This place sucks and are worthless I would recommend not using their services, I had to at least leave them a 1 star rating to make a comment but if I had a choice be -5 Star Rating , I called them for a service call to install exhaust gaskets on 5.7 L Chevy motor and because I took a bolt out my self they would not come out !!! As a company you either want to make money and service your community but nah they could care less and told me to call someone else !! So I definitely wouldn t recommend them or their services Please as they told me call someone else !!!!!!!

They were very helpful and tried to walk me through resolving the issue myself. When I couldn't they came out quick and got me going and were very fair with the charge.

I called to set up an appointment for my vehicle and the person I talked to was extremely rude. She asked for my vehicle tag and by the time it took me to walk around to the back of my car and tell her she interrupted me asking for the year make and model. When I repeated the tag she asked again for the year with a tone. I gave her my vehicle information and she was getting more rude with each question. When I told her my e-mail she read back only part of it back to me so I told her the rest of it. She then got an attitude and said I didn't confirm if the email was correct "instead I just told her random letters." I told her to forget it if she was going to have an attitude like that. The whole thing, not even waiting seconds for me to respond to her then interrupting me and the unprofessional attitude is disgusting. Do not recommend at all. If I could put zero stars I would. Not even worth your time.

Made the appointment (with a call center in TX). Stan was supposed to show up at 9 AM today. Call service called me at 8:30 to tell me he cancelled, and won t be available for 2 weeks. Unacceptable. Left me hanging

Tried to call set up an appointment to get my car inspected, person on the phone just hung up on me after asking them if I could get my car inspected
