I cannot say enough great things about Compass Collision and their entire team. Having never been in an accident before, he walked me through the entire process of getting my car repaired. His estimate was competitively priced and there were no surprises once the vehicle went in for a repair. Our car came out looking brand new and I could not be more pleased.

If I could rate Adam and Compass Collision higher than five stars, I would. Adam was awesome from the beginning. I have a Mercedes GLS that I use for business that was in a wreck and every other body shop that I called was backlogged for MONTHS. Adam was the only one that said he was booked, but was willing to work on my car a little at a time between his other scheduled work. He completed the repair extremely fast and got me back on the road to continue running my business. I can't thank him enough! Only shop I'll use in the Charleston area from here on out.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!! Adam at Compass Collision provided the best customer service and experience! I will never go anywhere else for body shop repair. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything to you. My BMW looks brand new and the paint is a perfect match. Not only does my car look and drive fantastic, I was treated with so much kindness and respect. Adam went above and beyond through the entire process of getting me in, ordering parts, navigating the insurance process with speed and ease, making the rental car experience a breeze, and getting my car back to me quickly. He was so accommodating to my needs and stayed in communication through the entire process. Compass Collision puts the customer first and are experts in their craft!!

Truly a boutique collision repair shop! I ve never had this level of communication when having any collision repairs done. I wrecked my car a few weeks after buying it and was so upset. Adam was SO helpful walking me through the process and working with State Farm and all their insane requirements. Adam came highly recommended from a BMW shop I trust, so it was a no-brainer and from our first interaction his communication and professionalism confirmed id made the right choice. During the whole process I heard from him often about next steps and scheduling. There were issues all over my hood, sensors, front and side panels, lights and grills. The repair was perfect - the tolerances were absolutely right at every place- which is so hard to do! I even got progress pictures while the work was being done! He turned what had been a very upsetting event into a great experience for repair, and I swear my car looks better now than it did before my wreck! The shop is also beautifully maintained, which added to my level of confidence with the work that would be done on my car. I feel fortunate I found Adam to help me and will absolutely be recommending him very highly!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Adam at Compass Collision was so wonderful to work with in fixing my car from a finder bender. He took care of the communication between the other person involved/insurance and got me in to fix it so quickly & simply. Adam did an amazing job fixing collision to the door and mirror on my GLK350! His communication is exceptional and his pricing is extremely fair. This has been my best experience to date with a collision shop. I am beyond satisfied with Adam's work and will continue to use Compass Collision for all of my future repair needs. I had two damaged areas on my vehicle and did tons of googling trying to find the best shop to do the repairs. After seeing all of Adam s great reviews, I decided to go with Compass Collision and I m so glad I did. Adam was great about communicating throughout the process and keeping me updated every step of the way, especially since this was my first time ever filing an insurance claim. I picked up my car this morning and it looks brand new. He even washed it for me. You can t tell in the slightest where the damage was. I m so happy with the quality of work performed and I definitely recommend Compass Collision- you won t be disappointed!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I put a pretty nasty dent in my passenger side door and found Compass Collision on google. Adam got back to me immediately with an estimate. I can not say enough goods things about the team at Compass Collision. From my first call to picking up our car today they have exceeded my expectations at every step. Adam took care of everything. Someone else said if they could give 10 stars they would and I 100 percent agree. The other drive's insurance took care of it, but I thought their prices were very reasonable.

Adam was very personable and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I felt way more comfortable leaving the car with him than I did with any of the other people/companies that I talked to. Quick turn around time and absolutely amazing work! Hopefully won't need any work anytime soon, but if I do, I know where I'm taking it!Thanks again, you guys rock!

If I could give Compass Collision 6/5 stars, I would! When someone t-boned me back in November, I was at a loss as to where to take my car to get repaired. After talking with other trusted automotive professionals in the area, it became apparent there was no one else to go to but Compass Collision. Despite not being able to get me in for a few weeks, I knew the wait was going to be worth my while. And BOY was it! Adam and the team are made up of kind, caring, communicative professionals. From calling my insurance so I didn t have to, to taking me to get my rental car so I didn t have to call an Uber, I felt like a friend as opposed to a customer. While I hope I can avoid automotive accidents for the rest of my driving career, if I do come into another accident, I know there s no one else I m going to call except for Compass Collision. Thanks for a champagne experience gentlemen!!

Compass collisions and Adam did an amazing job repairing my Tacoma. Originally I was told I could not even get an estimate for two months by another auto body shop. Adam not only had the estimate done within 24 hours the repairs were complete in less than 2 weeks. The truck drives better than before the accident and I couldn t be happier. He kept me up to date on all repairs and was extremely professional. I would Recommend his services to anyone needing a repair.

Where has this place been all my LIFE! I hit a deer on Saturday and by Thursday my car was fixed! I called Compass on Monday mid afternoon. Adam said stop by. I bee lined over and within 30 minutes he had my parts ordered! I couldn t believe it! My parts arrived Wednesday and Adam texted me to come in Thursday morning. I thought no way this is happening so efficiently! I arrived Thursday morning and about an hour later I was gone!!! Adrian checked on me to make sure I had what I needed while I waited. Coffee on the counter and drinks in the fridge! I was in heaven! I have told all of my friends about this awesome establishment!

A deer darted in front of my Audi TT and took out the front grill (the deer was unhurt and darted away). I needed repairs right away, and the bigger body shops were so backed up that even getting an estimate would have been a wait of over one month, not to mention when the repairs would be completed. Compass Collision was recommended by a reputable car mechanic shop. Adam and Gray, the principals, were wonderful to work with. I received an estimate right away, and the work was completed in about 3 weeks, despite the red tape delay occasioned by the relocation of the business from John s Island to West Ashley. Prices were reasonable and appropriate. I would recommend Compass Collision to anyone looking for a good body shop for car repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! These guys are nothing short of AMAZING. I am extremely picky when it comes to my truck and I could not find any imperfections in their work. Great attention to detail and extremely reasonable prices. This is the best body shop!

Great work and even better service. My car needed body work after getting damaged on the way to Charleston. While the local dealership s earliest availability was months away, the guys at Compass went out of their way to fit me in at a time when they were not even fully open, so my car could get fixed before a long road trip home.

Our bus hood and front fenders were down to the primer. Adam restored the bus to like new condition which also included removing the wax that was left to dry on the bus for several weeks. His price was more than fair and the quality of work was excellent. Our experience from beginning to end with Compass Collision was absolutely professional, courteous, kind, and they did such an amazing job repairing our SUV after we were unfortunately the vitctim of a bad car wreck. They did an excellent and timely job to repair my damaged Lexus 450L. They are friendly and very caring. Communicated well during entire process. Damage done by a deer. Very intricate and detailed work done very very well. I couldn't be more satisfied.
