Stuart saved my arse on a Saturday when I got stranded on a road trip heading home with 150 miles to go. My Ford Explorer's front wheel bearings went out because of a botched job another mechanic did when I had a complete brake job just a month ago. Stuart worked me in even though he was busy and scheduled to close soon. I was back on the road headed home within a couple of hours. Thank you Stuart!

I wasn t really looking forward to having to put out a review like this, but I m the owner of a 06 blue VW Jetta. I took my car here and it was supposed to have had work done on it and I was told things had been done on it, my family and I we re overseas while trying to make sure my car was ready in good condition when we got home. We had paid all the money owed for what we wanted worked on just for it to not work at all when we received my car. I paid for services that didn t work or service my car instead anytime I tried to drive my car it felt like it was going to fall all apart and obviously no work had been done on it and every time we ve asked to receive money back on this there s always been an excuse. I trusted and so did my family in having my car worked on and completed in good condition and even that couldn t be done nor receiving back what we spent. I m having to sell my vehicle because of this and the lack of communication and being honest, not being understanding to the fact we re military and have children and needed our vehicle and are instead having to sell it is ridiculous. I wouldn t nor will I trust my vehicle or any here ever again .Services: Transmission, Brakes, A/C installation & repair

Historic Camden Body Shop needs to be shut down! My son gave the owner (Stuart) money up front to put an engine in his car and that was a YEAR ago, it has not been done. The owner repeatedly makes excuses after excuses about when he will finally fix the problem and put a motor in. I am going to take legal action in this matter. Not good business the take advange of people.

Starter on my 2008 Jeep JKU went out. Brought it to HCAR at 0830 hoping they could fit me in part was under warranty with AutoZone (across the street) they had me back on the road with a new starter by 0930. Quick and professional greatly appreciate the work.

Do not use these people. They will ruin your vehicle and leave you in worse condition than you started. I had a board put in and they broke my dashboard. After months of excuses it was never fixed and apparently the part never arrived. Now I have to pay someone else to fix the damage.

My car was took to this shop and the owner told me my axel had popped out. He worked on it for maybe 5 minutes and charged me $80.00 dollars 3 days later it supposedly did the same thing had another mechanic look at it and it was my shift cable. Thx Stewart for what you did .totally screwed me

This shop is very no nonsense. The guys are very knowledgeable and customer oriented. The prices are good, and they go above and beyond to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I won't go to another shop.
