Absolutely amazing!Was just at Lake Murray for the Easter weekend and had to get my tires replaced. Not only did I get in the same day on a busy weekend, my son also got a mini apprenticeship as a tire mechanic. Fair prices, super friendly people, outstanding service.

Here's an honest, and true review: Lake Murray Tire and Auto is the best auto and repair shop in the state of South Carolina. Never ceases to have a positive and encouraging environment, fast and accurate with work, and most importantly, HONEST and TRUE. I've had my vehicle serviced by this shop for as long as I've owned a truck. They're better than the dealership if you can believe it! I've even seen folks with issues on their car/truck, they swing by to ask about it, and they are willing and ready to assist almost immediately. This place will NOT rip you off, will not lead you in the wrong direction, and will never over charge. They do what needs to be done the way it's supposed to be the first time. [Every local in Chapin, SC looks no further than our home shop because the best of the best is right here at home]. Highly recommend, from tires to transmissions, they got you covered!

I have been doing business with these guys for 18 years, they have never steered me wrong. They fit me into their schedule when ever I need an oil change or new tires, shocks , batteries for boats and cars. My car is 23 years old and they keep her in tiptop shape. They will check everything before I go on a lengthy trip to put my mind at ease. Ben , Steve or Adam will be glad to be of assistance. Drop off or wait in their comfortable customer waiting area. They don t over charge on their services, give them a call you won t be disappointed.

When I got the flat tire, I reached them and they were very thorough and checked every single tires. First, I didn't recognized that the tire had tear but they checked the tire and said I needed a repair. I just requested them to replace it with repair tire and they did it perfectly for me. The price was very reasonable and I liked their service. Thank you!

Had all 4 tires replaced faster than fast. Super prompt service. Very friendly staff. Great prices (far lower than other places). Definitely found my new place to get tires. Highly recommend.

Great service and great people. While our trailer was getting tires they seen our trailer jack was broken due to a small problem. They fixed it and didn't charge for it. Good businesses are still out there

Great staff, very friendly, fairly priced service! I was recommended to Lake Murray Tire and Auto by my neighbor, who sends most of his service work done there. Was in last Friday morning, as my back tire was getting low. Was there at 7:45 AM, so it's nice to see a place open early! They told me they do accept walk ins, but if have to wait about half an hour. If I was overly concerned about the tire, I would have waited, but instead made a 9 AM appointment that same day, and went grocery shopping. I returned promptly at 9 AM and my vehicle was quickly taken in the garage. An hour later, I had two patches from two nails in that back tire. $30 for the fix! Very happy! Glad to support a local business and I'm glad to see good customer service. Was nice to see that most customers called the staff by name, and the staff did the same. They kind of thing speaks volumes.

I was totally impressed just sitting in the waiting room and listening to their business transactions. Didn t need much for my car this time but they were able to fix the problem. It s my first time going to them but it won t be my last!

I was traveling through the area from canada, had a squealing brake pad , with no appointment they got me in and within 3 hours with new front rotors and brakes , fair price and awesome service , thanks guys

Excellent service. Called and got an appointment within 48 hours, serviced within 2 hours of it being there. So fast, efficient, and communication was fantastic. Highly recommend. You will not find a more reputable auto repair place. The staff are very knowledgeable and won't pressure you into unnecessary high dollar repairs. I have trusted Steven and the rest of the staff with all of our family's car repairs for the past 18 years. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would!

Went here for an oil change and tire rotation. Prices are inline with the market, which is expensive. They were very busy, so I had to leave my truck there over night. Might be a deal breaker for some, so I d schedule an appointment if possible. Friendly staff though and the job was done right.

I was recently traveling through SC on 26 and noticed my tire fell pressure was getting low. And traffic was backed up for miles. I got off at the exit and came across this place.. The employees made me feel safe and took care of the tire and was back on the road within minutes. Awesome auto shop. My family has gone here for over 25 years. They tell you the truth and don t try to charge you for random things/things you don t need to replace as other auto service businesses might do. The most trustworthy and professional auto service business you ll find in the whole Midlands area.

I think most people's worry with an auto shop is finding someone they can honestly trust, and I have never felt as comfortable with the information I'm given as I do with these guys. Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable, and friendly every time I go in to them, but they're fast, and have gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion. The old adage about treating customer's like family isn't just a cliche for these guys, it's honestly the way they make you feel. I feel incredibly fortunate to have such an amazing place to take all my family's cars to. Thanks so much for the continued amazing service.

These guys did a great job and even gave us a print out of before and after which is nice for mechanical guys like myself. Would highly recommend! Ask for Adam he'll take care of you
