Was looking for a car for my son and found a Toyota Avalon they had for sale. The sales person was very helpful, listened and answered all our questions. Once we decided to purchase, everything went smoothly. No waiting for hours as the purchase process was smooth and quick. We did run into one issue once we got home, however I called the service center and they fixed our issue quickly. Toyota has always made a good product but when you have a dealer that also stands by their product and provides top notch service before and after the sale......that's priceless. I would definitely recommend them if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle.

This was the first dealership that I've really enjoyed being in. I can't say enough kind words about the customer service. Chris J was professional, knowledgeable, and above all, he was extremely friendly. Not once did I feel like he was trying to hurry up the sale. He took his time explaining the whole process and answered any questions that I had about the car. Fred Anderson Toyota will be the ONLY dealership that we use from here on out.

Steven was a fantastic salesperson from the beginning to the end of the sale. Josh Woods is my cousin and I did buy a truck from him however he has been doing this for awhile and you can tell. Not that he is just family but that was the best process of buying a fleet truck. He Knows about the products they have and Fred Anderson did not have a truck I wanted but when one came in he contacted me and I bought it!! Thanks so much

I lost my car in the recent flood in Charleston. The positive to this was my experience with Fred Anderson of Toyota. Chris Jennings is a true professional, nothing short of amazing. He helped me find the exact replacement for my Rav4 Hybrid which was not an easy task given their popularity. He spend a lot of time insuring I knew how everything worked in the car. I never felt rushed or pressured throughout the experience. I would highly recommend him. The complete experience was top quality from start to finish.

Anthony C. and the team at Fred Anderson were awesome throughout the process. They listened to what I was searching for and provided options that would meet those needs. They were very easy to communicate with and very patient throughout the process. I went in looking for a used car and after reviewing all the options, I ended up with a brand new car through the leasing program. Anthony went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with the new car and understood the entire leasing process. Management and Finance were excellent as well and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new/used car.

Great experience! We worked with Mike on the purchase of a Toyota Rav4. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicle but not pushy in any way. Everything went extremely smoothly from start to finish, and we're very happy with our new car! Josh Woods made the car buying process exceptional. Easiest care purchase I've ever made. No hassle or runaround and the whole process only took a few hours which included the car selection, test drive, and sales. The cherry on top was the hot chocolate available because it was a very cold day. The Finance department was also wonderful. Terry guided us smoothly through the process.

I truly cannot recommend Fred Anderson Toyota enough. Everyone we spoke with was beyond kind and professional. Our salesman Elijah was a pleasure to work with and helped us find our perfect 4runner within our budget with all the features we wanted. It was truly an all around great experience. Chrissie the service manager and Jacob are awesome! Jacob started with me and is amazing from start to finish! Chrissie completed my service and is also amazing. Both displayed professional, courteous behavior, that is rare to find. For someone who didn t have a clue as to how it worked, taking a vehicle in for a recall fix, they made the whole experience not just smooth, but enjoyable! Didn t make me feel incompetent in anyway and even arranged for transportation back to my office. These two are ROCKSTARS!

I walked in before my service because I was thinking of a different style 4 runner. I bought a 2023 limited fully loaded all time 4x4. Around town it was nice but it struggled over 80mph with steering that was very sensitive. It needed attention. I wanted something else. I walked in after Brandon called me back. Somehow we got connected and he was very knowledgeable and patient.I wanted a brand new one and he made it happen. He explained all features of the car and had a good idea of exactly what I needed with very little information. I am in sales and I can tell you deal with Brandon. He is awesome.Even called me back a couple days later to check in.Well done Ladd

The staff is always so friendly and helpful! They are always on top of their game, I always feel valued and that they are considerate of my time. I'm always greeted with a smile! I love that the service team sends a video of what they are working on. I have yet to have a bad experience at Fred Anderson, they have gained and kept my trust for over 5 years now. I will not go anywhere else!

When I purchased a vehicle from them, they were very professional and knowledgeable. Matt G set clear expectations and provided lots of value/info without pressuring the sale. The dealership itself provided the exactly what I needed at the best price. We love Fred Anderson! We just bought our third brand new Toyota from them, and we were fortunate enough to work with the incomparable Chris Jennings once again. The employees, especially Chris, are all so friendly and helpful, and we never felt pressured or like we were just another sale. I ve never been a fan of buying a car through dealerships, but I have to say that our experience at Fred Anderson Toyota was extremely pleasant. Will definitely look at them when the time comes for our next vehicle. Our salesman, Eric, was incredibly friendly and not pushy in any way shape or form. We went in with a specific vehicle in mind and he didn t make any attempt to sway us to any secondary options. Having been a car salesman earlier in life, I know that having options for your buyers is a thing. Matt in finance was also very friendly and easy to work with. He came in on a Sunday to wrap up our deal and had answers ready for all of our questions. Thanks guys, keep up the great work!

We found a vehicle on the internet and scheduled a test drive. It was short notice with only 45 minutes until we arrived. The receptionist set us up with Antwione who brought out the truck for a test drive. He answered most of our questions but admitted when he would have to look something up. We decided to buy the used F150 because we had been looking for a while and this one was a good deal. A couple of others got involved Matt 1 closed the deal and agreed to send us a small rebate to buy new seat covers to cover a stain on the seat. Matt2 did our paperwork annd we managed to have a few laughs during the otherwise boring paper reading/ signing. Everyone was courteous and respectful of our time. We drove out ~2 hours later with a used but new to us truck. I recommend the Fred Anderson team for a low pressure, low stress car buying experience

I bought my Tundra from Chris in August. He is a great salesman and was not pushy at all (I waited 6 months before making my decision). I travel for work so I'm already having my 2nd service done. While the sales department is important, the service department is MOST important as this is who I'm going to deal with long term. Stan and the service department is fantastic! I had to have a dent in my hood repaired. Stan went over and above to make sure it was taken care of...even getting me in a loaner for 4 days and having other minor scratches removed. He's very attentive, gives regular updates and truly cares about his customers. Lifetime customer here. Keep up the good work!

No one was pushy or overly sales-y. I did not have to fight for what I considered a fair deal. Andrey was great about communication and always got back to me when he said he would. I only had to wait about three weeks to get the exact vehicle I wanted (and I hear that other people around the country are waiting 6+ months to get their Grand Highlanders in). The vehicle was there and ready the day they said it would be and Andrey explained everything about my new SUV in great detail. It was an all around excellent experience.

This was my first time shopping for a Toyota Tundra and I was not a fan of shopping for cars at dealerships. Chris Jennings and Ryan Spence changed my mind.
