Absolutely fantastic! I have been having tire issues for months where my back tire would not retain air. I took my car to 2 other places before Dorsey Tire and they both told me it would be a day or hours before they could even look at it. I finally went to Dorsey Tire on a recommendation and I pulled up and asked if I needed to schedule an appt. and was immediately told to pull my car over to the bay. I waited about 20 minutes while the nice mechanic assessed the situation and found 3 issues with the tire and instantly repaired the tire. They were very nice and I was in and out-super efficient! Highly recommend!! I will be back next time I run over a nail.

Great experience at Dorsey Tire. JB was very helpful and showed care and knowledge. I felt like I could trust exactly what he and his staff were saying. The mechanic who changed my tires explained everything well and worked quickly with a positive attitude. The staff was friendly and professional. I would. definitely recommend Dorsey Tire!

After looking all over town at different tire shops, I showed up bright and early and was met with a SUPER friendly staff and they were able to accommodate my very peculiar need. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for honest and top tier service. Definitely gained a new and loyal customer from me.

10/10 experience! Had a tire pop around the corner from Dorsey. Despite being closed, we received a reply from their text service within minutes to confirm their availability and their ability to help with our sedan. Once they received the vehicle, they called to quote us an affordable price and a timeline that they actually stuck to. And if it didn t get better than that our car had its gas stolen while it was waiting to get towed and the employees at Dorsey went to fill up a gas can and filled our tank enough to get it moving at NO EXTRA CHARGE. The customer service here is phenomenal and we will definitely be back.

Made a stop while traveling from out of state. They took us right in, fixed the problem and we were back out in under an hour. Friendly staff and fairly priced.

always check your receipt. changed 1 wheel on the trailer and one spare wheel for the trailer. On the receipt it turned out that they charged 2, although this was not the case. and wrote that they did balancing. although I stood and saw that they didn t do this. In the end, there was an extra $40 on the receipt. I don't recommend this place.

Had a big butt bolt in my trailer tire. Called them up, had replacement tire in stock. Was able to make it to them. Had me fixed up with a new tire and back on the road with 30 minutes. Professional staff and shop guys at A+! Thank you.

I have been referred here twice by my front end guy. Once for a TP sensor, and the second time for balance and rotation. I was pleasantly surprised by the price and the service provided. I would recommend that no one utilizes the big box name tire places. Get on down to Dorsey tire. Ask for JB.

The guys there were super helpful when I brought my car by with a nail in the tire. They were very busy but they took their time and helped me out before my road trip back to the Beach and they also got me back on the road very quickly. I was lucky I was able to pull into this garage for service

The Dorsey team were so helpful. Moving my daughter home from college. We ended up with a flat tire and I knew we needed help. Located just outside of downtown - JB and his team, Matt and Tim, were so helpful. It turned out the tire not only had two punctures, the treads were worn all the way around and were in rough shape. We were definitely due for a new set. The team was able to order a set for the next morning. Installation took about an hour. Total cost for tires and installation was affordable. We never felt pressured at any time, in fact, team members recognized. Our goal to get home and were willing to patch and inflate tires, but knowing we would need to replace all tires ASAP - we opted for getting it done with Dorsey. My daughter now has a trusted service team to bring the car in for rotation and check brakes over the life of the tires. I feel great knowing that we have a resource close to her college to solve any challenges she might have with the vehicle. If they don t perform the service, they can guide her to a local affiliate. Very knowledgeable team, easy to work with affordable services. Thanks team!

Thanks for getting us back on the road! It was very busy and extremely hot, so, y'all did a great job under difficult circumstances. Would recommend.Removed one star for whatever channel playing a bit on trapping animals. Just kind of weird to walk into a cat and fox struggling to death in a trap on tv. (It made waiting 2hrs kind of uncomfortable)

I was about to leave town on a work trip to Atlanta Georgia when I noticed I had a screw in my tire. I called Dorset and explained the issue and how I needed to leave ASAP and they immediately worked me in and fixed the problem. Front desk was very knowledgeable and I highly recommend using them for any service.

This is the only tire shop in the Charleston area we will take stuff to. From dump trucks, trailers, large and small equipment to cars and trucks. J.B. is da man, and crew is awesome! Thanks for all you do for us. Turn around time here is aces!!

Wow!! Great service, they went above and beyond. I ran over something on the Ravenel and put on my spare and drove over. Everyone was kind, they even went above and beyond and checked all of my tires. Turns out I also ran over a nail with a different tire and these guys patched it for me. Nothing but nice things to say, I will definitely be returning to get further tire services.

I had a great experience at Dorsey Tire. I went & had lunch while they were putting my new tires on & they called to let me know my car was ready right as we were finishing up. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick & efficient they were. I will definitely go back there.
