal car, the Ford owners were very kind and worked with me to finalize the remaining details.Overall I am so grateful for this company and their willingness to help me find my ideal car within my price range. I felt honestly felt like a highly respected customer rather than just a general customer.For anyone looking for their next car, give Palmetto a chance. They make all the difference and hopefully you will come out with the car of your dreams just like I did.

We travel full time with our RV and needed to have some repairs and services done while we were in the area. From start to finish our Service Advisor, Joe Luciano, exceeded our expectations! From squeezing us in on our short schedule in the area, to really LISTENING to concerns/requests, and being honest about which maintenance we needed and which ones could be delayed. We plan on being in this area every year because of family, and we plan to have the annual services on our F350 done here each time because of such a great experience. Thanks Joe!

My family and I are in town visiting friends. We drove down from Delaware and experienced car issues as soon as we pulled into SC. Palmetto Ford was the only shop to really try to get me back on the road. They had a new torque converter over - nighted and had me back on the road within a couple days. I was ran into by a car going 50 mph and totally lost my 2019 Ford Explorer. I went to Palmetto Ford and Bill Hunt took care of me and got me into a new 2021 Explorer in 3 days. He made sure everything about this used vehicle was in tip top shape and ready for me when I arrived. It was First class service. Very happy with my new Explorer.

What an absolutely amazing dealership. My wife and I from Pennsylvania were traveling through the Charleston area when we experienced an issue with the starter in our2018 Ford F-150. When I purchased the vehicle I also purchased an extended Ford warranty so when we realized that there was a problem I contacted my home dealer who told me to contact anyFord dealer where I was and they could repair the problem under my warranty. I contacted Palmetto Ford and even though the service department was extremely busy, they told me to bring my vehicle in the next day and they would see what they could do for me. I arrived at around 9:00 am the next day and my case was handled by Jim Moody, an absolute gem of a guy. He expedited my case to a very competent technician who I explained the situation to and he diagnosed my problem as a defective starter which was exactly what I had expected. Fortunately, they had the part in stock and the technician had it installed in short order and I was on my way by 10:30. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who might be interested in purchasing a new/used vehicle or needs to have service on their vehicle. I found every person that I contacted at the dealership to be friendly, competent and helpful to a fault. Thank you to everyone at Palmetto Ford for a very positive experience.
