My sales Rep was Drew Lansink and he was great! I was actually coming in from out of state and he maintained communication with me the entire time ensuring he answered all of my questions and providing me details of the vehicle as requested. He ensured the numbers worked for us which you rarely find these days.We already knew what we wanted and was looking for. He was extremely accommodating and ensured my special needs son was comfortable the entire time making our experience a memorable one to include seamless transaction from my time arrival until I left the parking lot.The business manager William Carson was also thorough, patient and attentive as my husband was dialing in from out of town, ensuring we understood every part the transaction and agreement. For the year and the mileage of the vehicle I found it to be a great purchase. We ve been looking for a while so this was a great find!Highly recommend them! I walked away feeling confident and secure in my purchase as I felt they were not only fair but reasonable. I know that s not what you typically see at a dealership. They re definitely customer focused. I m certainly happy with our purchase!!! Highly recommend them! Thank you Drew and William!

Hendrick Volvo puts the extra touch on their vehicles by adding things like roof rack bars, tint, floor mats etc. That s what made me head their direction and, of course, my Client Advisor, Drew Lansink sealed the deal. He was so easy to work with and really took the time to show me my vehicle s features. Really happy with my purchase!

I am in love with my new Volvo! My husband and I were so impressed with the customer service at Hendrick Volvo. Drew Lansink was so helpful and knowledgeable. He made the car buying process fun and easy. Buying a new car can be a bit intimidating, and Drew was warm and welcoming right from the start. Miranda Costa oriented us to my new car and all of its fancy features. She was so friendly, patient, and helpful. Jordan Drucker was also a pleasure to work with. If you are in the market for a new car, I highly recommend visiting Hendrick Volvo!

Robert Schneider did a great job getting my family in and out with a brand new XC90. This is the second Volvo I have purchased from him. Everything went as smooth as before. 5 stars for Drew! I was in the market for a new car for my Mom and Drew helped me make it happen. Very helpful and patient. I dread the vehicle buying process but Drew made it effortless. He even took his time and showed my Mom all the new features of the car, which if you knew my mom, you d understand how daunting of a task that was! Thanks Drew! And thank you Hendrick Volvo! I walked on the lot of Hendrick Volvo to test drive a vehicle. Drew Lansink was the first person to approach my husband and I. He was exactly what we needed. He was extremely helpful, straight to the point, and was able to get us in and out in less than an hour and a half. We drove off with my first "new" car in over 20 years. Jordan Drucker completed the closing paper work. We walked out to a full tank of gas and freshly washed vehicle.A special thank you to Drew and Jordan for making our purchasing a vehicle simple, easy, and quick. My husband and I worked with Drew Lansink to purchase our new car after having spent months to determine if Volvo was right for us. He is knowledgable and personable and listened to our needs to chose the right vehicle. I was also impressed with the level of teamwork at the dealership. Among others, Miranda Costa, Delivery Specialist, educated me on my new vehicle and set up Google Assistant, so my vehicle would be ready on day 1.Drew went above and beyond to make my experience at Hendrick Volvo first-rate, even delivering my car 2 hrs. away! I highly recommend Drew!

Recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2022 Volvo from here and had a great experience. My salesman, Jake, was very professional and patient with me as I searched for the right vehicle that was just right for me. The experience was easy and a rather quick process overall. Excellent experience!!! Joseph took great care of my wife and I. He was personable, professional, and answered all of our questions about the car we were interest in. I wish car buying was always this efficient, easy, and enjoyable. Will, Tim, Jordan, and Miranda were also amazing. Nothing but nice things to say about the whole team. They gave us fair value for our trade and a great deal on the new car we drove home in- all with a personal touch I won't soon forget. I hope to work with them again in the future.

I fell in love with Volvos when I was 15 years old and dreamed of the day that I would own one. I would see Volvos on the road throughout the years and would always point and say to my kids Look! A Volvo! Isn t it beautiful! I ll have one some day! I ve had 5 children and always had a mini van because that made the most sense lol. I have had my eye on a XC90 for so many years knowing it has a third row and I could totally fit some kids in there. Add the fact that it s the safest suv! Fast forward my oldest is gone for college and my teenager not going with me every time I leave the house, I really only have 2-3 kids riding around with me on the daily now. Soooooo I decided to just browse out of curiosity. I found a beautiful 2018 XC90 and on a whim decided to go test drive it. Right when my husband and I arrived we were greeted by Drew Lansink and he was absolutely wonderful to us. We had my 2 year old with us and I wanted to see if the stroller and car seat would fit and see if it could be a realistic choice for us. I ve got the Uppababy Cruz stroller and a Chicco nextfit car seat for reference. The car seat fits in all three middle row seats. And the stroller fits with the third row up and being used and it doesn t hit the back window at all. So that s a huge plus! The test drive was lovely and Drew was super chill with me as I loaded all the baby stuff in lol. He was never pushy at all. We did leave that night but I couldn t get the car out of my mind. We came back two days later to drive it again (would have come the next day but it s closed on Sundays) Drew stayed late for us and everything. I brought my nascar loving son with me this time and once again Drew was so kind and listened to my son go on about Hendricks Motor Sports lol. To make a long story not so short . I traded in my van for my DREAM CAR!! The process was quick and effortless and everyone there was so kind to my family. I walked out to see a huge red bow on my new car and I almost cried because they made my experience so special! I was also greeted by Miranda Costa who sat with me and went over all the bells and whistles of my first ever luxury Volvo (total freak out moment) and she was an absolute sweetheart! I can not even explain how happy I am with my purchase. I drove away in a state of shock because I manifested this car and the universe provided!I had to come back a couple days later to get my a/c freshened up and was met by such nice people who helped me get all my car seats and things moved over to the loaner car. And upon returning to pick up my car Drew had a very meaningful gift for my son that just totally reaffirmed my decision to purchase my car at Hendricks. Exceptional service! ASK FOR DREW! He has by far been the nicest car salesmen I ve ever worked with!So after writing a novel I just want to end by saying thank you to Drew for the exceptional service! And, thank to Miranda for being so sweet to me! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Highly recommend the sales team at Hendrick Volvo in Charleston. Our sales consultant Joseph Willingham and sales manager Anthony Young were outstanding. I ve purchased 5 Volvos from three different dealerships over the past several years and this was by far my best experience. So much so, I locked in a great deal sight unseen and drove 2.5 hours to complete my purchase. They were highly professional throughout the process with no sales pressure. Jake was the absolute best to work with!!! I had a car accident that put me in the position of needing a new vehicle, and Jake couldn t have made the process easier for me. Figuring everything out post-accident is extremely daunting, and adding on car shopping was not something I was looking forward to. I was nervous to even be in cars, let alone drive one again, and Jake was beyond patient and reassuring the entire time.He was super knowledgeable about all of the Volvo s we test drove, and made the experience much more enjoyable than I could have asked for given the circumstances! He reassured me about every single safety feature and brought on Miranda to help work the technology. Both of them were incredible to work with and I would 10000% get their help in the future and would recommend anyone shopping to ask for Jake! I d even consider him a friend after putting up with me and my anxieties (-:

I worked with the Hendrick organization/family for 20 years. I retired 9 years ago and am still treated as family. Last week we purchased a 2022 certified preowned Volvo. This was the absolute best buying experience I have had in my life. From working with the sales manager Tony before I got to the dealership to arriving to preview the two vehicles I was most interested in with Drew, this experience was five star from start to finish. They exceeded my expectations and also met my financial needs. Drew, the sales associate, was genuine and kind, rolled out the red carpet for us, and made sure every detail was addressed. I have had my Volvo serviced many times there. I had an ongoing issue with my AC. I've always gotten a great service at Hendrick Volvo but this time it was beyond great. Mr. Ronnie went above and beyond to ensure my car was serviced in a timely manner and properly. There were some complicated warranty repairs that needed to be done and Mr. Ronnie took great care of my car and the process. I truly appreciated his quick responses to my requests and realistic timeframe of the process. If you are looking for a great advisor who genuinely believe in helping people at Volvo, go see Ronnie O. He is very kind, professional, helpful and a wonderful advisor.overall excellent experience!!!!

I had a fabulous experience purchasing my first car here with Sean Rogers help! The used car I purchased is in excellent condition, and was listed $2000 less and had 20,000 less miles on it than the same model I test drove at Car Max. Sean was very friendly and thorough in making sure I knew what next steps were and that I was considering all my options at every point. Jordan on the finance team helped me find a great warranty, and the whole process from test driving to off the lot was done in a morning. I d definitely do business here again in the future.

Hands down the best buying experience I have ever had. The entire staff at this store was incredible. Drew Lansink was our "Advisor" and I say Advisor because there was no sales pressure. Drew was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us with our first Volvo purchase. Drew wanted to make sure that we got the vehicle that suited our needs, which included multiple test drives. Drew was extremely pleasurable and personable. Matt in the finance office was also extremely helpful in helping us meet our needs and find the best programs for our budget. Miranda Costa the delivery specialist sat with me and went over the entire vehicle as well as installing the AP and getting everything linked and hooked up. Miranda made sure to let me know to reach out with any issues and that she was there to help. Tim the Sales Manager was also super to deal with. When I say this was the best experience, I mean it was the BEST EXPERIENCE. This is my first Volvo but will not be my last. Thank you Drew and Staff for such an amazing experience

There are not enough nice things that I can say about Hendrick Volvo and even more so about Mr. Keith Williams!!!! He sold me my first Volvo ever and its was absolutely perfect. She met an untimely end due to nature and their 5 star ratings proved themselves. I only wanted to work with Mr Keith Williams and not only did he find the perfect car again for me, but he had my best interests in mind. I %150 recommend Volvo of Charleston and when you do come definitely ask for Mr Keith. Thank you again for such an amazing experience working with you!!!

We bought our new XC90 from Drew and he was excellent to work with. This new car replaces our 2020 Volvo XC90 which I was driving when I got t-boned by a bigger SUV going over 55 mph and never braked. I fully believe I survived with only minor injuries because of my Volvo, it took that hit like a tank. Loved that car and looking forward to driving our new one.
