I went to Midas because I needed a catalytic converter. replacement. Bret was very friendly over the phone and in person which made me more at ease when coming into the shop. They have multiple payment options which is very helpful since certain car repairs can get very expensive. They also had a loaner car for me while my car was in the shop which was convenient.

Excellent first experience at this location, didn't have an appointment but was able to get in and out within an hour for a synthetic oil change, overall inspection plus a tire rotation for about $40 after mail in rebate. Amber is the Service Manager there and she is awesome! Highly recommended! 5/5

I've come here for about 4 years for oil changes and a few other auto issues. I most recently had an issue with my tires that nobody could tell me what it could be, even the dealer. Midas took their time and diagnosed the problem no issue, and then proceeded to fix the issue quickly and efficiently. I was there for under a hour and the work was fast and reliable. This Midas has never let me down in customer service and efficiency and i will continue to come here as long as i live here.

Beware of Overpriced Repairs at MidasI recently visited Midas for a quote on brake repairs and was shocked when they presented me with a quote for $1700. Feeling uneasy about the price, I decided to seek a second opinion from another mechanic shop. To my relief, the other shop was able to repair my brakes for a fraction of the cost, charging me only $350.While I cannot comment on the quality of work at Midas, I must caution others about their potentially inflated prices. It's disheartening to think that I could have been taken advantage of had I not sought out alternative options.In conclusion, if you're considering getting your car serviced at Midas, I highly recommend shopping around for quotes from other reputable mechanics to ensure you're not paying more than necessary.

Had a great experience. Oil change was done quicker than expected, and no issues. Chandler at the front desk also applied a coupon for me that I didn t even know about and saved me a load of money. Definitely coming back for the next oil change.

I needed air in a low tire, they were willing to fill it, but explain the dangers of not having it repaired or replaced, So I had it repaired. It was a short period of time they were extremely professional, and the pricing was great.. and they allowed me to bring my dog inside the building while we waited.Eli, Amber and Chandler really make the difference.

*Update* The manager reached out to discuss my complaint, apologized and gave me a refund for the charge. I find that nowadays businesses rarely acknowledge dissatisfied customers. Chandler was very nice when I went in to get the refund. I really appreciate them making this right.So DISAPPOINTED!! Wish I could pick zero stars. I dropped off my car the night before for an appointment to check what I thought might be the start of an exhaust leak. I also asked to be called before anything was done. I received a phone call the next morning that my car was ready to be picked up. I asked if they found anything wrong and she said they just did the oil change. I DIDN'T BRING IT FOR AN OIL CHANGE! She put me on hold and then came back and said they did an oil change by mistake but wouldn't charge me. I asked about the leak and she asked the technician, came back and told me he didn't see anything when he did the oil change. Since they obviously mixed up my car with another one I would assume he didn't have the paper saying why I brought it in. That should have been a red flag and I should have just went and picked it up. But instead I said I had an 8 hour drive coming up and are they sure there is nothing wrong? She said they could put it up on the lift and check. Again I asked for a call before they did any repairs. She called later and said they did not see anything wrong. Great news...so I thought. I get there to pick up my car and she tells me I owe 76.48!! After going back and forth she basically said oh well, that's what it costs to check for issues. I am still trying to figure out why this "diagnostic" charge was NEVER mentioned in all 4 conversations I had with them. Besides the fact that they mixed up my car, did an oil change that didn't need to be done, tried to say there was nothing wrong without looking and then finally checking for what I brought it in for - they should have at least waived the charge. I feel so deceived, I feel robbed. Shouldn't they at least mention the charge when a person brings in their car to see if something might be wrong?? Lesson learned...I guess I should have asked when I booked the appointment. I wish Gerald's did exhausts because they would never allow such poor customer service.

Chuck was absolutely PHENOMENAL, which is why I can see why he deserves to be a manager!! I rate his service a 5 star one with high exemplary satisfaction. He went above and beyond with making sure that I was able to have my car serviced for an Uber inspection. Even though I came in 30 minutes close to closing time. Chuck and the young lady at the desk both welcomed me with a cheery smile. Not once did they made me felt rushed or guilty for arriving late to closing. Truthfully, I cannot thank Chuck, Chandler and the team enough for their professionalism and helping me with my troubles. I can rest knowing that I now have Midas to turn towards for future inspections. However, I would note to check your receipt to be sure you are being charged the price that was quoted at the beginning.

I ordered a tire and made an appointment using their online system. I arrived on time at my appointment two days later, but there was no tire. I was told it would take 2 hours to get it from somewhere. No news for 5 hours. So I call and I am told they are still waiting for the tire. By the time I got my car back, I had lost a whole day for something that should have taken 1 hour. To top it off, the tire wasn't aligned and I had to return the following Monday. I do not recommend this place.

The guys are friendly, knowledgeable and the service was performed exactly as they said it would be. Making an appointment was easy. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because I had to wait for my tire to come from another location and that took extra time. Other than that service was great and fast. They beat most others in the price comparison as well.

Walked in frantic about services that I needed ASAP bc my son and I was about to travel 4 hrs away and did not have time to wait a long period of time.The first person I walked up to asking for help gave me a firm Yes and sent me inside to check in. I was greeted with smiles by Chandler that understood my needs and gave me a quick estimate. With the help of Bret and that friendly face that sent me inside from the beginning(Eli) I was done and on my way. THANKFUL FOR THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Telling EVERYONE to go and check them out!

I would not bring anything else to this establishment I brought my Acura here for a compression test and a brake light switch it was here for a total of two weeks they never called me I had to reach out to them when I came to retrieve my car it was not on the premises or inside the shop they had towed my car to a third party tow yard no one informed me of this I felt very handled then the service writer told me he would waive the bill for my service if I just paid the towing yard fees . I thought this was illegal and was very unhappy with my service provided by Midas I didn t abandon my vehicle and I wasn t about to chase my car around town I think this is the worst shop this side of the Ashley River . I made him bring my car bac to the shop (Midas) before I cleared my balance but I will not be returning with any vehicles I own and I will make sure every one I know doesn t come there either

Wouldn't recommend going here. Took my vehicle in for an oil change and they drained the transmission fluid instead and ruined my transmission. Thankfully they have insurance that paid for it. Hard to believe something so simple could be screwed up so badly. Do not believe it when they say they "want to help" in response to this review. They don't, they just want to give the appearance that they do.

Incompetent mechanics were unable to diagnose what should have been a simple problem to solve. Brought my car in for a specific rattling sound when driving. After three unnecessary and irrelevant repairs, which cost over $1,000, I took the car elsewhere, where the problem was simply a loose rim which only required the lug nuts to be tightened. Spoke with management about the situation and they would not offer an apology, refused to acknowledge their errors and adamantly refused a refund. Customer satisfaction is not a concern here.

I took a vehicle in for a oil change and they were right away helpful and got to work. I got my military discount. I paid for it. The crew in the show was super nice. I know about vehicles exmilitary wise and grew up fixing everything. I even work on vehicles my self however this day i was sick. But the staff i asked to take a peek under the vehicle while on the lift as it was my friends van and she knows nothing about cars and was going to go on a long needed drive to get back home. Due to me asking simply and stating i would gor safety purposes mot go completely under the vehicle they nice permitted me to inspect what i thought her main issue was and they even agreed she had both busted ball joints. During this as i walked back to my vehicle where my friend was waiting i caught sight of a building across the street was on fire on the side and asked them to call for help as well as we did too. The firetruck was luckily passing peefect time one gentleman was ready to run over with a fire extinguisher but luckily he didnt have to. Here is the GREAT part not bc of military or the fire the lady in the office i think was named cam apologies if wrong. Realized she put in the vin when she seen it was a van not an f250 truck so i ended up getting $ back. Their professionalism, kindness and attention to detail was great. They didnt have to say a thing and kept the few extra $ it was but no they were honest and all hard working. I only told the story of the fire bc it showed the shop guys characters. And also if they would have said sorry you cant look under vehicle while up on rack i would have completely understood but luckily i only had to walk to the side of the vehicle to get the view without going under it. So thank you all there at midas for a great oil change. And at no time was i in harm and they were with me while i looked under the vehicle. Yall are wonderful thank you again.

Edit: was able to speak to manager, he was very understanding of the situation. They will be processing a refund soon.Got a brake inspection on my car. Decided to go with a cheaper option elsewhere. The other place I decided to take it to told me Midas forgot to add a brake caliper bolt back on our car and said we could ve died! Gave Midas a call and they said they didn t remove any bolts. Ok - either way if you are checking the brakes this is something HUGE your team should ve seen was missing if you are experts in your field and are charging me $43 for an inspection. What s the point of an inspection ??? Won t be going back . Asked my inspection money back, didn t get it ..

We were lucky enough to find this fine Family owned business with a master mechanic at the helm. Had ac fixed and a replaced rear axel and rebuilt the brakes. Honest work, and competitive price, handled by excellent staff and a loaner car. Thank you John and DeeDee, from your new South Dakota friends, you are both amazing !!

It was my understanding that fluids were to be topped off with and oil change. Left a notation that I was low on coolant. Two hrs out of town I checked. Low and behold, it wasn't topped off. Glad I checked. Not a good look!

I was very impressed with the quality of the staff and the work done here at this store. The manager, Nathan Engle s was able to find a creative solution to fix our RV generator pipe. The RV is too heavy to lift,so he had to work on the ground and find a way to repair the pipe. He also made a very strong strap to support the pipe. Everyone at the store was courteous and professional.

I had a Groupon for $37 for an $80 a full synthetic oil change. I gave them my Groupon and they told me it would be another $66 on top of that. They said I had to have European oil . I have never had to have more than full synthetic at every other oil change. Sure the other places try to sell you an air filter, blah blah, blah, but saying no to that is simple. At least I did have to pay $66 over the normal cost. I only went to them because I had the Groupon, but I won t make that mistake again. Also, even though their bays were empty, it took the an hour and 45 minutes to change my oil. I definitely do not recommend.

Big shout out to Eric and Harrison over at Midas on Sam Rittenburg. I called these guys after 2pm inquiring about an issue my car was having and they told me come in right now. I made my way there and was in and out. Turns out the issue I thought I would be spending over a thousand for in repairs was something as simple as loose bolts. I was told I had a problem with the manifold on my car by another person when the noise I was hearing was simply due to loose bolts on a part. Eric was very honest with me and I walked out paying way less than I thought I would. Truly a blessing for me. Thank you for your help Eric and Harrison! I will definitely recommend you guys to others and you can expect me to be back for future service.

I had an appointment with Midas to get the oil changed in my car. They did an inspection and found that I needed brakes rotors and one tire. Oh and some air filters. They quoted me a price of 2128.29. well obviously I did not like the sound of that. I decided to take it to my neighborhood Gerald's for a second opinion. As it turns out I only needed one tire and it was not that bad. I will never go back to Midas again.
