Nick at this Batteries Plus location is a standup guy. He promptly and completely rectified a problem with one of 4 marine deep-cycle batteries I purchased from him by replacing it.I highly recommend this business.

This is 2nd time I have come to this store only to find that no one is there! While I waited awhile, (open sign & lights were on/doors locked) 2 other individuals came as well. It s sad. Not even a sign on door as to why they were closed during normal business hours.

The screen on my seven year old, to the month, S8+ finally kicked the bucket so I took it up to Nick at Batteries Plus, Verizon down the road mentioned he fix's phones.I researched a few places and they all fell in line with repair costs so I went with Nick. It is not cheap to repair an old screen but I had 7 years of everything on this phone so it wasn't an option. While he had it opened I had him replace the battery too. The most surprising part was he had everything in stock and I had the phone back the same day. When he returned it to me, not only had he replaced the screen and battery but he also "detailed" the entire thing.It looked brand new, it charges better and it takes better photos now.It did set me back $330 but it was worth itHe is a good Dude.

The owner Nick is a professional. He put my watch battery in for me today he was so kind and considerate.! Totally recommend this place.

Did some research and these are high quality batteries. Ordered on line, and the owner happened to be there and installed it for me which I really appreciated as I had a recent eye injury. Super nice and great experience. Huge parking at the shopping center. Store is also super clean and has a lot of other stuff from lightbulbs, phone charging cords, emergency battery packs, key fobs, nifty flashlights, etc.

I was having trouble installing my battery so I called Batteries Plus in James Island to see if they could help me out. I already had a new battery (from somewhere else) but Nick didn t hesitate to help and drove out to help me with 15 minutes. He had me follow up with him at the shop to make sure it ran okay and didn t charge me a dime! Definitely will be back!

Nick is great! Called around James Island and no one would replace my battery in my Chevy Silverado Nick did it happily! Great service and will be returning in the future with any battery related inquiries!

Franklin was great! We bought a new battery for my car and he installed it within 10 minutes! Quick, seamless and very friendly! I d highly recommend

Went into the store and Nic (the owner) was very helpful, informative and nice! Also patient when asked many questions! Quick responses also. Great people, great store and great location. Batteries Plus was definitely needed on James Island. You also get a FREE PEN!!

The owner was super helpful and even though he didn't have what I needed, he recommended a competitor that did. This is exactly the kind of service you only get from locally owned. I will be going back for all my battery needs!

I was on a motorcycle trip from Wisconsin when my cycle broke down. Nic (the owner) was so helpful. First off, he sold me a very nice AGM battery. Nic then drove to where I was stranded to make sure I was safe and could get back on the road. This type of customer service is rare these days and I hope everyone around James Island can appreciate a business like this.

I called inquiring about a speciality battery that came in a piece of equipment and they went above and beyond in order to help me find a replacement. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future. They went as far as having me send them pictures and measurements in order to ensure that I didn't waste a trip to the store if they didn't have a replacement in stock. Great team.

Kylie is great! She was very welcoming and inviting! She is very knowledgeable about the products and promotions!!!! The guy that was there was awesome as well! Very helpful and informative!!!! Great store with an AWESOME staff!!!! Go here for all of your batteries!!!

Fast service. I got a battery for my Key Fob, was in and out in 10 minutes. If your car is over 4 years old, I would recommend having the battery replaced, its only like $12 to have them do it, it doesn't take long, and it might save you from being stranded somewhere unable to get into your car.
