Great no pressure service. We worked with Addison to purchase our Volvo. He was personable, knowledgeable and we didn't have to spend the whole day there to get what we wanted at the price we wanted.

My 2007 Volvo needed service. I was going to be out of country for a few months so I let the service slide.On return, I went to book on line with Hendrick Volvo Cars of Charleston. Unfortunately, the next available slot was 3 weeks out.I took it.On arrival, I checked in, explained the needed service and proceeded to their lounge area.The service was prompt and efficient. There was one unexpected repair which was handled promptly. I was in and out in less than 3 hours

The only reason this place has so many stars is because they have you give them a review before you leave the place with your new vehicle.We thought we had a good sales experience. However, less than 6 months later and we have already spent over 2K in repairs, and they want another 2.4K.Conveniently, after leaving the dealership yesterday telling them we couldn t pay 2.4K to fix our car LESS THAN 6 MONTHS after purchasing, we have EVEN MORE problems with the car. We now have multiple cylinder misfires. I don t even want to know how much they would charge us for that.The extended warranty we purchased is useless. We really feel like we were taken advantage of and now we re paying for it big time.

These guys helped me out a ton! Driving from TN to the beach, we had a charging system warning on the dash suddenly appear. Even though their service appointments were two weeks out, they found a way to fit us in while we were in town for the week. Thanks!

I can always depend on the service representatives at Volvo. Matt Goda was excellent at communicating with me regarding my 40,000 mile check up, my concerns with my driver floor mat that kept sliding up into the gas and brake pedals and windshield wipers that needed replacing. Text messaging was extremely helpful in making decisions when I could not speak on the phone. Brake and alignment issues were addressed and recommended and they were accommodating in working with me when I could not pickup my car due to business travel. It's a relief knowing that the team at Volvo remembers me and my vehicle.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

The appointment was on time, the work was thorough and the video walked me through the work being done on the car. I am pleased with the work and the service. The only negative feature was that when I was driving on Hwy 526 after I left I noted "low tire pressure" on the dashboard. I had to drive to Geralds Tire and Brakes the following morning to get air in my tires. I assume that after hey rotated my tires they didn't check the air pressureServices: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Had an excellent experience with Damon Delaney at Hendricks Volvo in West Ashley. He was very professional and knowledgeable and ensured all my questions were answered truthfully and thoroughly. He stood by his word and got me the Volvo of my dreams at an amazing price. I would recommend Damon and Hendricks Volvo to anyone wanting a top notch experience.

My nurse was leaving to go out of town with her family and needed tires rotated and aligned before the drive. She was told to drop off her car at another establishment and they "would get to it" they never touched it in 2 days... I called Hendrick Volvo of Charleston and they said "of course, bring it in now and we will take care of it!" Three hours later she received a call that it was ready. My nurse does not even own a volvo, nor did she purchase her car from Volvo. This just shows the General Manager, Dan Zarrillo and the service manager, Eric Claeys, go above and beyond in customer service!!!Service: Wheel alignment

A leaking right rear axle joint and a crack in my torque rod showed up in the free trip check. Courtney sent me a video tour by the mechanic clearly showing the areas of good shape and the areas of concern. Since I was driving in the mountains and across several states over the course of several weeks, I decided to get the work done so I would not worry. I appreciate Volvo s free trip check that exposed these problems and Courtney s management throughout supplying a loaner car and ensuring the parts needed were available and that it could be repaired before the conference I was to drive to the following day. Work was done and I drove and am continuing to drive with confidence. Thank you Courtney and team!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Our experience at the Volvo Service Department was very positive. We called on a Thursday to ask for a regular service maintenance appointment.
