Recently Bought a 2013 Ford Fusion Energi from them. Amazing service! It was my first time financing a car and Tim walked me through the process at the bank and got me one hell of a deal! They don't do the constant salesman pitch for any of the cars, If you ask about the history of the car they WILL tell you, and they stand behind what they sell! They even gave me a full parts list of all parts that had been repair or replaced! Worked with me on the trade in on my old clunker, Was super responsive too texts and calls, and kept me informed! Couldn't be happier with the deal! Will be going back in the future! A+

Absolutely amazing experience. Tim and Chris are amazing. I was searching for a service truck for my business and Chris found it. Tim called me up told me what they had. Asked if I wanted to come into town to look at it (I live 3 hours away). Told him I had not 1 but 2 trades. Gave me very fair price on my trades. Only left with a problem. How do I get 2 vehicles from 3 hours away to trade in. Brought one. Took truck home and came back few days later with other trade. Tim gave me a ride 3 hours to my house Was extremely fair on the price. Worked with me on the financing side of things. I was in town the other day and I stopped at the dealership. Their detail guy Keith recognized me. Asked me how I liked the truck. Told me if it needs a detail swing it on by n they would detail it .(for a small fee of course). I met the mechanic everyone in Chapin talks about. Guy named Squirell. He is the smartest mechanic I have ever met (I own a mobile mechanics business myself ). Cannot say enough good things about Tim and Chris and all the guys over at hometown. My next purchase will be from them.

Tim is so wonderful and pleasant to work with! I found out my old car had a failed motor and explained my financials to him, and he helped me get into a great and reliable car big enough for my kids and I! I m so grateful for him and his team, he really pulled so many strings for me to get a reliable ride and as a single mom, I HIGHLY recommend Hometown Integrity. Definitely felt like HOME.

I had been looking for a certain truck and had found on Facebook marketplace and it was actually at this dealership. I had spoken with Chris and he had told me everything I needed to know so I went the next day to look at it. He had told me about the little things wrong with it that he had noticed so I took it for a test drive. I found a couple other thing but we negotiated to a great price and the deal was done the next day. I've even waited to write this review to see if any surprises came up but nothing. Chris was straight up with me and had a great attitude as his partner was off during this time so he was busy handling everything. Highly recommend going here.

Best selection of used cars anywhere in South Carolina! Great prices and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I searched for 3 weeks all over South Carolina for an affordable used car with low mileage, 1 owner, and no accidents. If you are looking for a used vehicle, go see Tim Busch. After going back and forth with one dealership, I happen to come across this dealership. From the moment I reached out, both Chris and Tim were very communicative and helpful. In my very little experience of buying cars, it was super easy and personable. Definitely would give more than 5 stars if there was the option!

Decided to take a chance and drive 3+ hours to them, and wow all I have to say is best experience I ve had! Guys are down to earth and can absolutely talk to anyone. Very honest and trustworthy people here. Car I purchased made it home perfectly with no problems. Would recommend and drive to them again!

Tim and Chris and the team were just the kind of car buying experience I was looking for. Tim guided me through my first used car buying experience and Chris made me feel like I was buying the mechanically-sound (and beautiful) car I hoped I was buying. They just seem to love what they do and they had repeat customers coming in and out that made it seem like a big family. Plus, they are fun to be around and very knowledgable about what they do. I showed up to drive a car I ended up not loving, but when I told them what I was looking for, they had me in my favorite car ever two days later. I'm glad they are a local business, treated me like a local, went above and beyond on the detail cleaning they did before the car left the lot, and they made the whole buying experience something I will always appreciate. Great group of guys from Buffalo. I might end up a Bills fan after this week. Thanks Tim and Chris and the whole team at Hometown Integrity Driven Motors.

A used car lot you'd recommend to your friends? Before I bought this car I'd have thought that to be a contradiction in terms - but there is such a thing, and it's this one. Tim and Chris were great, gave me every bit of detail about the car I was buying, helped me navigate the financing and warranty options. I had a minor issue after the sale, and they were great. There was never any question that they were going to make it right. And they did. Anyone looking for a good quality used car without breaking the bank would be well advised to talk to these guys first.

Reached out about a 2007 corolla. I was given a counter offer. As soon as I showed knowledge of the market and that the car was overpriced the salesman got rude. He told me all negotiations were over. Will not be doing business with them or recommending them to anyone to shop.Customer service has gone out of the window these days.

Unfortunately I can't say that I've ever been here before. However a gentleman by the name of Michael saw a damsel in distress whose car just would not start. It would turn over but she would not crank. He did a couple things and a couple things there and then looked at my dashboard and was able to tell what the problem was. After a little bit of patience I had him crank the car and she crunk up like a beauty. The lady of the shop to where I was parked at said that I had the best mechanic in town. And she was not lying. He knows what he's doing. So I know that any car he puts his hands on will be in tip top shape. Thank you Michael this review is for you and I will be by to look at your cars very soon. Like you said you get what you pay for.

The experience I had at Hometown was absolutely amazing! Chris and Tim were a pleasure to work with. Chris provided me with details of everything possible about the truck, in and out. I felt absolutely no pressure to purchase the truck. He was honest and upfront about everything and very easy to talk to. If I ever need another vehicle, this is where I will be headed. As their name states "Integrity" - they 100% stand up to this name. Highly recommended!!!

I think too many people forget they are purchasing a used car. Chris and his team won t sell a car that isn t road worthy without giving you all the details and definitely won t let you buy a car you haven t taken for a vigorous test drive. Integrity is the key word in their name. I ve bought 3 cars from these guys and did my own research to make sure I was buying a car I wanted rather than anything I can afford. Great people, great cars and trucks and always a great deal. Worst thing I ve seen here is when he wouldn t sell a customer a car because it still needed work. Customer came back 2 weeks later when it was fixed and bought it.

Purchased a car from this location and it was genuinely the best experience. Both Justin and Chris are phenomenal! We got a great car at a great price and had a great time doing it. Thank you for making what is usually a difficult process, so easy, comfortable, and fun! I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a new car but is nervous about doing so.

Excellent business that provides great customer service and a value for your money. They take care to ensure they can provide reliable used vehicles; which is very hard to do. My brother and I were working on my car when we saw the dealership, they had very nice trucks and I had to have it, they stayed late and got the paper work done and gave me a fair price for my car. They then mailed my license plate to Fort Leonard Wood for me; which was returned by the post office in MO. However they promptly mailed it back for me. The truck only needed minor repairs that I could complete myself such as U joints. I would recommend Hometown integrity motors, they were above and beyond what I expected and reminded me of how I would treat my customers when I was a salesman.

Put 3000 miles on it and all accessories started failing( electrical issues power seats,mirrors /windows.)I Had advance auto check the battery which they said Was good ,so I didn't know what to fix first . I know now ,that all of those issues were related to something ford calls a(battery monitoring system) .Basically a sensor that monitors battery life and will cut off certain accessories to conserve battery even if the battery is still good. So I purchased a $220 battery and with the "sensor disconnected" fixed all of the electrical issues Also noticed a scrubbing sound thinking it was probably brakes I went to have them replaced and had to replace both back rotors $500 ( tech told me my model Ford edge has a problem with the back calipers sticking) I understand that's totally a Ford issue and not integrity motors. All in all, my experience with these guys was quite good , I feel like I bought a defective product and I have Ford to thank for that . I would definitely recommend Hometown motors , although I would say do your homework on the particular model and make that you purchase. I didn't think that a product , that originally sold for $42,000 would have all those bugs and issues. Shame on you FORD!!!

I definitely will be purchasing any future cars from here! I shopped around and looked at least 100 cars from several several dealerships and hands down, these guys definitely outshine all the others. They have the lowest prices, the highest quality cars, and go above and beyond to provide top notch customer service. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a car to check them out!!

Was searching for a good vehicle all over the southeast. I was very picky about what I wanted and I found the perfect vehicle here. Jeremy and Chris have a very good system setup for dealing with customers. I took a greyhound all the way from Florida just to buy the vehicle and when I got there it was a very easy process and the truck was exactly what I was looking for. For a great price. This was the best buying experience I have had in over 65 years of buying a car. Chris and Justin were both gracious and thorough and the BMW we bought was in perfect shape. My Step son is certainly pleased with his first car and shoud enjoy it immensely. I would certainly recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for that special car or truck!

As far as customer service goes these guys are unmatched and couldn t of been better in that aspect. The issues I ve been having with this car however, is completely different. The first week of having it I caught a flat the rim was bent so I bought a new tire and rim, which I just chalked it up because flats happen even though I hadn t hit any potholes or anything like that. Literally a couple days after that another flat transpired which I thought was weird so I had them check all my rims and tires.. apparently 3/4 rims were bent which was causing my tires to deflate so I bought 3 brand new tires and 4 brand new rims totaling about $650 for everything. Now I bought my car knowing the tire sensor needed to be fix so I can t complain about that but it did make it hard to know if I really had low tire pressure or if it was just the sensor so that was a $260 fix. Then my car stopped turning on (it s a push to start) because the key they gave me was not a manufactured Hyundai key but a generic one so I paid $260 for a locksmith to create me a new key and register it to my car just so a week later that key would stop working as well. I took it to Mr. Transmission because my car does this jerking motion when I m braking. My transmission is fine but they believe the issue is electrical because the original wiring where my battery is in my car was replaced with some kind of generic rig. Apparently at some point in time (before I bought the car) the old battery had leaked battery acid and more than likely burned the original wiring (hence the generic rig) which is about $850 to get fixed (apparently my key not starting and the jerking is caused by the faulty wiring I won t know until next week because that s when I get it fixed), not to mention the $725 of basic maintenance fees e.g spark plugs, coolant flush, brake pads etc. I got this car in January it s only April the amount of money I already and still have to spend is ridiculous especially since I paid $6000 for this car. I don t believe they knew all what was wrong with this car I don t get that vibe but they were neglectful in thoroughly inspecting and informing me of the predisposed issues before my purchase. I ve only called hometown once and that was to inform them of the key situation which they seemed to be unbothered by so I left it alone and haven t reached out since.

Wouldn t recommend buying from here. I bought my Jeep Cherokee on January 14th. It had a couple problems and things that needed to be fixed and instead of lowering the price of the vehicle, they agreed to do the work for me (replacing the headliner, motor mounts, rear diff, oil change) if I paid the original asking price, and so I agreed. The first couple weeks they had finished everything but the headliner. I have tried multiple times to schedule my service getting finished as they agreed and written signed on paper in January, it is now July and I am still being blown off to come in and finish the work. In June I tried again to schedule a date to get it done, but it was cancelled on me, when I tried to set another date I was told he would get back to me that was on June 24th. It is now July 28. There has been no attempt to reach out to me and finish what they agreed upon back in January. I ve reached out many times and it has been shown that their other work is more of a priority then following through what was on legally signed paperwork from a customer who bought a car from them. While waiting for this to be finished, the windows of the car dropped down and are unable to roll up. In June when I had scheduled to come in on a Friday, Chris had agreed with me that he would fix one of the windows in exchange for not having fixed the headliner yet, but as stated above, there has been no contact to try and schedule a date, and whenever I have tried it has been disregarded. Meanwhile I m not even sure if it s worth going back to them to support their business and get it fixed as it has taken 6 months for something that was promised to be done along with the original work. If I knew the work wasn t going to be finished on my vehicle, I would have just insisted on paying less for my vehicle instead of being falsely affirmed that the work was included in the price I paid.

These guys are amazing. Just moved and needed a good qaulity car that I could depend on for a good price. They were able to work with me and I was able to get the car I wanted! They know a lot about cars, and truely car about you as a person. The car bought is amazing and I am so happy with it. Will definitely be using them from now on, other dealerships were a nightmare.I recommend looking for a car with them!
