The technicians JR and Jonathan were very helpful and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing and what my options were, and I appreciate the professionalism they showed. They made sure all my lights were in working order and checked my tire pressure. They provided a kind of service I haven't received when getting my oil changed before. I will definitely bring my car back and spread the word. You would be smart to take your car there too!

Customer service was amazing! They didn t have a part for my oil change but was still willing to do the service if I got the part myself. I ve been to place that have told me sorry too bad and turn me away. The staff here were more than willing to help and guide me about what I needed done. They re so nice here and I will be coming back.

They put the wrong oil in my vehicle. LUCKILY I checked my manual to make sure before I drove off. They ended up having to drain my oil again and refill with the correct one. I m still not convinced it was the actual correct oil this time. They didn t even offer a discount for the mistake.

I minus 1star for let me wait from 8:10 to 9:33 for a supervisor/manager to show up in order the shop can operate. Another star for asking to pay on the phone to someone else other than the current shop. An another big fat star for letting the other guy just get there get into the shop immediately for service while I was there 1.5 hrs still sitting outside waiting . I left the shop immediately after many disappointments. I keep 2star for the guy opened the shop on time and courtesy. My suggestion is don t go there too early in the morning

Excellent customer service! They did an inspection for Uber, but for some reason, would not do a Turo inspection. The guy was professional, helpful, and quick. I'll be back!

Popped in for a last minute rideshare inspection and Justin was awesome! He was very helpful, accommodating and quick to complete the inspection. I was in and out in less than 20 mins!

My first time as I m new to the area. I came based on previous reviews and I was not disappointed! Starr and her husband run a great service! Everyone was friendly and worked in harmony. Everything was explained and service was completed before I knew it. Pricing was great and I was pleasantly surprised to see my car vacuumed for me! I called to ask about an oil change, and the employee was extremely rude. Upon picking up the phone she spoke very quickly, I asked how she was doing and she responded fine in a rude tone. I then asked if it was a good time to come in for an oil change, and she said they re on a two hour lunch break then hung up the phone in the middle of me asking what time exactly the break would end. I will not be coming into this location ever after this first impression.

I experienced the best customer service a customer could ask for today at the Jiffy Lube in North Charleston, SC! Everyone was so sweet and friendly and I was in and out in a flash! I had my vehicle inspected because I am an Uber and Lyft driver. The service here today at jiffy lube was excellent as always very friendly staff very clean lobby. Jonathan was very nice he should get a raise

I was in dire need of a tail light replacement. I did some research and saw they did them. I went in and they ATTEMPTED to change it. They proceeded to say a new bulb that I had gotten did not work and the light could not be fixed. The same day, I took my car to the dealership to get the light looked at, as it could have been electrical issues. As they were fixing it, they tell me that a bolt is terribly ruined by someone who tried to fix the light previously (LITERALLY the morning of) to the point where they would have to force it off which would possibly break the assembly and I would have to spend $215 dollars to get it fixed. Well, I have to spend $215. If you don t know what you re doing please just say that!!!!!!

The guys there give amazing service. Eli and the crew will get you in there fast and out just as fast. Best customer service I ve had in a long time. The team is very polite and helpful.
