Always a pleasant experience with the staff. The facilities are very tidy always. I did have to wait a long time for my part. But as soon as it arrived I was taken care of, and back on the road. Special thanks to Ms. Alecia for all she did, and to my drivers, when I needed a lift, both were pleasant conversationalists. I LOVE my Mini, and she will be back for many more tune ups

Brought our MINI in for an issue with the battery cable as displayed on the dashboard warning. As it turned out it wasn t the battery cable but the ground strap having corrosion on it. Service was excellent and finding the problem and fixing it was fantastic.
