Two employees inside store on 12/15/23. Female and male. Young female who handled my purchase was nice . But the male who wore glasses blurted out a sarcastic and very unprofessional frivolous allegation as a means to insult me - totally uncalled for odd behavior.Thank you AZ for replying below. I fully intend on addressing my experience further with you and district managers. I will do this after I have also ascertained legal remedies as well concerning your employee's behavior caused by no actions of my own. He was not the employee serving me.. Thus, I was not only blind sided but, in part, appalled by his behavior and even his remark as I left the store. Thank you again.

If I could give them zero stars I would lady refused to help would not look at the issue etc just lazy and rude least helpful auto zone I have ever been to

Just wanted to say that I had a very good experience in this store this evening when buying a battery for my 2013 Honda Accord. After having a very bad experience at the store on John's Island, I truly appreciate the assistance I received from the two gentlemen at this store. Thanks again for your respect and professionalism. I will be returning to your store for future purchases.

We came here today to rent tools and to by tools to fix my friend's vehicle ... After purchasing and renting these tools , we started working on it in the parking lot. The parts manager I think it was a female , came and told us we were not allowed to work on the vehicle in the parking lot and she was very rude . We asked her well you rented us the tool and allowed others to work on their vehicle .. So why can't we ? If you notice in pic she/he is actually working on one of the vehicles .. To me this is not manager behavior , this person does not need to be working here because the rest of the employees are very nice . Not sure why she doesn't like us ... Don't shop here if you are planning on working on your car in the shore lot,

Jimi gave me outstanding customer service very friendly very informative very empathetic to my situation and this is the second time I've came to AutoZone and this is the second time I've been helped by this gentleman and I appreciate the exceptional customer service and knowledge.

Bought car battery cleaner from another location and stopped by here for some help since I had never handled a battery before and didn t know how to do it safely. I was worried I would be judged for my inexperience, but Without any hesitation a staff member (wish I had gotten his name) grabbed his tools and cleaned the battery corrosion for me with my items. He was very kind and answered my questions, and even gave some tips/advice for what to look out for when my battery starts giving out due to its age

Kelvin helped me out today, he is such a genuine and charming character! Tested out my battery and helped me get a new one, then installed the new one in a breeze! Thank you for the outstanding service and for being so patient.

On Vacation, our battery died. Got a jump to make it to AutoZone and they helped out to test my battery's ability to maintain a charge. Battery was borderline. Opted to replace it and they replaced it for us. Great service.

Wiper blade broke. And had bought it at the store a week or three back. Asked them if they could replace it. Said there was nothing they could do. Christian, the manager has an attitude, like I was in the wrong. It s your store dude. Think plenty of other stores sell wiper blades. Bad call not being respectful.

I needed a windshield wiper on a cold blustery evening last night. The clerk was very helpful in finding the right wiper for my vehicle and even went out in the rain without my asking to install it. When I offered a tip, he politely refused, saying, "We don't accept tips, but come back and buy more parts." I surely will -- thank you for such great service!

The staff in this location are fantastic and went above and beyond my expectations. As soon as I walked into the store I was acknowledged by an employee, he helped me find exactly what I needed and even installed and made sure that my car issue was fixed before I left. Amazing customer service!

Extremely helpful and friendly service!! We needed a new headlight bulb and the manager, Stanley, came out to the car and removed the bad bulb, provided us with the new, correct one and even installed it and made sure it was working properly. Great level of service- would definitely recommend.

My wife is out of town and stopped in to ask if they could assist her in adding a quart of oil that she wanted to purchase from this location. The woman who worked at this store was extremely unpleasant and refused to help her. This is quite out of the norm as I frequently buy wiper blades for example and other AutoZone stores offer to replace the blades for me without hesitation. It s not like she was asking for help with replacing the motor in the parking lot. It was a very simple request. Good customer service and a pleasant attitude goes a long way.

I came in for the free check engine light diagnostic. Especially for a free service, the staff member (sorry, I wish I got his name) who I spoke with was incredibly helpful and kind, and even went to my car with me to show me how to use the diagnostic machine. Would definitely recommend based on the great service I received, I can only imagine how great they are to paying customers. :)

I'm not sure what happened, but Google made my review a 2 star even though I clicked 5 stars. I went to this AutoZone after purchasing a used vehicle to get some new windshield wipers. The staff was extremely helpful and offered to look up the right size wipers for my windshield in the brand that I was interested in. Once he found the right size, he offered to install them for me and to remove the old, busted pair off the car I had just purchased. The staff made everything very easy and simple, I highly recommend this location.

Customer service here was amazing. We had just come from Advance where employees were absolutely unhelpful. Patty asked what we were replacing on my car and gave perfect recommendations. I will definitely make Auto Zone my first choice from now on.
