My husband and I used Baker Glass company for many years and were very pleased with their service until yesterday. I went to their store to get a piece of glass cut for a picture frame. The employee took my order and cut the glass for me immediately. When I asked for a piece of cardboard to protect the new piece of glass while in transport, the owner was extremely rude and refused to even sell me a piece of scrapcardboard to protect the glass. He then ordered his employee to put up the glass and ordered me to leave his store and never come back. He even told me to take my business to Hobby Lobby! I have never been treated so rudely by a business owner !I immediately went to Hobby Lobby, got my glass cut, bought a piece of foam board, got the whole thing packaged and loaded into my car by a courteous young lady. Business owners like Robert Baker do not deserve to be in business with the kind of attitude he displayed yesterday. Thank goodness for Christian- owned and operated stores like Hobby Lobby!.

They are going to replace my car windshield, but I have used them before and love doing business with them. Great service, the people are so nice and great prices. My husband has used them for over 15 years with his business.

Called in to see about getting a mirror cut down to size and was told that they were backed up and I would have to drop it off. Waited about a week and loaded the mirror up and drove down to the shop only to be told that they didn't have anyone that could do the work. I told the lady that I was dropping it off and could pick it up later. she then told me that the work was not worth the time and they just didn't do that anymore. Very disappointed as they have done many jobs for me in the past. Not sure what has changed at the shop but they have lost the customer focus they once had. I will never beg anyone to take my money, Taking my business elsewhere.

Very helpful. Great quote over the phone easy people to get along with. They have cut glass for my projects and done glass on my car. I have no had any issues at all with them

While visiting from out of state, I needed to have chip in windshield fixed. They checked and said windshield would need to be replaced but that I could make it home to AL. Thank you Baker Glass for their honest assessment.

Ms. Dee Dee was wonderful to work with. Need a side window that they did not have on stock; they were able to get it and in stall it within only two days. All of this at fair price.

Called to have a windshield and back window taken out of a Cadillac so it can be painted and apparently the do not do automotive windows
