Absolutely bewildered by how this guy handles business. Will actively ignore your calls, won t call to give updates, and takes months to actually do any work for you (after you have already dropped off your vehicle). Hands down the worst mechanics shop in the area.

I was having a hard time with another shop and a friend suggested I go to Jack Jones. They couldnt get to it right away, which I understood.. busy is a good sign. They ended up having the best prices so I definitely recommend.

He has always been very helpful and gets the job done and if he can't he let's you know someone else he knows. I highly recommend him!!

I had to get my rack & pinion replaced and pretty much my entire power steering system in my '05 Cadillac. Jack was an absolute pleasure every step of the way. I bought my own parts and they installed them promptly and was very considerate with re-packaging the cores so i could take them to AutoZone. They called me as soon as my car was done and let me pay over the phone for convenience. Overall this was a great experience and while I hope I don't have to go back if I ever need to, this is definitely where I'll be taking my business to.

Great Mechanic shop. Their prices are super competitive! I needed a Timing Belt & Water Pump replacement. One shop wanted to charge me $1,200, where Jack Jones Auto charged me only $300! I saved $900! Keep in mind, that price was for my particular car & model. Other vehicle's prices may vary, but I guarantee you Jack Jones Auto will BEAT their commercial competitors!

Personally, one star is too nice. If there was a negative star, or a zero option, that would be the one I choose. A family friend of mine chose to bring his car to Jack through multiple references. He took it up to Jack s September 4th, and told them to fix what needed to be fixed, and told them not to rush. On top of paying $100 for a tow bill, he called multiple times a day, up to February 18th - and they said they d get to it and that it was next. Any company that had any professionalism would at least call and give an update at least maybe two weeks into the vehicle there. Now, the vehicle has absolutely more damage including flat tires from sitting for so long, and a dead battery because Jack s never even started the vehicle to TRY and work on it. They could have at least had the decency to call and say hey man, we don t have time to work on this vehicle, maybe we can refer you to someone else. I d love to be able to recommend this place, but even if you get an oil change, you might wait a couple months. Now on top of that $100, he s out another hundred dollars for a tow bill to get it out of Jack s.. This is beyond frustrating and no company should run this way. if this was an actual dealership, it d be lit into flames by the GM!!

Clutch went out, had to have my car towed in. Talked to the owner on the phone beforehand, he told me the labor and about what to expect in parts. Good deal, took no time & did it right, been more than a month, 6 speed focus SVT shifts like new. Mr Jones explained about saving the oil that was in the transmission reusing it; that's the experience you want.Service: Transmission

I blew a head gasket near Camden and had my truck towed to to them based on Google reviews. That was in October. I still at the end of December don t have my truck back. In that time THEY HAVE NOT CALLED ME ONE TIME. Every thing I ve learned about my truck is from me calling them.I am mechanically savy. I know my way around an engine. And I know how long jobs take. I am a very very patient and understanding person.It was 2 weeks before they took the head off. I called and they told me I needed a new head. I asked Jack to call he never did. So I called to tell him to go ahead and get another head. 3 weeks later he still hadn t found one.. I looked myself and found several options. I called him back and told him what to look for and were to look. I was. Looking for my own part for him. He allegedly found one but now every time I call, Jack is either out or no one answers. I have no idea what is going on. Nobody calls me. I called 9 times today. And his mechanic answered once and said Jack stepped out and to call back.I am a reasonable, sane person. Have been without a car for over 2 months (for a 4 hour job). I have never been contacted 1 single time. One star is too good of a review for my experience.

Have used Jackie Jones auto since 2003! The only mechanic I want working on my truck ! Always a first class operation !

We're Taking him to court. He did a diagnostic, said he fixed the problem for 700 and when I picked it up, still the same issue. Then he diagnosed it again and now says it reads kia recall. One star is to good for sure they never called me not once in the 2 weeks they had my car needed windshield wipers and they never fixed them and for sone reason I basically had to tell them what was wrong with my car and what to fix bc they never actually looked into it and never called me with a quote just did the work I told them to do super sad I really trusted them since my grandmother has been using them for 20+ years ughhhhh!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair
