I bought a car here three years ago, and 50,000 miles later, the car still runs great. I have never had any major issues with my vehicle. I had a misfire, but it was simply due to the spark plugs being the ones the car was built with.

UPDATE: I know this is sort of a late edit, but I wanted to upgrade this review. After speaking with the guys here at Sandwood they were kind enough to help out with the expenses to repair our vehicle after this incident. They were honorable about taking some responsibility and I was ultimately very happy with how it was all sorted out.I'm not sure where to rate my latest experience with Sandwood. We've bought from them a few times now and have always had good experiences. Our latest car we bought about a month ago, and we had the starter blow out on it, and the engine now needs to be replaced. It was a Hyundai and part of the mass recall on their engines and we are hoping Hyundai will cover the cost of the engine replacement. But we are still out 700 bucks in repairs for the starter before ever making a payment on the vehicle.I'm giving them three stars because the purchase experience was really good, I felt like we got as fair a deal as is possible right now, but also feel like they should have checked out the car better and known about this engine defect and taken care of it before selling it to anyone. I learned about it after spending 30 seconds on Hyundai's website, I feel they could have made a similar effort.

Sandwood Co Inc. Is the best Used Car Dealer that I have ever known. I have bought 2 vehicles from them fairly recently. All their vehicles are in very good condition, not like quite a few others I have used. The owners Doug and Brian are super businessmen. They are a rare breed..honest and caring. I will never shop anywhere else and I highly recommend them to each and e very one of you.

Was sold a lemon even though I had it inspected called and no help w/ anything I was a repeat customer not anymore buyers beware!

I bought a used car from Brian and they cleaned it up before they gave it to me, he worked with me buying the car out of town returning my calls promptly and I was able to pick it up after hours and it was well priced. I highly recommend them!

My husband and i bought a truck in 2009 and still drive it to this day! We have bought 6 vehicles from sandwood and if there was a problem doug the owner always had a solution doug is a very honest man. I will not go anywhere else to by a vehicle.

AVOID,AVOID,AVOID!!!! I drove nearly 40 minutes from another city to get to this place. I went to look at a particular car. The car wouldn't crank up. My uncle checked the oil & it wasn't any in it. The tires were balled & there were 4 different tires on the car! After multiple attempts to get the car cranked the engine was rattling & shaking bad. I glanced at other vehicles on the lot. They too had balled tires & had cosmetic issues. The manager than tries to offer me another car. Umm I think NOT! Do yourself a favor: GO ELSEWHERE! This place sells junk cars for sure!
