Stopped by for a read on my check engine light. Have a new way of reading by giving you the reader, and then you take it back in, and they hook it up to their program, and it prints out the results. It's new but good only if you know where to hook the device

Called and spoke with Heyward about a battery issue. He was very polite. Found out that my battery was dying. Without hesitation, he did not try to talk me into purchasing an outrageously expensive product, but exactly what I needed. He even installed my new battery for me! Thank you Heyward!!

This location is great. I've been coming here for 10+ years whenever I have an issue or need a part. Everyone is great and super helpful but especially Tracy and Coach! Always willing to help with a smile and super nice. Everyone there is very knowledgeable. Learn something new every time I go! 100% recommend.

Oh, I went there to get a radiator for my car he referred me to a guy who messed up my car even worse. My hood won t go down anymore. My air-conditioning has stopped working so she s working on my car and my car continues to overheat so I wasted over $400. I ve been calling trying to let them know that their service that they provided has not been working and nobody has called me in three weeks. I do not recommend going to this location because they wanted me to pay them to come look at my car after they already messed it up. My birthday is coming up in my car now has no AC after they have worked on it. I don t know what happened and they re not trying to compensate or even answer the phone for me.

Abraham is his name. He deserves the employee of the year award. He doesn't own the biz but conducts himself professional and knowledgeable and helpful. Changed my battery, recommended tire rim cleaner. Hey just overall awesome worker. Haven't encountered such an employee in a long time.Great job Mr Abraham

I have never stepped foot into an O'Reilly until today. I'm on my honeymoon and my wife's car had a really bad misfire. I believe the Guys name on the screen said Abraham, but not 100%. He was the biggest help I've ever had in my life of going to auto parts stores. This man was above and beyond and an absolute pleasure to work with. We live in central Florida and at the start of our honeymoon, he took a major setback for a trip and turned it into a very minor inconvenience. Thank you so much.

Temp to make a purchase from O Reilly they said the part will be in at 1:00 pm. I went by the store at 8:45 Two guy was was in the store.one was sweeping the floor The other was Behind the counter, The sweeper looked at me and kept sweeping. Did not ask if I need any assistance he kept sweeping. looked at me never asked if I needed help.and I stood there and finally a walk out of the store.Maybe if I was a different race I would ve got waited on right then. I was the only customer in the store,

Well that was silly. This store's website specifically states that they will do bulb replacement installation. My daughter (spending the summer in Charleston, where I do not live) needs a turn signal bulb replaced, so I told her to call to confirm and go there. She called and confirmed. Then she arrives, and they tell her at the desk that they do not install bulbs, and seem offended that she asked. May not seem like much, but she spent at least 25 minutes driving there based on what they told her and have published on their site.

John is the best!! Went in for u-bolts for my boat trailer. Got the wrong size. In fact they didn't have anything I needed. After my refund John came out to our truck to apologize for not being able to help.... But also was very appreciative for us even trying O'Reilly. Really glad we came by even though they had nothing i needed.

Knowledgeable, kind, and decent prices when it comes to automotive products and parts. There are a few I think are most definitely overpriced and you can get them for a lot cheaper online but overall not back. Will be back for sure!

The guys working there are also very helpful. As soon as I walk in they asked what they can help with and tell me exactly where to find it. I used to be an AutoZone shopper, but switched because of the service level.
