I wanted to take my Discovery elsewhere for service as my satisfaction from the dealer s service department wasn t good. I was referred here and from the get go, I was impressed. They were able to schedule me at a convenient time, were very friendly and performed the needed work in less than two hours. The same work took three days at the dealer last year. I can t say enough good things about EuroPro of Charleston!

3/15/24 Vehicle Inspection @ Folly rd. Tech took photos of his work, very creative to remove Expansion Tank Cap to show low coolant levels. Apparently the Tech did not replace the Cap! I have been driving for 6 days without the Cap. Thankfully did not overheat the engine or destroy it during this process. I have reached out & left voicemail. No return calls, no solutions offered by EuroPro yet. I have at least ordered a replacement (4 days to deliver from Land Rover) on my own.First (2) pics from Inspection (cap is on in pic #1), last pic was taken when I discovered the missing Cap.Is this the level of customer service here? My first experience with this shop & my last. There needs to be a ZERO option on the rating.

The team at EuroPro is absolutely awesome! I needed an oil change for my 2014 LRRR and West Ashley LR was telling me that it was going to take 2 days and no rental. They were able to get me in and out in about an hour, super transparent, and gave me an estimate for my future appointments! I definitely found my go to shop! Thanks again!

The guys at Europro of Charleston are the best! Of course the radiator on my LR3 decided to give out on the weekend of my wedding. They quickly sourced a new radiator and got me back up and running in time just as guests started to arrive for the big day . Can t recommend them enough! Thanks again - chad

I could not have been more pleased with the service I received. They were able to take me right in and service my vehicle, all in the same day. When I called for an appt. they said come in, and we will make it work. As a business owner who prides herself on customer service, I am thrilled when I find excellent customer service offered to me.

READ THIS IF YOU WANT TO AVOID BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF:My most recent experience with EuroPro was nothing short of horrific. I took my vehicle in for what I thought were standard repairs and maintenance. It is, of course, the shop managers job and obligation to upsell services and I usually trust an auto mechanic's expertise and recommendations, so it wasn't very surprising that I was presented with a repair bill of almost $6,000. I was willing to pay that amount for repairs that I assumed would alleviate my initial concerns and that would help the longevity of my vehicle.That was not the case. After picking up my car from EuroPro two weeks later, I immediately experienced the same issues that I originally brought it in for. I thought maybe the symptoms would subside after driving it for a bit, but they did not. I expressed my concern to Dan and they took the car back in. After another week of having the car, they supposedly could not "replicate" the issues that I was experiencing, yet they sent an additional repair bill for another $2,000. I chose not to move forward with those additional repairs because my first concerns were never actually addressed. I then went to pick up my car, lo and behold, it would not even start. They eventually sent out a tech to jump the battery and I was unsurprised to find my gas tank completely empty (which is no big deal, but annoying in this context).After putting gas in it and getting the car home, I reached back out to EuroPro to express my dissatisfaction and to try to find another solution that wouldn't cost another $2,000. They were unresponsive. At this point, I knew that I was being scammed.So I decided to put a stop payment on the original check that I had written for the repairs that weren't actual repairs. Looking back, I probably could have taken a different route, but I had to protect myself one way or another and I knew that this would get their attention. That is when the real nightmare began.I soon received a very aggressive message from Cal Baker, the owner (or better yet, the owner's Son). He had apparently STALKED my Facebook page and proceeded to threaten to "blast" me all over social media, in addition to suing me. Keep in mind, this is our first interaction. I had never spoken to him before. So I gave him a call to try to have a more reasonable conversation and I found that reason is far from what Cal is capable of. During our call, I was threatened, harassed, and called names that I cannot post on Google. It was bad. He offered to physically harm me, a mere client that just wanted a working vehicle.After our conversation and some time spent calming my nerves, I decided to pay for the original repairs as to avoid further vitriol. But I will be fighting this scam in another manner moving forward.All this to say: do not take your car to EuroPro unless you want to be scammed by the management or threats of physical violence from Crooked Cal.

Europro is great! They re friendly professional and got me in right away. They answered all my questions and sent texts to update me on the progress. They made the whole thing easy. So much easier than going to the dealership. Will def continue using them!

DON T GO HERE unless you like paying double. I ve gotten 2 quotes from these guys & they ve both been for $10k+ it s honestly laughable. If you want good work done to your vehicle, take it to the dealer - these guys are the same price. I will say their quotes are pretty helpful, they break down everything pretty well. Pay $250 for your quote & take it someone else!

I took my Toyota here last minute, although it is not a European car, they took care of it! My car has been running great since taking it into the shop. They had to order parts which came the next day and they quickly fixed the issues and returned my car to me within 24 hours. I would highly recommend Europro!

It was finally time to find an independent mechanic for some general maintenance for my 2016 Mercedes 300C. Everything else up to this point had been covered by a warranty at the dealer. I was nervous about finding a good price and a shop that made me feel comfortable. From the first appointment phone call, EuroPro put me at ease. The price for the rear brake replacement was well within reason for a Mercedes and the work was fantastic. EurPro gave me some tips for the future of my car, and provided quotes for maintenance that needed to be done in the near future so I can plan/save for them (no sky is falling! attitude that I am used to with other places). Highly recommended.

They did an excellent job of assessing what the car needed, laid out what my options were and able to get the car back on the road in a day of receiving the part.I would recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and transparent shop for servicing, bodywork or repairs.

The EuroPro team is prompt, knowledgeable, and do great work. They have helped me with several vehicles and every time I go I'm reminded of why I keep coming back. Highly recommend for service on Land Rovers and BMWs.

This place is a scam joint. I took my car there because all of the dashboard lights/ check engine lights were flashing as default. Kenzie called and said it needed a new battery and a new alternator BEFORE they could diagnose why the lights were doing that. 2,300.00 to start then more to come. I said no thanks.I took the car to Auto Zone after leaving and they ran a free test on it showing both the battery and alternator were 100% fine.I then took it to Import and Vintage Repairs in Mt. Pleasant but said nothing about EuroPro's diagnosis. They replaced a bad wheel speed sensor and charged me 422.00 and confirmed the battery and alternator were 100% fine when I picked it up.Buyer beware!

Bestest, fastest, and fairest priced! Took amazing care of my Fiat and me. True to customer service down to the last minute on a Friday. Can't promise I won't eventually mess up my new clutch or something else but I guarantee EuroPro of Charleston will be who I trust and recommend. (Even their Military discount is generous.)

Maybe they are great, but I was visiting for the weekend and had a battery fail in my VW Jetta. They wanted $635 to replace the battery. $484 of that was the battery itself. They were unwilling to simply replace a battery that I sourced. Don t look to them to be helped out in a pinch.

Had a terrific experience with the folks at EuroPro.their knowledge and level of expertise is most impressive.theor prices are very reasonable and fair and I never for a second felt like they were in any way searching for ways to goose up the price. .On top of all that, they were very kind and courteous .

I took my Ranger Rover in because my air conditioner wasn't getting cold enough. They figured it out pretty quickly replaced the part and had it back by 4pm. I would absolutely recommend them! Took my son s Mini Cooper to EuroPro. Turned out to be an electrical module that was creating several issues. Communication throughout the process was good and the team there was always responsive. Also nice to work with a shop that uses technology to send quotes and get approvals. Makes it easy for the customer. My engine was leaking oil and I had no clue what was wrong. I have a Subaru so your first thought might not be to call a place named Euro Pro, but I did and while they admitted this would be their first Subaru but they were up to the challenge. Dan and the team were able to identify the issue quickly, get the parts ordered and have the repairs done in under 2 full business days. You can tell just by looking at the engine that they cut no corners. If you are looking for high quality work and great customer service look no further.

I took my Volkswagen Touareg to Europro recently for some maintenance. They did a great job at a great price, it was super easy!
