Great experiences here all of the way around. Docked my boat in their dry docking facilities for years. Fast, friendly and accomidating. Super convenient and full of southern hospitality.

Best marina service on Lake Murray. Dock hands are always pleasant, everyone knows my entire family, they treat us so well, we couldn't ask for more. Super safe fork lift drivers, my only complaint is gas is super expensive here and parking is tight at the docks. Dry storage is the way to go. Tony is the greatest guy ever.

Great staff. We rented a pontoon boat for fathers day weekend. They were very accomodating and helpful. Gas was $7 a gallon and you are charged based on how much you use. Because it was fathers day, we payed the holiday cost. However, it was still cost less than a lot of places i called and tried to get. Would highly recommend. You do need to return the boat by 5pm. :) and staff helps you dock. Highly recommend using this company if you want to rent a boat

I dry dock my boat here. The staff are simply amazing. Always nice. Always helpful. My boat is in the water by the time I park my car and walk down to the dock. Can t say enough about them!

Great people, service, attention and more. I will tell you, it is worth every penny to show up with a cooler and they start to pull your boat. The teens and college students that work there are professional beyond their years. The 2 older gents that run it are awesome and welcoming. I could keep going, but i have been there for.years and love it. Imagine, no trailer, no dock fears, no "can you drive a boat or back a trailer up".

Catfish Johnny's and Rusty Anchor are two ways to experience the shore away from the coast! Friendly, casual service with live music on the weekends, an upscale dining experience inside Rusty Anchor's classically crafted dining room, or outside on the deck overlooking Lake Murray. Step out onto the lower deck to mingle with the lake crowd, meet friends, and watch the sunset while sipping on your favorite beverage. Don't forget their frozen drinks are a perfect start (or end) to a day on the water! (Be safe, don't boat/drive and drink.)

We have had our boat in dry-stack there for the past 7 years and can't say enough positive. The deck hands are superb and know us first name basis. The lifts are new and they do a great job handling the boats. Since the boat stays covered it is better than keeping it on a lift on the water.We considered buying a house out on the lake, but this has been so convenient it beats having to deal with the high taxes and high traffic to work everyday to still enjoy the benefits of the lake.Wonderful operation. Highly recommend.

Excellent staff and service. We love having our boat stored at Lighthouse. Everyone is always so friendly and the are great about getting your boat in the water quick.

We rented a slip here because it s a classy looking place, closer to home and had great reviews. However on our first outing of the year I came in to fill up my wave runner with fuel while my son shopped for an anchor. Come to find out they don t take American Express (only Card I had), and they wouldn t trust me to come back and pay when we got in (even though I m renting a boat slip and storing my trailer) so demanded I leave my card with them. When I returned they were not there so I ate at the restaurant (which fortunately does take all cards). When we went to retrieve our card they had closed for the night and I had to make a special trip (4 hours round trip) to get it. To my mind good customer service involves not inconveniencing your customers by refusing their preferred form of payment (especially when your gas prices are more than sufficient to cover the small difference in cost) and then insulting them further by holding their Card hostage when they are a paying customer already.

From the start manager and staff have been so nice and helpful. We had work circumstances arise and they helped us deal with it seamlessly. Exceptional customer service and well ran. We appreciate our time with y all and highly recommend to everyone. Thanks so much for everything and we will miss y all!

This place is great. The view of lake Murray was great while eating my wonderful seafood dinner..my wife loved looking at all the pretty boats parked at the docks..resturant was really clean. The waitress i had was new and trying really hard...but did a great job even though i think someone should have been with her because she did not know the menu..when i asked her what was good she told me she didnt know and said she didnt even like seafood...lol..not her fault everyone has to work...she did a great job anyway

We needed to take a very large boat out of the water and reserved a slip a week before the move day. We drove up two cars from Charleston to move the boat to light house marina but were surprised to find out that they rented out our slip to someone else. The manager was unresponsive, unapologetic, and just generally didn't care. It didn't matter to him if we already rented the slip and had a whole operation happening in a few days to pull the boat out... all he cared about was that he found someone else to rent the slip a few days longer than us.I can understand business and the want to rent out a slip for a longer time and for more money, but it would have been nice to at least get a phone call saying "sorry, the slip is no longer available". That way we would not have wasted 5 hours of driving up and back down to Charleston.I would not recommend this marina to anyone. The manager is uncaring, unprofessional, and all around scummy.Just my two cents.update: we also had the boat taken out of the water and the guys working around the boat were great. So, if you need to take a boat out, good place, if you need to deal with the manager at all, go someplace else.

Best Marina on the lake. What more can I say.Very clean, employees are very nice and super responsive.I never waited more than a few minutes to get my boat in the water.

Awesome grub at Rusty Anchor (and Catfish Johnnie's)!! Ah� tuna, grouper, finished with huge chocolate brownie, ice cream & topping. Simply incredible...

Boat was nice, customer service great, a little pricy on rental but fishing allowed, fill up on fuel "over priced", threats of $250 if return late. But no allowance for picking up late or returning early.

These people are not trustworthy in my opinion. I told them I wanted a slip for a year only and I paid in full at that time. At end of the year I moved boat closer to me and they continue to charge me saying I didn't do my notice in writing. I gave then 12 months notice. How much more do they want. They switched the contract and the girl didn't put down a year only. Now how is that my fault that their employees don't do their job. Or are they trained to do this??

They help you dock your boat and the Rusty Anchor has good food. Great service and experience all around. Will go back soon.

Kept my boat there for a season and dealt mainly with Jason. Jason was always awesome to talk to and always handled all of my concerns quickly and courteously.
