New to area - was recommended to me by a relative. Overall happy, it was a large job on a foreign car. Typically would have cost me more in Northern Virginia, and they finished it sooner than I thought. Pleased!

Poor communication, poor customer service. I m disappointed in Luke s. I got a referral here and my wife s car had a problem with a headlight assembly about two months before I deployed to the Middle East. I told them I was trying to fix it so my wife wouldn t have to deal with it after I left since she would have enough on her plate taking care of our family. Long story short, it took a couple weeks before they even ordered the part but they ordered the wrong one. They sent it back and told us they would get the correct part. But more weeks went by and they never even ordered the correct part. They didn t communicate with us. Finally they told my wife after I deployed that they just weren t going to fix it and come get our money back since the part they were supposed to order was more expensive than they thought. It took three months for them to figure that out. Maybe others had a good experience here, but mine was very disappointing.

They get you in and out quick but I think it s at the expense of accuracy. About a month ago, had some vibration, asked them to check ball joints and suspension. They said it was struts..spent 1200 on fronts and spark plugs. Car drove better for a couple days then vibration was back. Went to another mechanic said it was lower control arm which includes, you guessed it ball joints. My struts could have waited I m sure but maybe they thought I would bring it back to them again to fix whatever next issue.

I took my car here because it was recommended. First I got my A/C fixed, it was $600 they got it done in one day not bad. Then, I took it here again to get my heat fixed. They charged about the same. My car was reliable before I took it to this shop to get my heat fixed. After I dropped it off, they told me i had a few other problems and they needed to flush out my car and they promised my heat would be fixed also. I got my car back and there was no heat, on that day it was hot outside I was extremely busy and had NO time to explain things to anyone. There was also NO water in my car. They did not even tell me there was no water in my car I drove atleast a hour 1/2 with no water. I'm young I shouldn't have had to check my water after spending $600 to get my car fixed... right!? Anyways, I took it back there, left it for 2 weeks they still did not fix anything and now I've been having ALOT of problems with my car including my speaker they sound like they have water in them. Now I am unable to drive my car. My heat still wasnt fixed and I wasted $600. I am now needing to buy another car. I do not recommend this place -10/10.Service: Air conditioning

They got me in the next day when all the other shops that I called said it would be at least a week. I dropped my truck off just before they closed and the next morning they woke me up with their diagnosis and estimate. They worked with the warranty company and got the repairs done in a timely manner. I'm so happy to have multiple annoying issues finally fixed. The guys were courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

I do not recommend!! They will half fix your car and prepare for a misdiagnosis. I recommended a couple my buddy's to these folk and boy do I regret that! Both have jad to get remakes or other issue arose with car. Just go to Camden Aitomotibe down tje road. You'll pay a little more but you car will be fixed RIGHT the FIRST TIME!!

We had issues with our enclosed utility trailer while traveling through Camden. We called several road side repair shops - one hung up on us - and one said their crew was on lunch but they d be on the way to help when they got back. Three hours later, after three phone calls they said they couldn t fix it - yet Luke answered the phone HIMSELF and said, I don t generally work on trailers but I can help you . Luke, his team of OUTSTANDING mechanics are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, confident and very personal me. Thank you so much. We really appreciate your going out of your way.
