lol at the guy who can t buy his gf a lug nut and put it on himself. This place always has great service but they can be busy so be sure to make an appt. Avoid lunch time and the weekends

I would recommend anyone having tire problems to go to Costco tire service for assistance. The guys there are really helpful (Sean was amazing) and they really go out of their way to help with tire repairs. I had a very stressful time before I went to Costco tire service with my Subaru, lord I felt blessed and so relieved after I left. As all the guys came and provided me with all the assistance I needed and even help me unpack my car. They are the best.Highly recommend them.

I ve bought tires and batteries here. Both are the best value around. Great customer service from the Costco tire team. Would always check them out when shopping around for your vehicle.

My girlfriend just got new tires from here. They apparently can't replace the lugs if they break, so now we must take the car to Gerald's to get the lug replaced. I'm at a lose that a tire center can't replace a broken lug as it isn't an uncommon occurrence. It's like a plumber installing a sink, but can't replace the pea trap if it breaks. Should have just gone to Gerald's. And apparently Mike is unpleasant to deal with.

It is shocking to receive such terrible service at WAshley costcoTire Center. 4th in line. Dropped my car for a simple tire check, 2 hours later they did not know when they can get to my car. When I asked my keys, he went running to get them. 1 car less work. Horrible service, 1 star is even too much for them. I used this center before and I never had any problem. Managers need to look into the problems there.

Consistently do not seem to have enough workers in the tire center. I have had appointments delayed 1-2 hours and they have refused me having a walk-in at least twice. Had a nail in my tire yesterday while at Costco and just needed a patch. They only were using 2 out of the 4 bays and said they couldn t take me due to staff.

Thank you so much for seeing me! I m glad they were able to repair my flat tire and I didn t need a whole new one. Mike was super helpful. The technician was quick! I believe his name is Travis. Thank you all!

They did an amazing job with rotating and balancing my tires with lug nuts that needed to be replaced thanks to Ford. Glad they could get them off and replace with the new set I bought. So thankful for their help.

Always have great customer service at the West Ashley Costco Tire Center. I was having some tire pressure issues and George,who is always friendly to all,told me how much it costs to replace my tire pressure sensor. I returned the following week for a tire rotation and to fix the sensor. I did not have an appointment but it was 6pm and Tim got me right in. It took about an hour and a half but of course the silly light was not on and they didn't detect a problem. The light came on again today and I got an appointment right away thanks to Clay. I called at the exact right time and I rolled in. Lucky for me George was working and he fixed me right up. I feel lucky I was in and out in about 90 minutes. That's not bad for as busy as they were. I wish I could remember every one's name because they are all helpful,calm and friendly. I will always return because of this :)

Guys at the desk are very nice. People in the garage have no idea what they are doing. Very long time frames and running around like chickens with their heads cut off. So many people in the waiting room upset and have nowhere to go!

Got a flat tire and they stayed open late to put new tires on my car. They were super fast and provided great customer service. Very thankful for Austin, Matt and Rick!

Mike was super nice and got me all squared away with new tires, even without a appointment. Folks who worked on my car were fast and efficient. Will definitely bring my car here for tires from now on!

Just bought tires from here. Davis was so helpful and so kind! He helped get us the best price but also made sure we could get new tires as soon as possible, as some are on back order. Thanks so much!

Booked a weekend time for a tire rotation and to fix a slow leak. Dropped my keys and went to the aquarium with my kids. They called me two hours BEFORE my appointment and said they were done! No charge because I bought my tires from there.

I got to Costco and realize my tire was loosing air so I went to the tire center. Mike- told me it will be about 90mins because I didn't have an appointment which is totally fine ( I get it).I went back after almost 2 hours of seating in the food court and ask how much longer? Mike was so rude and told me that that's what happens when you show up with no appointment?? Huh?? Seriously??I had just bought tires from them. Very upsetting .

Got there 30 minutes before they closed after I was on the phone with them. They wouldn't sell me a set of tires even after they said they would smh

Updating some reviews I ve needed to do.These guys were great installed 4 tires I bought from AM, took it same day, and had it ready in 1.5 hr.Brother had his done as well, same service.

Very friendly. We came in while on vacation, and they got the tire we needed the next day. They were quick to install the tire and worked with us to get it done quickly. The tire warranty was awesome. I'll try not to drive over any more nails, but I'm glad Costco is there to help.

Wonderful staff here. Battery died after getting gas. Elaina worked with me to help me get the battery out while it was in the parking lot near the gas station. Charles was incredibly helpful as well by walking out with the right tools to remove and install a new battery. Great price too! Highly recommended.Also the gas station attendant, didn t catch his name, helped push my car from the pump to a parking spot. Couldn t ask for better service

I always have a pleasant time with Costco Tire. Shawn is my tire expert who normally handles my account. One time I asked him why he was so helpful, and he looked at me and said, To he honest with you ma am were trying to maintain long term customers and I want to be able to know your driving style, your wear patterns and who you are so I can do my job and keep you as a customer. Now, I ve been a Costco tire customer for over 10 years so I m already sold, but his response sealed my allegiance for Costco Tire. Yes, the wait is long, the lines take awhile, but it s like that everywhere. Customer service is hard to find and I truly appreciate all the hard work Shawn, Shack, and the rest of the team put in to making customers experience much more satisfying. I hope Costco continues to take care of those guys so that they can be there for the years to come!

Special thanks to Tim and the Tire Team for fixing a puncture to one of my tires today! They were honest about my wait time, but worked diligently & hustled to get me out fast. I m glad we bought Costco Tires with the Road Warranty. If you need tires this is the place to get them!

Customer service was AWFUL. I called ahead to ask if I needed an appointment and was told I did not, that as long as I was there by 7p they could get me new tires. So I arranged childcare and was there by 6p and was rudely told that Id have to come back the next day. When I explained what I was told on the phone he again, rudely, told me that they were gone so he can't honor that. At the same time our conversation was getting heated another woman came in and heard us talking and said she was told the same thing. So he wanted me to drive home on a flat tire and then drive back the following day with my children in the car, on a flat tire. I expect so much more of Costco.

I sure did not expect a very pleasant experience when I had to bring in my truck to have the Costco tire center repair one of my Michelins. Only 18 months old, with a piece of metal causing a slow leak. But what a surprise, on this SATURDAY I encountered the most friendly and professional team I can remember. They pulled up my vehicle and the sales documentation based on my mbership number. One hour later my truck was ready at the curb side with a plugged tire. Repair costs covered by the insurance that comes with a new tire.

Excellent service! I just needed nitrogen added to a tire. The person in the auto center guided me to the bay where the tech quickly checked the pressure serviced my car and got me on my way. Very professional!

As Costco members, me and my wife finally decided to purchase tires from the Costco Tire Center at 3050 Ashley Town Center. The staff at this Costco Tire Center are very helpful, hardworking and professional. I highly commend and recommend this Costco Tire Center !!!!!
