It's a shame that on this services center in order to deleted the previous owner from my Mercedes Me connect, according to the services technician,I have to contact the previous owner. Really!!! I bought the car. I dont know who was the previous owner. And on top ofthat,I have to make a freaking appointment for it. According to the technician since i can't just drop by. What type of service is that?I call Mount Placent just to confirm that and in less of 10 minutes, a sales representative did the process for the Mercedes Me connect under my name and everything working perfect. Now that's what I call a great customer service. Savannah lost 1 and more.

Great experience!! Driving from Texas to Charleston and a rock hit and cracked the glass roof of my Mercedes. Came in with no appointment. Chris Casey did the research on the repair immediately and ordered the glass roof panel. Part came in within a week, they replaced the glass roof panel, came in below the estimated price and hand washed/vacuumed my car! Could not ask for a better experience!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Bought my car here. Was super happy with the sales rep and team. I Called today to get en estimate for a service. 30 minutes later and after 100+ Questions and putting me on hold for 15 minutes they come back to say no one is available to give you an estimate. let s schedule you an appointment to come in. I said I don t have time to come in, I m looking to get an estimate for service before I leave town. They hung up. 30 minute wasted.

My experience at Baker Motor Company Mercedes-Benz Service Center was outstanding!! Where do I begin? Our morning first started off with the plan of VA appointments and a store run and it almost ended up in what we thought was going to be a very stressful day. Thanks to Ms. Pam Knowles it turned out to be stress free and less worrisome. After having car trouble and about to get aggravated she stepped in like an angel making us feel at home and lessening some of the stress by assisting us to get our vehicle check on the same day without an appointment and thankfully the part that we needed was in as well allowing us to be in and out in hours. Thank you Ms. Knowles once again!! If you stop by Baker Motor Company and need anything in the service department ask for Me. Knowles, I promise you will receive the best service!!

they got the new key programmed it. perfectlythe next day i had to get the electric system checked for a draw. the found it took 6 hours thsnk yoh but good job fir sticking with the problem excellent work

Great customer service. Can be very pricey. If you need a loaner vehicle you will have to wait a couple weeks longer for an appointment

Kelvin has excellent communication skills, he kept me updated daily on what was needed and why on my CL 550.
