A rock hit the windshield and it needed to be replaced. Found this locally owned auto glass shop on Google and called them up. What a wonderful experience. The owner is so kind and helpful - she walked me through steps to take with the insurance company and quickly had my repair scheduled. Replacing a windshield on a newer car is complex (technology!) so it took a couple hours for calibration, etc. but easy wait. The waiting area is so clean and pleasant, and the coffee is very good. The tech who did the work was super friendly and did an excellent job. I highly recommend keeping it local!

Thank you for the great service! They were able to get my car in quickly for a windshield replacement. Wonderful customer service. They made the process easy with the insurance company. And such nice people there. I like that this is locally owned business. I highly recommend going there.

I enjoyed the service at Charleston Auto Glass. Trish was very welcoming. The waiting area was very clean. The tech worked pretty fast. Trish was informative with the info she had to give. Over all, the team had great customer service and I would definitely recommend!

Charleston Auto Glass has superb customer service! I was greeted with warmth when I entered the building. The secretary was very kind. She prepared coffee for me, gave me the remote for the TV, and told me to make myself comfortable on the couch. The technician was fast and respectful. The entire experience was pleasant and professional! The price was very reasonable as well. I had to get my rear windshield replaced. I recommend this company. 10 out of 10 for sure!

Charleston Auto Glass is a very professional service to get your windshield replaced. The were very prompt and polite on the phone when scheduling my appointment. Their place of business is very clean and coffee was offered. The workmanship on the window replacement was top notch and they even finished a little early. Would highly recommend them!

Highly recommend Charleston Auto Glass! Don t even bother calling anyone else. They gave me 1st class service and seamlessly worked with my insurance to make sure I was $0 out of pocket and getting my full benefits; they even had the OEM glass for my car in stock, no lead time. I waited in their office while they did the replacement, was given a cup of coffee and enjoyed a comfortable lounge. Brandon was the tech that worked on my car - had a full replacement done in Les than 30min; he was very knowledgeable and took great care to protect the dashboard and components he removed.

I recently had my car's windshield repaired by Charleston Auto Glass, and I'm thoroughly impressed with their service. They demonstrated exceptional professionalism, completing the job promptly. Dealing with insurance was hassle-free, and three weeks later, my window remains in excellent condition. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and courteous. I also love their new building - their waiting room is cozy, clean, and so comfortable! Highly recommended!

What a great experience!!! They were professional throughout the entire process. Made it easy for me to get my windshield replaced. And they were flexible. I completely forgot that I had booked the appointment and they were kind enough to reschedule at the last minute and didn t make me feel bad about it. They even put my oil change sticker on the new windshield. That s the kind of service I like to see. I would highly recommend Charleston Auto Glass.

Charleston Auto Glass is amazing! They have replaced two windshields for me over the years and both times have been professional, polite and timely. They also do an amazing job. Next level customer service and platinum standard quality of work. Charleston Auto Glass patiently and professionally walked me through the process, got me in quick, and installed a new windshield that looks and performs better than the truck s OEM windshield. I opted to wait for at the business for the service, which was relatively quick. The customer area is comfortable, immaculate, and well decorated. They offered me beverages and checked on me to see if I need anything. I hope not to make cracking windshields a habit but if it does happen again, Charleston Auto Glass has won my business for sure!

I had an amazing experience with Charleston Auto Glass. Last Tuesday, I had a landscaper accidentally shoot a rock thru my window. I called around and found no one available until one week later but! Upon my first call to Charleston Auto Glass, they checked stock and availability and got me in that very next day!!! Thankfully I didn t have to drive around a long time with it shattered and open. They took care of me so well. They even spoke with the landscaper directly for payment so I didn t have to do much but bring my vehicle in. Their staff was top notch. Truly a sweet bunch of guys, I had family visiting in town that rode with me. Their office is nice and their lounge area is so comfy and cozy complete with chairs, bathroom, wifi. From the moment of drop off to the moment I left, it was under 30min. I was so impressed. Thank you so much for your customer service service and kindness. Y all are the best!

Owner was extremely caring and helpful; It was clear she cared about her customers. I left the shop happy, so I was scared when I heard a huge *crack* sound an hour later! I immediately called, explained what I heard (didn't see any cracks) and they told me to immediately come back in. They really helped me make sure my windshield was perfect! 5/5 would recommend <3

We have an older car that s hard to find parts for. After being turned away at several other places, Charleston auto glass was not only able to find the part quickly, but they also got us an appointment within a few days and had our glass installed while we waited. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great experience and would highly recommend Charleston auto glass!

779 5.0 star reviews!! Never ever have I come across a business that had this many 5-star reviews; and Tricia and company earned all of them!! She stepped me through what I thought was going to be a long drawn out process; a few days to get the windshield in and about an hour to install. My mom and I were treated with coffee definitely made with love and a super comfy red couch that swallowed us up. Apologies for pocketing your Roku remote, but it felt just like home!!

My wife s car needed a windshield replacement. I setup an appointment to have a new one installed with Charleston Auto Glass. I arrived and immediately they took the car in for the repair. The manager/previous owner was inside and was very cordial and explained what would take place. We then had a very casual conversation about our kid s upcoming weddings which passed the time easily. Within an hour he reviewed the things I needed to be aware of for the next 24 hours in respect to the windshield installation and I was on my way. My rear windshield was shattered by a tree , I tried 3 locations on the phone for a company to respond.one wanted to force online quote,another an answering service with no cb,another very high price.Charleston auto glass answered the phone,the owner who was very kind and thoughtful through the process of scheduling,making sure I had the right items with the winwindshiel.She was professional and great with customer service,the tech did a fantastic job and was quick with the install.I would highly recommend charleston Auto Glass.

Professional, friendly, and fast service. I had a passenger door window that was cracked on my Ford Exployer from an attempted break-in. I called their office to get a quote. Within a few minutes, I received a quote that was reasonably priced, and she asked if I wanted to have it scheduled for replacement the next day. I said yes, and the next day I went. FYI, Charleston Auto Glass shop recently moved to a new location, and google has not updated the current location. The new location is 1 to 2 blocks behind the Firestone off of Sam Riittenburg on the opposite side from the old location on Jenkins Road. The new office, waiting room, and shop are immaculant. Most importantly, the service is great! Thank you!

Excellent work and great communication. And they worked with my insurance. After dealing with a larger, corporate glass installer and having a negative experience, it was refreshing to get the great level of service and communication that Charleston Auto Glass provided.

Charleston Auto Glass for the win! When 3 other auto glass shops in town said they couldn t do the job, Charleston Auto Glass stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park. While replacing a side window in a van is not your most common job, they made it look easy. Chris did an expert job, getting it done in about 30 minutes. Many thanks to Tricia and John for their willingness to do the job. They were professional, reasonable, and straightforward. I will definitely bring future glass work their way!

Appointment was at 9 got there around 8:55 young man came out greeted me took my keys I went in the inside the lady was very nice told me I was the queen of the lobby handed me the remote couch was very soft offered me water and coffee I was in there for maybe 10/15 minutes my window was done excellent service I would give 200 stars if o could highly recommend them for your glass repairs
