hood had issues, asked to have it painted, quoted a fair price and they did it.. truck has some age, paint matched well, so far so good... happy with it... will say they are not there to chat... to the point type business ..*seen a post Rg race... not race, just how they do business...

I was recently in an accident and this shop was recommended by my insurance. This shop had my car for 2 months and every time I called to get a status update, the tech would tell me I would have it back by the end of the week, mind you, he told me this 5 times on 5 separate weeks. When I finally did get my car back, my key was broken, housing came off the key fob and the fob was superglued to the remaining part of the key, I did not drop my key off this way. I would have been so much more understanding if they would have been honest with me about the time line and status of my vehicle and if they would have notified me that the key had broke. Their lack of honesty, time management and communication are the reasons I won't be using this shop again. The tech seems like a nice guy, but if I'm communicating, then so should you.

The owner is very nice. My husband had some issues come up while his truck was in the shop-however, the owner was very fast to apologize and make things right even at someone elses fault not of his own. I appreciate his humbleness and willingness to make things right. He communicated with my husband well during the time his truck was in the shop and made sure to have it ready by the deadline.

My vehicle was towed to this establishment due to a recommendation from my insurance company. My vehicle was at this establishment until a estimate was completed and observations done by my insurance adjuster. I probably spoken to the owner maybe 2 or three times by telephone. My vehicle was totaled. The owner was aware when I was coming to retrieve my personal items and plates. I walk into this establishment. I see the owner behind the counter and two other guys on the opposite side of the counter near the entrance. I don't know if the two guys are customers or workers. I approach the counter. The owner does not speak or ask if he can help me. I told him I want my items out of my vehicle. He then addressed me by my name. I followed him to my vehicle to retrieve my items He assisted me in getting my items. He had my plates off my vehicle. He was nice on the telephone. In a business, the owner supposed to greet everyone that walks through the door. That's just good customer service. Maybe if I was white, I would have felt welcomed. He didn't have on a mask like the CDC has recommended. He didn't have a sign on the door saying that a mask is required.

I took my mustang to them from where a lady hit me. He gave me the estimate to turn into the insurance company. Then a week later took it back to him to fix. Very nice guy to work with. They do very good work, I would recommend to everyone that needs body work.

Took my Rav 4 in for repairs and a radiator. They had my vehicle about 2 weeks. When I went to retrieved it, first of all the battery was dead because somebody left it switched to the on position and the lights were on. There were lights coming on that I had not seen before, ie 4 wheel drive light , oil light, engine light. Keith said it needed to be recalibrated, REALLY, JUST FROM CHANGING THE RADIATOR? My car was knocking like someone was under the hood hitting the engine with a hammer. None of this was happening when it was dropped off. I didn't even get 2 miles from the shop. Comes to find out, I now need an engine because they let the car run with no antifreeze in the radiator. Qualified and certified mechanic checked it out and I didn't even tell him about the radiator installment. Of course he didnt take responsibility for it. Costing me about $4000. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT take your vehicle there. Oh, and the paint job is trash, looks like an orange peel, not smooth at all. Do not let your insurance company reccomend City Paint and Body to you. BIG MISTAKE.

First off I need to say the customer service was worth 5 stars but work wasn't. All I will say is you get what you pay for. Took car there because it was convinent and recommend by ins. company (I know why now CHEAP!). After I picked it up there was paint still on trim strips and molding pieces that wasn't cleaned up. And to boot there was partials in the paint that you could see. Also they didn't remove the part to be painted and looking where the bumper met the panel you could see dirt that was painted over with clear coat.

VERY POOR SERVICE ..HAD A HOOD THERE TO GET PAINTED AND AFTER 7 WEEKS STILL WAS NOT FIXED HAD THE NEW HOOD DROPPED SHIPPED THEY DID NOT LOOK AT IT WHEN IT CAME IN IT HAD 2 DENTS IN THE HOOD ALL THEY HAD TO DO IS LOOK AT IT BEFORE THE SAID OK TO THE DRIVER AS ME AND THE OWNER TALKED ABOUT THAT LOOK AT THE HOOD BEFORE YOU SAY OK TO THE DRIVER ..HAD TO PIC UP THE HOOD AFTER 7 WEEKS AT THIS SHOP AND TAKE IT TO ANOTHER SHOP TO BE FIXED COST US MORE MONEY FOR THERE MESS UP ..SO NO I WILL NOT GIVE THEM A GOOD RATING I WILL NEVER USE THEM AND I WILL LET ALL OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW TO STAY AWAY .....you cost us close to 400.00 shame on you very lazy owner stay away ...
