Brandon Sellers was the greatest salesmen! I traded my 2021Toyota 4Runner for this beautiful 2024 Hyundai Palisade! First, Brandon made process extremely easy and simple. He went above and beyond for the entire thing and did not pressure me at all and ensured to help me 100% of the way. He was absolutely phenomenal and I highly recommend him!

First time buyers for a Hyundai! Very pleasant experience with the new Hyundai of Charleston. We were able to come to terms on the purchase of a hybrid Sante Fe that is equipped with all the things important to us. The entire staff is very knowledgeable. And we are excited that they are building a brand new beautiful Hyundai dealership facility on Savannah Highway near Carolina Bay. That will be so convenient for service

Extremely disappointed with my experience with the service department. The person in charge was rude to not just me but another female customer as well and honestly made me uncomfortable as a female. I was genuinely nervous that this individual had my personal information. In addition, I had to come back because they did not address everything I had requested and was treated very poorly at that point and therefore, I do not trust that they actually did an inspection that I asked for. I will never return and would not recommend to anyone due to the lack of trust I have in their ability to fix my car, their integrity, and their treatment of customers. I have never made a google review before but felt compelled to warn others to not waste their time, money, or self-respect.

Long review!!! Had my daughter car towed to Christian Brothers because my daughter noticed a loud noise coming from her car, under her hood. As well as stalling, and her engine light popping on. Christian Brothers called me, and told me that my daughter car was beyond what they're able to do, and it will need to go to the dealership because the engine is the culprit. Called Hyundai in North Charleston first while looking at their reviews and was a little concern, but still called anyway while praying, but got no response. So, I proceeded to call Hyundai of Charleston after getting no response after leaving messages for a couple days. Read the reviews for the Charleston location and was pleased with the reviews,especially for what my issues was. Particularly the best reviews I saw for the service department involved, Jose. My daughter car is a 2011 Hyundai Sonata, and her car qualified for a new engine because of the year, and the engine that was originally placed in her car. Jose was a breath of fresh air from the beginning to the end. He was so sweet and knowledgeable. He answers the PHONE, and gets back with you about your vehicle. He handled everything with our problem with care. The only con was that the loaner car was something that my daughter couldn't drive because she is under the age of 25. She was upset about that, but Jose is not to blame for that. Just company policy! Would recommend this place for repairs. Ask for Jose!!!

SERVICE DEPARTMENT- Wife hit a pothole and created a bulge on the passenger side tire. Took it in to get it serviced and even though I didn't have the extended tire warranty the Savannah Hwy Dealership worked with me and cut the price by almost 50% since I had just purchased the vehicle last month. The service was quick about an hour and had me back on the road with a new tire. Go See Jose and Marissa if you need service, they will take care of you!! Always a great atmosphere when you walk in, Tommy, Reggie, Katie and Victoria just a great group of people over at the Hyundai of Charleston -2494 Savannah Hwy. Thank you.

Marissa is pretty awesome. Shes quick, helpful and will be honest with you. Although i can not say they have the best prices, you can atleast rely on them being punctual and truthful. I like that about her.

Hello to all. I had My car in for a recall January 25, 2024. I waited patiently during services to my vehicle. I would like to thank Mr. Regi for making a refuel meal to me. I was feeling very ill. It must have been God for him to approached me with such a sweet offer getting me something to eat. He sent one of his assitant to get me a sandwich. I thanked both of them for their reaching out to meet my need. Thanks to Mr. Jose Becerra who talked me through the process. Thank you Regi and your team. I hope l got the right mangers name . I was referred to Jose, the service manager, for some extensive work on my car. I spoke with him November 30th when my car was towed there. He immediately took the call and introduced himself in a very professional manner, offered his services, and informed me of all of my options. I believe that Jose went the extra mile by expediting the services rendered to me. The engine in my car needed to be replaced and in a few days, Jose had the entire work order completed and the car ready . He was knowledgeable, patient, and has the best Customer Service skills that I have encountered in a long time. I will most definitely recommend him for any type of automobile maintenance in the future. It was a pleasure doing business at this Hyundai location. I had my car towed there almost a month ago to get my transmission fixed. I have been given the runaround on an estimate of when my car will be done. I was told almost 2 weeks ago to give Jose a call on Friday, I did and NO one has answered. I've been calling and texting, and I'm quite frankly losing my patience as things are piling up on my schedule and not having reliable transportation is making it really difficult to plan things! I honestly don't care how long it takes to get it fixed- it's understandable that things come up and people get behind, but for yall to completely ghost me and not even be able to provide an estimate of when I'll be able to have my vehicle back OR provide an update is extremely frustrating. I really shouldn't have to blow up yalls phone for a SIMPLE answerokay editing because MARISSA finally reached out to me and provided me with some transparency about the situation, and gave me some options. I honestly just wish I would've known something a little earlier! But throughout this whole process, she has kept it real with me so shout out to her!

Just bought a car last night there. I had been at 6 other dealerships that day before I took a chance on this one. After the day I had it was nice to have a warm welcome from Tracy Trapani! She is kind and had the perfect car picked out for me the first try! She never used any the normal bulling tactics that you get at a dealership. I wish I didn t waste my day going to all the other dealership and just stopped there first. Tracy and Tommy worked out the deal that worked for me. If you go here ask for Tracy and you will have the best experience buying a car in West Ashley!!

Made an appt at their service center for Monday 12/4 @ 9am and marked off that I will be dropping off car overnight with key in drop box. Waited all day for a phone call and as of 3pm nothing. Finally reached out and called them and they had no idea that my car was even there. The person whom I spoke said he will look at my car and call me back. Not even 5 minutes later he s calling and telling me that I m over my warranty and I ll need to pay for a diagnostic test and most likely it won t be covered under warranty anyway. I explained that I am still under my warranty up to 100,000 miles so clearly he didn t even look up my account. He was absolutely no help whatsoever and proceeded to tell me that I can pay for the diagnostic test and if it ends up being under warranty the amount I paid for the test would go towards the part?!?! IF it s covered under warranty in the first place why would I need to pay anything at all!! Anyway I ended up picking up my car and was disgusted by the service. I will never be taking my car here again. Poor customer service

My wife and I were looking for a new car. We had a Jeep Wrangler that was 10 years old, and had seen a lot of life. Although we loved the Jeep, we were looking to add a third row, because our children were getting bigger, and we wanted more space. We looked at Jeep options, but they didn't meet the standard of the Hyundai Palisade. The car itself was huge, but the people who helped our car purchase were better. Wes Kaiser was our salesman, and he was extremely relatable. He shared his life experiences with us, and made it about how the car would meet our needs. Dave Hunter is the finance manager, and he was equally helpful. When I brought the Jeep hardtop back to the dealer after the trade-in, Dave was super helpful in getting it dropped off. I can't say enough about how well this dealership treats you like family.

What a fantastic experience purchasing my new Sante Fe. All the salespeople were busy helping clients and was greeted with a warm welcome smile from the gentleman at the desk. He immediately had one of the finance guys step in and show me the car while waiting for a salesperson. Was introduced to my sales rep Wes Kaiser who was so pleasant to deal with. Purchased on the spot. Introduced to the general manager Reginald Rainey who was so welcoming. Then on to the finance manager James Sicuro to complete the paperwork who was very thorough and pleasant. Drove away with such a great feeling dealing with a group of people that felt like family. Thank you for the beautiful car and warm happy experience

I traveled here all the way from Georgia and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the General Manager and the General Sales Manager. I instantly felt comfortable knowing that they were foreseeing my deal. They told me about the 2.99% interest rate on the Tucson and offered me more than Carmax on my trade. In addition to that, the doc fee is only like $200 which is unheard of! All of the sales people were nice to me and had smiles on their faces my whole visit. I had such a great experience and would recommend mend this establishment to anyone who wants a Hyundai. When you come, make sure you ask for Jason!

Scam company. They lie in in their advertising. Bring in your winning Christmas giveaway form and it's all a lie. And they will lie to your face when you ask them simple questions. This level of dishonesty in advertising and in answering simple questions begs to question if thier vehicles are worth buying. One lie leads to another. I would not recommend dealing with lies when 1000s of $ are on the line.
