Hi everyone!We took our class C camper to Palmetto State RV to have it winterized and checked over. Unbeknownst to us the roof had started to deteriorate and was starting to break down and leak. The roof had not been coated with the right product from the previous owner who we had purchased it from 1.5 yrs ago. Tom, the owner of Palmetto State RV took pictures and showed us what the problems were. It was not a high presser sale but Tom just wanted to make sure we knew and understood and could SEE what we could be in for if it wasn't repaired soon. Tom gave us a VERY fair quote and kept it inside his shop until we made the decision of what to do. He didn't want it to leak inside until the repair was made.Palmetto State RV is one of the best RV Camper repair facilities around! If you need your camper or RV repaired you will NOT GO WRONG here and get a fair price, friendly and accommodating service and definitely friendly people to work with. We definitely feel that they are trustworthy and honest and they go the extra 5 MILES to work with you to get your RV fixed properly and back on the road. Don't hesitate to give Tom a call. You can't go wrong here!!

I took a used class b I had just purchased to have the electrical system looked at since I was uneasy about it. Anthony took a look and knew that it was unsafe to travel in and recommended a number of improvements to get me back on the road. I was impressed with his knowledge and the care he had to be sure that I wasn t out of commission for too long. He kept me informed throughout the repair process and let me know if he found anything new as he did his repairs. Upon pickup he walked me through everything to be sure I understood what was done. I highly recommend them for any work you need done.

Recently bought a Montana fifth wheel from here. Salesmanship and professionalism unparalleled. Thank you to Tom and Shaun for making this step up to a fifth wheel a pleasant experience. The patience with tons of questions was great. Overall an awesome experience. It was well worth the four hour drive from Georgia for this specific model we have searched for. We found Palmetto State RV through fb when searching for a camper. We had the best experience possible! My husband and I are new to camping and choosing and buying our first camper was so easy with Palmetto State RV! They took the time to really go over every detail and answer any questions we had. They are a small family owned business and they are in it for the customer not just the sell. They had to stay late due to our own faults, but they did it without complaint. I can t recommend them enough. We will definitely be lifelong customers.

I took our camper in to have warranty repairs done before the warranty ran out. Anthony and I went over what I needed repaired. He called me a few days later to give me an update and said it would be completed next week. When I went to pick it up he went over everything that was repaired. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anybody that needs an RV repair.

Went to Palmetto State RV to have a weight distribution hitch installed for my new camper. Very satisfied with the work (they did it as I waited). I took off a star in the rating because they charged me an extra $36 because I used a debit card. Future visits, I'll have cash.

We took our RV here to have some work done after we had taken it to another local RV sales/repair place that told us nothing was wrong. The other place kept our RV for several weeks before they even looked at it. Palmetto found the problem and repaired it in under a week. Great job! They have our future business.

Hi everyone,I had found the RV I was looking for at Palmetto State RV online after extensive searches and my only reference was God after praying about the whole thing for a while which was answered. Where do I begin...Thomas LaBrie (Tom) answered my phone call and immediately I sensed a connection of trust after only speaking with him briefly.We verbally made a deal and then I made the short trip to place a down payment. I had some legality issues which set me back a few days, but Tom stayed with me thru the end. Not only was this the best sales experience that I ever had, but Tom ensured and went above and beyond to make the sale not only a super great deal, but went the extra mile to prep and deliver my RV above expectations. Hands down, the most friendly, fair sales experience I have had as well as they do repair work cheaper than any dealer known. 5 star rating to say the least! Thanks Tom and Anthony, God Bless.

The dealing that I have had with Tom has been nothing but outstanding. Tom help me with my camper that was purchased at another dealership to resolve the issues that I was having with it. He is a customer type person that wants to help you. Your problem is his problem and if I was in the market of purchasing a new camper I sure would be talking to Tom first.

I had a problem with my ac unit and called and talked to Thomas. Told me to bring it in. I thought I would have to leave the camper. I never unhook it. Fixed the unit while I waited. I highly recommend Palmetto State RV!
