Y'all, if you are ever having problems, ask for Charles!! He is absolutely wonderful! He not only helped me figure out what the issue was, but he also got me running right while answering all of my questions and keeping the most positive attitude I have ever seen! I'm so glad he was there! Should I need to go back, I will be asking for him directly.

Came here around 7 after my car wouldn t turn over and roadside assistance letting me know I needed a new terminal. I luckily was close by after getting a jump and came here to get a new terminal. I met charles who was awesome, friendly and kind in leading me to what I needed and walking me step by step on how to change the terminal. Charles then changed my battery terminals while me and my partner were here and was informative and helpful teaching along the way. Charles was awesome and I am so thankful I stopped by and was able to get help from him

After accidentally stripping a screw while installing my new car battery, Charles and his team found a new part, sent someone to pick it up, and Charles, the manager, personable drove me back to work while they continued to work the problem. Charles and his team displayed great knowledge of car parts, fantastic customer service, and unwavering ownership. Thank you, Charles!

This store was amazing from start to finish. I called and Charles answered my questions. When I arrived he was there to help me sort out what I needed. Give them a call. You'll be glad you did. Thank you, Auto Zone. Charles, thanks for helping me with my turn signal and liscense plate bulbs...YOU ROCK!

Roderick, the manager, demonstrates a reluctance to provide customer assistance and instead engages in arguments. I was erroneously provided with an incorrect fuse size, and despite my desire for the correct size, Roderick adamantly refuses to offer refunds. After reciting the refund policy outlined on my receipt from Autozone, he redirects his attention towards another customer who was leaving and engages in a conversation regarding his [Roderick's] engine purchase. This situation left me feeling frustrated and unassisted.In a dismissive manner resembling that of a frustrated toddler, Roderick curtly suggests that I find the desired fuse size myself. After searching for a few minutes, it became apparent that the store did not have the correct size available. I approached the front desk with the expectation of receiving a refund, only to have Roderick turn away from me and attempt to retrieve the fuse size himself. He similarly scanned the shelves, and eventually returned to the front desk, avoiding eye contact and expressing frustration. Eventually, he begrudgingly pressed buttons on the cash register, and ultimately provided the refund I was owed.It is disappointing to encounter such a disrespectful attitude, which purposefully wasted my time. Is this the type of individual Autozone deems suitable for a managerial position? I question the competency and maturity of someone who displays such indifference and passive-aggressive behavior. Perhaps Autozone can use this experience as a teaching opportunity for Roderick. It is well overdue.

Susan was so nice and friendly that she was able to help me out with getting my mom s car ac going after finding out she didn t have any cooling in her car! Thank you guys at AutoZone for being awesome! Happy holidays!

Great and fast experience. Always test my battery and show me the results. No hassle. If the battery is bad, they replace it under warranty.

Great store. Well managed. Fast friendly service. First time in was for two tail light bulbs for my camper. Easy purchase and felt valued as a customer.Second time went in for a battery check. She tested the battery right away and said it just needed a charge. She picked the battery up for me and took it back to charge. Picked up an hour and half later and had them run diagnostics on my car with the check engine light on.The manager told me what issues were present, provided a printout of parts and costs and offered advice on how to repair the issues.A very positive and helpful experience with three different employees (including the manager) and felt valued each time.

Me and my wife came because we where having battery issues with our ford flex. The store manager Rodrik was patient and kind. He explained everything from start to finish. He gave very kind and uplifting words. I will say that as long as Rodrik is there this is the only parts store we will shop. I really appreciate everything! He had us rolling in no time!

I experienced One of the rudest encounters today with an employee here. We brought a part from autozone and installed it and asked the man to read the code to see why it wasn t clearing. He had the worst attitude and ask us how many times does he have to read the code when he never read it before, it was someone else a week ago! This man clearly hates his job and has a problem doing it. He s past retirement age and needs to retire or work somewhere else since he clearly hates his job! I will not come back to this autozone again.

I have been to this autozone several times to get help with my car or the error codes read and they have been nothing but the best. Specifically, Rodrick went out of his way to look at my car and add some thoughts rather than just reading me the codes. I am grateful for all of his help, and he truly is an above and beyond employee.

I went to this Autozone yesterday, 8/20/23, to return an air filter and radiator cap I did not need. Both were in their original packaging, both were unused, and it was within 90 days of the original purchase; all of which is required for the Autozone return policy. The person who spoke to me told me that it had been too long since purchase and I wouldn't be allowed to return the items. Luckily a friend informed me that the return policy is 90 days so I went back to the store today, 8/21/23, to return the items. The same employee, who later claimed to be a manager, spoke to me. This time I was suddenly able to return the items with ease after I said it was within 90 days. I asked the man why he felt the need to lie to me yesterday. He became dismissive at first and then defensive. I was in my work uniform and he then began asking me where I worked so he could speak to my manager about "my approach". If you're a manager, you should know the return policy of the store you manage. Either he is a liar like I believe or he needs to be retrained in his store's policies. Either way, it's a poor managerial performance.

I went to the location on Rivers Avenue and the battery on my motorcycle died. Rodrick was absolutely phenomenal and helped me out. What a true professional. I highly recommend this location.

I was looking for 15 feet of fuel hose and I had to wait about ten minutes before anyone could help me. Once they did they went to check and unfortunately they didn t have enough. One friendly guy took his smoke break and complimented my bike when I left though.

I had to update my review from five stars to three stars. I went in to the location today to recycle some oil. The young lady with glasses at the counter told me they only recycle 5 quarts at a time. The issue I have is my Trailblazer takes 7 quarts. So I can purchase 7 quarts of oil from this location but I can't recycle all of it at once???? This makes no sense. Now I am debating if I want to spend my money here. I had to drive a few miles down the road to O'Reilly's that had no issue recycling my oil.

Cheri was amazing, she was so super friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about everything I needed! I m sooooo thankful she was there to assist me or else I would ve left empty handed. These days when customer service is getting so horrible it s a breath of fresh air see someone who still puts the customers needs first. Thank you Cheri keep up the good work!

Went to get my check engine light looked at. The pregnant woman helped us and seemed fine at first, checked the engine light and she read it. Said if you wanna get the part it s a grand I said okay and didn t say anything else after. Didn t offer for us to buy it or give any other solutions to the situation. Stood there for a hot minute with complete silence and dismissed us. Thanks, for the help.

Hadn't been in here before and was pleasantly surprised. Was on my way home from Subaru service and knew I needed a new wiper blade. Saw the store and turned in on a whim. Was greeted quickly, assisted capably. The man helping me even offered to change out the wiper for me. I know it's not supposed to be that hard but it saved me the time of watching a YouTube video and doing it myself. Two thumbs up. Like they used to say in the ads on the Smartless podcast, "Get in the zone. AutoZone!" (but this one in particular) :)

This is the best AutoZone. I walked in and was immediately helped. Dillon the store manager was awesome. He helped me determine the battery I need for my vehicle and he took the time to replace it even though the replacement was extremely difficult. I highly recommend anyone have car issues to go here to get help. Thanks Dillon and AutoZone!

They can never seem to find parts for my Subaru.The local chain around here not only has the regular parts they can often get the upgraded parts fairly inexpensively.
