We had a seamless sale with Baker and glad we got Mrs. Brenda she wasn't a pushy sales person and respected us from the start.we called weeks prior to going in and didn't get those annoying sales calls and that was more the reason to go in and Buy so that's what we did and the waiting area was GREAT lol coffee wasn't the best lol but they had water and other drinks available. the Sales Manager was adorable and so FUNNY we loved chatting with him. He was also so very nice and took his time with us.finance Guy, GREAT!! lol great time with all of them

My experience at Baker INFINITI has been great. The front office staff are extremely courteous and the maintenance team do a really good job of explaining the status of the car and they have not once tried to push any extra services that might not have been needed.They make the, sometimes annoying process of getting your car serviced a little bit more enjoyable, and smooth.

My experience could not have been better. It was a complex problem in which the door locking system totally failed. It took several days to identify the corrective measures that were needed and to receive and install the corrective parts. The service tech s communication were frequent, detailed and kept me in the loop with process and progress.

Baker Infiniti will never see another dime from me. Period. The service department provided the worst service I have ever experienced. Each time I contacted the service advisor Donovan and he set an expectation, they were not met. We ll have a diagnosis by lunch time nope. We ll have answers by the end of the day .. nope. The next day, oh I m sorry we will need another $100 on top of the $200 diagnostic fee because we need more time to diagnose . Once diagnosed we should have the part Saturday and have it wrapped up no call, Monday. Nothing. Until after the holiday on Tuesday your cars ready . On top of that the part they charged me $1800 for was available at another Infiniti dealership for $843. But they wouldn t order it from there. Sorry, we can t order from anywhere other than our suppliers. But if you order it that s fine but we will not warranty the work. Lastly, I was told I needed a new belt. However I just had the belt replaced within the last year or so at another Infiniti dealership. At every turn Donovan and the service department did nothing to meet the expectations set, did nothing to make this a positive experience. I will be buying a new car in the next few months. I ve lived my Infiniti. However based on this experience I will have to go elsewhere. I would trust this service department and as such cannot trust the dealership.

If I was able to give a negative star, I would give it to Baker Infiniti 5 times over. Being that we are in the market for a new vehicle, one of the places my wife and I decided to check out yesterday was Baker Infiniti. After much consideration of all the vehicles we test drove that day, we were leaning toward the 2024 QX60 Autograph. The sales rep Ms. Barbra who assisted us was great, made sure we were informed and comfortable about our potential purchase (I would say the only good aspect of our experience).All of that good experience came to a holt when we were told by the manager that we would not be able to test drive the vehicle. Us perplex, shocked and confused, of course asked the question "why". He went on to explain, being that, that particular vehicle is the only one they have and it's been test driven before by others who were interested in the vehicle they want to keep the mileage down for other potential buyers. "WHAT"!! NEEVER HEARD OF THAT. After a few minutes of him trying to explain to us that we can test drive other QX60s and it's the same, and him being from New York and have sold BMW, Mercedes and such, he proceeded to place the key to my Mercedes GL (that was to be appraised) on the desk, reaffirm that we were not able to test drive the vehicle, stated, " sorry I can't let you test drive the vehicle and have a nice day". We are talking about an Infiniti, not a Mercedes AMG showroom, or. BMW M series, or an Audi S line.Almost 15 years ago after I moved from NYC, and my first experience at Baker Infiniti I told myself I would never purchase a vehicle from them. I owned an Infiniti Q45T and went up to a sales representative and was treated horribly. NOW, this experience just reaffirmed that notion.I've when on to purchase two Mercedes from Baker Mount Pleasant, and my experience was just that very pleasant.

Lucas was exceptional in every detail associated with buying my car. Easiest transaction I ve ever had and have bought numerous cars. He was a joy to work with, and his follow up has been excellent. Baker Infinity makes buying a car easy, and I would recommend Lucas to anyone wishing to buy a car.

I wanted to take a moment and provide a positive review of Baker Infiniti. I worked with Lucas Haynes and he was very responsive, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. All in all, I enjoyed my buying experience with Lucas and with Baker as a whole from Sales to Finance. I would absolutely purchase from them again.

Been doing business with Baker Motors for over 30 years, and wouldn t do business anywhere else. Their service consultants and service department are the best, and they treat people with respect, and are extremely knowledgeable about the cars they sell and service. A special thank you to Chance and Patrick, they are great! Thank you for taking care of my cars for all these years!

They charge a $205 diagnostic fee for each problem that you state if the problem doesn t have anything to do with one another. So if you take your car for multiple problems they charge you for each!!!!!!! Total nonsense

Lucas Haynes helped me out while shopping for a new family vehicle. After thoroughly walking me through several options we landed on the Qx60. I wish I could rate the agent that I scheduled my service withs separately as she was awesome.To begin I was charged to perform a diagnostic test when the issue was as simple as flipping a switch to the ON position in the glove box. I was refunded as I was told there was a lot of 'gray' in the issue at hand. I was also advised that I would get a call back the next day after speaking with the technician that 'serviced' my vehicle. The no call back confirmed what I felt ... lets get her money! I was quoted upwards $1,000 to repair something that works.

Great service! Professional atmosphere!Go see Andrew if you want to be taken care of and get peace of mind you're buying a great product at the best price. They got me into the exact car I wanted and made the whole experience very calm and simple. They are just a professional group from top down. We have had 5 cars from Baker in the last 15 years and we will keep coming back! Our last experience was especially pleasant with our sales rep Lucas Haynes. He was down to earth, personable and just easy to deal with. Baker Infiniti cars have been the best brand of cars we have had and that is why we keep coming back for more.

We were out just gathering information to look at cars, stopped in at Baker Infiniti and met Lucas Haynes. He made us comfortable from the beginning and spent a great deal of time with us, showing different models and options. We did end up buying a vehicle and Lucas was very thorough going through everything, working to make sure we were satisfied with the vehicle and the deal. Daniel Micu did an amazing job working to meet our needs and explained all the details completely. It was a great experience and we would definitely recommend Lucas, Daniel and the Baker team to others.

So I came to baker about 5 months ago looking to buy a sedan and I felt like I wasn t helped by any associates but I was very interested in a particular Q60, I recently went back and I was approached by Michael Hamilton and he absolutely wowed me by his charisma and general knowledge of the car I was interested in. Very respectful and easy going young man. He definitely won me over and I will be buying a car from this young man. Great asset for a great company!

Took my qx60 in for maintenance and it got totalled out in their lot while in their possession. They did absolutely nothing for me. I am now without a vehicle. They even went as far as to charge a storage fee while the vehicle sat in their lot awaiting the insurance claim. Not to mention when they did their estimate they only did the estimate on body damage and not the mechanical damage that was done to the vehicle. Also they loaned me a vehicle for a week which they charged the insurance company $75 a day after the fact... up until this incident baker was great but as soon as something happened to my vehicle on their lot they went out of their way not to be negligent for anything.. I will never purchase another vehicle that has to be taken to baker.

On June 9th I had the pleasure of taking my car in to Baker Infiniti to have my 2019 QX50 serviced at the last minute. The hatch spindle was not working properly and needed to be replaced. Patrick Reeves got me in the next day and was able to get my vehicle serviced immediately. The hatch would go up and immediately drop back down. It almost injured my son. I appreciate what he has done for me and each an every visit since I have had this vehiclehas been a great experience with my service representative. Thank you Patrick Reeves

Had high expectations for the service dept. after coming from Rosewell Infiniti and was not disappointed! I'm happy to call Baker Infiniti my new home and recommend anyone with car issues to make an apt. They also drove me to work and picked me up and gave the nicest little touch of a snack and water bottle for my drive home!

I drove from Columbia to Charleston. A 2 hour trip both ways. I was reminded of my appointment multiple times which is good because I forget things often. Then once I got there the communication from the Service Guy Donovan was great. He took all my concerns. Made sure he captured everything and made certain we had a loaner vehicle. There was communication throughout the whole process and that was very good. Then once we got the truck repaired the treatment to make sure we were satisfied was amazing. I am whole heartedly going to be traveling to Charleston to get my vehicle serviced all the time. Thank you Baker of creating an unforgettable experience.

4.17.23. Went in there with hopes of trading my 2019 Infiniti Qx60 lux with 38000 miles they offered me 23000. Thats with putting money down. As I was sitting in the other room, I heard the finance guy and the salesman talking. He, the salesman, said there must be something wrong with her car........NOPE! I just wanted a larger one! Then he said she must have traded in another car to have gotten the payments I currently have for my current vehicle"......NOPE! Its called Good Credit/ Nav/Fed financing! ( 4.6%) So to get a 52000 vehicle from them, they were basically telling me, I would have to pay 65000 dollars, with the trade in and down-payment. NOPE.....The salesman Mike was actually nice though.
