Russ Thames was great. He answered all my emails quickly. Russ had the 2 Mini 4 door Hardtops I was interested in waiting for us after our 2 hour drive to Charleston. The sale itself took a bit longer than we expected but over all a good experience.

Mary Skinner was wonderful to work with she gave me all the information I needed to make the purchase of the most gorgeous Mini Cooper SE. I had been looking at electric Mini Coopers for several weeks and when I found the British Racing Green Mini at Mini of Charleston I knew this was the vehicle for me. Mary trusted me and held the car until I could get there see it and sit in the vehicle. The process of picking up the car was so simple. Mary walked me through all the controls, Russ answered all my technical questions and Seth made signing all the documents so easy. What an amazing dealership to work with. I feel that Mini of Charleston really cared about me and wanted to do everything they could to get me into my adorable Mini Cooper!

The staff at MINI are just incredible and go out of their way to help you in any way they can. They are thorough in explaining the service, provide a video at the completion of service detailing what they found, what was done, and report any issues that may need to be addressed. The service team is incredible. They are friendly, incredibly helpful and in touch with you throughout the whole process. The service area is clean and welcoming.

Mary Skinner provided all necessary information via email to make it worth the 3 hour drive to Charleson Mini. The perfect Mini Countryman was waiting upon arrival. Seth was great to work with signing all the paperwork electronically.Smooth purchase and we are very happy Mini owners of our second Mini.Thank you Mary, Seth & Mini of Charleston

Mary Skinner was great. She was amazing to work with and answered all our questions and made sure all our concerns were taken care of. She even set up a service call for our certified Mini Countryman. We have purchased many car and this is our 2nd Mini and we have never had such a great experience buying a car. Mary made it easy and there was no pressure! She got us a fair deal and even followed up the next day to make sure we did not have any questions on our new purchase. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was very kind, friendly and helpful. I would recommend Mary to anyone looking to purchase a Mini or a used car in the future. Russ was our motoring advisor when we bought my daughter's first car for Christmas, a 2016 Mini Cooper. He is super knowledgeable about Minis and was available to answer any questions and made for a seamless deal. He also offered to take her through the car when she gets it to show her all the intricacies of a Mini. I would highly recommend shopping at Mini of Charleston and getting Russ to help you!

1st visit to Charleston Mini, and wow!!Great service and great friendly service advisors.Just needed an oil change and didn t have time to get it done at my local mini dealer in Knoxville TN, so the ease of getting it scheduled and get it quickly done at Charleston Mini was great!!I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again on my next trip to Charleston!!

We had a great experience at Mini of Charleston! My car was totaled in an accident and I had to purchase a new vehicle. I wasn t super excited about it because my car was in great condition and was paid off. However, you have to make lemonade, right? This is the first time I ever bought a car and didn t feel one bit pressured. It was a comfortable experience all the way around and everyone was so friendly. Mary Skinner was wonderful to work with. She was knowledgeable and helpful and even called to check on us the next day to see if we had questions. Seth was great with helping us through the paperwork as well. I love my new Mini Countryman!

Had an early appointment, was checked in and all paperwork was ready when I got there. Super friendly staff, kept me informed about the progress of the work being done on the car, and was actually done earlier than quoted. When I got the car back, it was cleaned inside and out.Just purchased my 2024 Mini Cooper JCW Convertible. From the start of building my car, Sales rep Mary Skinner was the best. She made sure that the car was going to be built the way I wanted it. She kept me informed all the way right up to delivery to me, I'm so thankful to have Mary as my sales rep (this is the 3rd car I purchased from her). Thank you Mary and Mini of Charleston for a great car.

Mary is great to deal with. I ve boughten a few mini s from her. I like the remodel of the dealership. Service counters could use more space. I ordered my Mini but they have loads of great ones ready to go. Only took 2 mo for mine to arrive. Mary made sure I was all connected w m phone to the car. She explained everything than called me a few days later to ask if I had any questions. And the convertible is loads of fun. This in Mini # 5. The interior is sharp and I love the dark green paint color w the gold stripes and touches. The rubber mats are nice. Have great detailing on them. It s a sharpLooking car. Glad I went back to a smaller version. Last 2 were countryman s. Which I loved. But this is better. And get the upgraded sound system.

Got great service at Mini Cooper of Charleston. Andy is a great service advisor and greeted me by name when I drove up. They took great care of the car and they actually send a video that the technician does to show all the parts of the car and what he inspects and show any areas of concern. that s very helpful.Additionally, they washed our mini and vacuumed inside, and they hand dry it.Facilities are nice and the waiting area was very clean and very uncrowded. They also have coffee and light refreshments while you wait.Hands down the best experience I ve had at a dealership getting service. Thank you so so much. I ll be back.

I Would without doubt recommend Mary Skinner at Mini of Charleston for your car buying needs.Mary was personable yet professional. Bought my 1st Mini Cooperman S and so far I really like it! I always thought they were cute but they are actually fun to drive and easy to navigate the controls on the inside. Some cars like the Mercedes, you need a manual to operate the controls.For over 20 years I have owned and driven a Mercedes Benz which I do love but, the Mini Cooper is great too!I purchased a pre-owned from the Charleston location and worked with Keaton Adams. Keaton was very knowledgeable and had good follow thru. He was also great to work with because he was friendly, polite and professional. I would definitely recommend working with him! I am happy about my purchase .

I wanted a sporty convertible - I wanted a mini cooper. Jerry Pannell was so professsional, genuinely interested in what was important to me. He went out of his way to keep me informed of my status as he tried tirelessly to locate the car of my dreams. Ultimately after three days of conversation, I opted for new vs. certified pre-owned, and purchased the car of my dreams from the showroom floor. I couldn't be happier with my decision. It was because Jerry that I decided on Rick Hendrick - he took the time to explain both options allowing me time to make the right financial decision for myself. He is "that guy" when it comes to purchasing a car. This is why I have already encouraged friends and family to go to Rick Hendrick BMW and ask for Jerry.

Rarely can a Car Dealership yield a positive experience, this is one of those times. We executed a quality deal, trade and purchase of a new Mini Cooper Countryman S ALL4. Russ was great to work with and he was good with communication as our deal took a few days of deal making.No fault of his own, the new vehicle sustained a deep gash in the leather panel of the back left door. The part will take 3 weeks to come in and then have it installed. We will get bonnet racing stripes added then, will follow up with that.

This dealership was so warm and friendly and I cannot say enough good things about Mary Skinner, the sales associate who led me through the process. She was knowledgeable and passionate about the brand. So glad to be driving a Mini and not another ubiquitous hatchback. Love it and loved my experience with Mini of Charleston.

I do not live in the area but had to have my Mini serviced. The staff there was extremely helpful and accommodating from start to finish. Their technician sent me a video of his inspection of the vehicle which included his observations. Alecia kept me posted each step of the way and was excellent to work with. I would definitely have my Mini serviced there again!

She stayed away from high pressure sales tactics but still made me aware of what I needed to know to make an informed decision. We were at the Mini of Charleston for 4 New Tires for our 2023 Mini. We were going on a cross country-road trip and wanted All Season tires due to possible Snow & unpredictable weather conditions. They accommodated us and also gave us a complimentary wheel alignment & car wash Very professional and friendly, would definitely return for future needs.

Mary Skinner is the main reason I purchased my second new Countryman: buying a car from Mary is like buying a car from a trusted cousin.Ten years ago, Mary sold me my first new car and two weeks ago, I traded that Mini to buy another new Mini Countryman.Mary is honest, patient, and not a bit pushy, which is such a relief as I loathe buying anything without a fixed price tag.Mary's advice as to what is essential and what is non-essential takes the sting out of the labor of purchasing a new car.I have sent many people to Mary over the past ten years and not one has been disappointed.Suggestion: give Mary the Salesperson of the Decade Award and attach a trip to the factory as part of the award. She deserves it.Francis McCann

We purchase a 2024 Mini Countryman last week and we love it! This is our 3rd one over the years. This dealership was the best one by far and our salesperson was Mary Skinner and she was excellent, professional and not pushy! We would highly recommend this dealership and Mary!

I would personally thank Patrick Hartman for all his effort and help with purchasing a new Mini! We very much appreciate everything he did for us! Since the introducing till staring the engine and going home with our new car, he was always pleasant, kind and professional! Everything went smoothly and we got Mini immediately! The car is outstanding. We are just enjoying, this is a really fun drive! A couple of days ago, I did not even imagine owning Mini and now I am endlessly happy driving on Charleston's roads!

We took delivery of a new 2024 Mini JCW Clubman a few Saturdays back. We absolutely love the car!
