We have been using this location for many years and they have always taken good care of us. There are usually many customers waiting and that should be a hint that they are trustworthy, but aside from that when your turn comes they treat you as if you were the only customer there. They are thorough and neat along with being respectful and friendly. I appreciate the fact that their prices are always fair too. they don't talk down to the ladies in our family either, respect!

Absolutely horrible!!! Don t ever bring your vehicle to these Crooks!!! I paid for tires and one was defective. I tried to get them to replace it and they said they didn t warranty use tire, when it was never a good tire that they put on. Integrity should mean something, but while I can t control businesses that literally Rob it s patrons, I can control rather I use them moving forward!Cindy R. Williams

Good eveningMr. Bob Devereaux.I understand that they did not know that the tire was not in stock at the store. However it is no issue on why I sit there from 10:45-12:45 for them to realize that the tire was not there, then for one of your employees to walk around and say they was waiting on something to do. For them to realize at 11:45 that a used tire is not there. Its no issue. My tire could have been put back on and i could have gone some place else. I spent 70$ on a used tire and 50$ on a cancellation at a doctor appointment. I needed to make that appointment yesterday but my time was not thought of. Yes, sitting at the tire shop I understand is not something where you will be able to get in and out all the time. But if I was told or if they would have waited to make sure they had it I would have made my appointment. Or at least call to find out if I could have come in later. At the end of the day you got your money for the used tire and I am short 50$. Nothing is to change how I feel about yesterday. I feel that it an issue.I was sitting for and hour and half before I was told that they had to go to the warehouse to get my used tire. I had an appointment that I missed because I was just sitting. What don t make any sense is that one of the guys walked around for like 30 minutes saying that he was waiting on something to do. Now I have to pay 50$ because I missed my appointment. Was not worth the wait very upset

Stopped by at 5:06 to get assistance with a flat tire. Checked their website to ensure they would still be open. According to their website and Google, this location is open until 5:30. After telling the gentleman at the desk my issue and that my tires were from Gerald s, he informed me that, unfortunately we are closed. That was it. No apology, nothing. Even when I said I thought they were open until 5:30. This experience goes against everything I thought Gerald s stood for.

Without a doubt the best business and people I have had the honor of doing business with! As always this time of year expenses come you don t expect my daughter needed a tire for her explorer and was trying to save her so had Gerald s patch it. The patch didn t hold so went to replace it and went to pay and there was no charge. We can t thank the people at Gerald s on Dorchester Road enough! Thank you from our hearts and God bless all.

Such a great experience with the dorchester rd location! Had my first flat tire and was nervous about getting it fixed. Heather was an absolute Angel and helped walk me through the process. Highly recommend!

Love Gerald s, repeat customer! My technician Evan was friendly and patient. I had a lot of questions and he was able to give me educated answers. He was also able to help me brainstorm the best solution for my problem making sure I was safe on the road!

I walked in without an appointment this morning after bottoming out in a massive pot hole last night. The associates at the front desk were SO AMAZING, so helpful and so friendly, I was instantly at ease. The tire technician came to speak with me almost immediately and the work was completed in less than half an hour! Such an amazing staff and I will be using Gerald s now for other maintenance as well. A++ customer service, environment and turn around time. Can t say enough about his experience. And the rose was a delicious surprise!

I have used Gerald s for oil changes and although I have only used them for this so far I have been so happy with their fair cost and honesty. I definitely will use them when I need tires or anything else. Hard to find fair, honest services but they are great and I am thrilled to have found them

Although the condition of my tire restricted me from just getting a patch, Sean was very patient and helpful with finding and acquiring a replacement. He seemed to be invested in getting my problem taken care of as quickly as he could.

NOT A GREAT DAY AT GERALD! So I took my car to Gerald because my car shut off. They charged me for spark plugs , tune up etc. The same day I picked it up it shut off doing the same thing. I called them the next day because they were closed. I was told to bring it back in. I had it towed there. Then I was Told I need a throttle body. Then I was notified that while fixing it, in testing they heard something and now I need a head gasket which they don t fix but can tow it to someone they recommend. The shop they recommended received my car not running and Now I m being told I may need a new engine. I am so disappointed.

So, I had a nail in my tire. Mr Sheldon and the gentlemen at Gerald's on Dorchester Road (North Charleston, near Murray Hill) got me settled quickly. They were so kind and caring. I appreciate the service. I was able to get on the road to Tampa with little delay.

this company is run by high schoolDrop out felons who can t do anything right. I wanted to give them another shot but once again am flustered by the lack of quality Gerald s provides. Wheel was balanced incorrectly and I was charged $25 for a flat repair. The manager seemed to be high and didn t even call me when my wheel was finished. Will be going to hay tire next time

Fantastic service at this location! I literally came in at just the right time of day and was in need of two replacement tires! Lo and behold, Gerald's came through for me! Thank you so much! As an added bonus, the roses on my car doors are always such a pleasant token of appreciation to receive.

For the last three years I have been going to Gerald's for assistance in tire pressure. My husband went to his eternal home 3 years ago and I have NO knowledge of tires! Every time I go there because my tire pressure light is on, I have been received with much kindness, friendliness and courteous treatment. I went there today and remembered just how kind they have been to me through the years and I want you to know they represent Gerald's great!!! EVERY employee that I have met has been especially kind to an old lady!!

Amazing experience, woke up at our hotel to a flat tire, called AAA who came to assist but couldn't fix it. We were told to try Gerald which we did. They did not disappoint, straightforward check-in and all sorted within 45mins. Thank you so much to everyone involved, a great service. We were able to carry on with our holiday safely. Would highly recommend.

Old school fantastic customer service. We picked up a nail coming into Charleston for the weekend. The hotel recommended Gerald s to fix our tire. We dropped the car and it was done in two hours for barely a penny and a red rose left on the dashboard to boot!! I wish I lived in Charleston so I could go to Gerald s for all automotive service

Rough morning! Driving down Dorchester Rd and accidentally ran over something metal in the road...my tire was busted with my kiddos in the car. With my hazard lights on I drove 5 miles per hour to make it a mile and a half to Gerald's (Near Burns) with horns honking... STRESSED!After making it there, we met Connor. He had great customer service. He was kind & patient with my children asking him a million questions. Thank you Gerald' s & CONNOR for great, affordable service & simple kindness. That went a long way for me today....Five Stars!!!!

It was Saturday morning and super grateful for the team at Gerald s. They were super efficient and this location is my go to. They are extremely trustworthy and give you options as opposed to making you spend the most amount of money. Even with six people ahead of me I was in and out in 45 minutes.

My name is Donna I went in to buy a used tire cut my tire had a bubble in it. I was told to come in and there wasn't a wait. Well 2 hrs later my car was ready. Not soon after that heard like whizzing noise and and white stuff seaping threw the tire not to mention there was a bubble on the sidewall. My receipt also says i was charged $9.99 for balancing. That's alie cmy car never moved from the spot I parked it it was in my view the whole time. I have my receipt to prove it and I took a picture also. I Papandreou your guy $69,00 for a tire that was worse than the one I had on before. I would like to get what I paid for a good reliable tire.

Very much impressed !!Seversl months earlier, I bought tires from (one of) the Gerald's Tire chain, and my car instrument indicator displayed " low air pressure on tires." So I stopped to the nearest Gerald's Tires. I was much impressive, from the quick and professional service received.

I called Justin at Gerald's on Dorchester road he told me to come by I was out with 2 like NEW tires on my Durango in less than one hour , Top Pro fast service and for much less cost than 3 other tire stores in Charleston. Thank You Justin you're one Great Guy buddy and you should be District Management for Gerald's !!!!!

Had 2 valve stems leaking and they went the full mile to save the TPS and get me back on the road. Thanks guys!!!
