Raymond Rhett II, #1 Dad, made the purchase of my 2023 Lexus IS 350 easy, effortless and enjoyable. My dad has been selling cars for years. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about the people he helps. 5 Star service from Hendrick Lexus of Charleston every time! They all are pretty much family to me. Happy to be a part of the Hendrick family.Kaitlyn Harmon is amazing! She always treats me like I am a priority. Mrs. Kathy does her best within her power to assist me with whatever I need in the service department area for years now.

I purchased my very first ES350 from Hendrick Lexus and the service was nothing short of amazing. My sales consultant, Wilbur Wiggins, provided me personalized service and made sure all of my needs were met. Out of all the vehicles I ve purchased, working with Wilbur Wiggins at Hendrick Lexus was absolutely top notch. Car buying can be overwhelming, especially when it has a big price tag, but Wilbur and his team made the entire process seamless. Thank you Hendrick Lexus for providing dynamic customer service!!

Wilbur got me exactly the car I wanted and the process was so quick and seamless! I thought I would have to wait 2 months for the color I wanted but I ended up waiting only a few days. The car is gorgeous and I m so excited to drive it! Wilbur and Josh were very attentive and updated me at every step of the process. He s easily reachable and very helpful!

Had a wonderful experience shopping for and purchasing a car at Hendrick Lexus Charleston. My primary salesperson was Sam Aby who was helpful, informative and kind. I also worked with Linda Barry who was professional, pleasant and prompt. They served as a great team together! Overall a top notch experience and would highly recommend both Sam and Linda. I ended up purchasing a 2024 Lexus RX 350 hybrid which is a very high demand car due to safety, comfort, great gas mileage (37 mpg), and high Consumer Reports ratings. If you are considering purchasing a car, would recommend stopping by Hendrick Lexus Charleston, and test driving the car of your dreams!

I would like to give a huge thank you to Wilbur Wiggins for making my car shopping experience quick and easy. Even though I showed up within 20 minutes of closing time he made sure to treat my family and I like a regular customer that would have showed up hours before closing. The process to purchasing this vehicle was quick and easy compared to my last few car purchases. I will be back soon Mr. Wiggins to grab a Lexus. If you guys are in the market for a vehicle, look no further and be sure to ask for Wilbur!!!

**UPDATE** SO I ENDED UP BUYING THE CAR!! I am so happy with my experience and new friend over at Hendrick Lexus of Charleston. Wilbur Wiggins made the whole process fast and easy coping with my needs along the way. I recommend them to ANYONE looking for a new or used car. Guys this is the best place to get a car! Even though I traded in my Lexus for a Tesla I feel though as I am still a part of the Lexus family. I want to also thank everyone there who helped me with the process! This was a life changing experience. And thank you again Wilbur, I will never forget this ; )

I love my new lexus! John Totaro was very patient during my purchase! He guided me on my car buying experience! He showed me how to use the car controls. Update on my first review!Change to 3 Stars!!After I purchased the tundra that i loved i was excited to detailed for first time until i noticed that has a lot of rust underneath frame spare tire is rusted all around see pictures.I am very concerned and how is possible with all the rust that this truck has passed inspection not even my 2008 TL has rust like that.Is alot.The people and the service at Hendrick is top notch but i will never sell a car like that to a customer.Wow I'm impressed with the customer service.Dane is the man for your next purchase everything he says he delivers.Honest and no pressure at all.Thank you for the top notch service.I love my tundra!!!

If I could give 10/5 stars, I would. From the first steps into the showroom, to driving away in my beautiful new Lexus GX 460, this process was more seamless and pleasant than I could have imagined. Ryan in sales was helpful, non-invasive, knowledgeable, and extremely flexible with my schedule to coordinate a test drive, and a later visit to purchase once I was ready. Josh in Technology made the process of learning my new vehicle fun and simple. Jeff in finance is just as sharp as he is friendly, ensuring I understood each step throughout contract signing. I would refer anyone I know to this dealership for an incredible experience like the one I received. This is my first Lexus, and I can now say I am not only a Lexus woman, I am a Hendrick-Team fan.

I just want to shout out to Hendrick Lexus Charleston about one of you employees,Cathy Simerly . We have been discussing the quality, performance, reliability, gas mileage and safety features of Lexus products for several months. I have been considering several different vehicle makes and models prior to purchasing a new vehicle She introduced me to Lexus and I fell in love with her as well as her car. We took a couple of short trips and I was amazed at the smooth ride and the fact I wasn t fatigued after being in her Lexus for a few hours. I can now say it s the New Year and I am the proud owner of a Silver NX 300h. I am one extremely pleased and happy customer.

I wanted to share how amazing my experience was with Hendricks Lexus in Charleston. I finally got to buy my first Lexus and get the all time treatment my mom received the last three times she has been to Lexus for a new car. My mom recently passed away and left everything even her Lexus, we didn t have the same styles and she made sure I was taken care of so I decided why not get something I would love. So I was in contact with Joshua Lee and made the decision to run the numbers and credit , we found the care I wanted and everything it needed to be mine. After that amazing adventure I was then introduced to Joseph who made all my dreams come true by making sure I left with that care I fell in love with. I never could have imagined it to be any better than it was . These two made everything the best it could ever have been . I feel so taken of , my car taken care of. The same thing my mom had been telling me for years , I got to experience and I m telling you now these people are amazing and really make you feel like family. I came with a trade in just to see what I could do and ended up being financed with Lexus making the it really feel like having a new family . Thank you soooo much I m so happy and will be telling everyone how amazing the people in this company really are. Thanks guys

Best customer service we drove from Hilton Head because of Ryan Kay quick response with pre approval and payments. Picking the car up and signing was the fastest and easiest car experience I ever had! 5 stars for the whole process!

Wilbur Wiggins educated us! He was never a salesman. He was a friend that was concerned with our needs. We told him what we were interested in and he explained to us the value of working with a Lexus dealer. We had looked at the same exact model of vehicle at other dealers. Wilbur explained the value of buying our vehicle from his dealership. He actually saved us more than the discount dealers. We will send all our friends and family to him. My salesman Ross Adamek was awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I came from a few hours away so we did all we could over the phone and when I got there, they were ready for me. The Finance Mgr, Jeff, was wonderful also. The dealership was very clean and everyone was very welcoming. It was an all around great experience and I highly recommend Hendrick Lexus, Charleston!

What a day!!! I thought I was just going with my parents to get my moms tires fixed, and Wilbur Wiggins who I met a year and a half ago when he helped my dad surprise my mom with her Lexus, surprised me WITH MY VERY FIRST CAR!!! Wilbur was so genuine and was just as excited as I was. You can tell that he loves what he does! Everyone at Lexus Charleston is very welcoming and kind hearted.
