Had a great experience here. Trying to find a part was told by another auto parts store would not be found. Pulled up, door was opened for me, and part found in less than 30 seconds. Even though didn t have in store, told me it would be there by 10:30. Am the next day. Arrived at 10:30 and it was there. Staff are knowledgeable and professional. Treated me as customer and not a female that had no car knowledge!!

Do not ever order parts from this store that they have to ship to the store. If they screw up and order the wrong part, they will not refund the shipping. 7/12/23. The worker said they won't allow them to refund shipping charges. I lost 8 bucks when I should have just ordered it off Amazon (where it was cheaper anyway).

Austin and Donald are awesome! I showed up 20 minutes before closing to purchase a battery for my wife's car fully expecting to install it myself since it was so late. Nope. These guys didn't even hesitate to come outside and install it. No complaints, just went to work. This is exactly why I go to Advance. I know that if we have any issues in the future, they will be there to help.

Donald was awesome, I appreciate all his help on my battery replacement. It was not an easy one to change out but he didn t quit and I appreciate his help and friendly attitude. His customer service was top notch!

I ve got to say that Jason went above and beyond to help me in every way possible. If I could give this location 10 stars I would. My car was towed in because the temperature gauge was reading high. Jason diagnosed the problem and determined that a hose had pretty much disintegrated from wear and tear and that I d need a new one. He told me he could fix the problem. I was very surprised because I was expecting to have to find a way back to N.C. with a rental car and try to get back to get the car taken care of somehow.Jason worked on my car for over an hour and a half to 2 hours straight in around 30 degree weather.....with shorts on!!!! The part was hard to get off and there was barely any room to work with but he kept at it and never gave up! I couldn t feel my toes so I don t know how his hands were working but he helped me get the truck back up and running perfectly.Awesome Job Jason!! I appreciate you and the company is definitely in good hands with employees like you there.I d recommend this location to anyone I know.Thanks again!!

I pulled into Advanced with a blown radiator hose, and was greeted instantly by friendly/helpful faces. The General Manager Jason was more than helpful, and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. THANK YOU JASON YOU ROCK!!

So we went there to get wiper blades and as we were trying them out the bushing on the control arm broke. Of course, Jeep does not sell the bushings. Wound up rigging something up to get us by (5 day wait for the wiper assembly for the RHD Jeep). Associate Jason worked on this thing with me for 2 hours. Refused when I offered him lunch. Good dude. Really appreciate his help today.

I stopped at this location April 16th 2020 I head having problems with one of my work trucks motor started knocking but the motor was only about half a quart low so I decided to put some Lucas in and your employee Carl checked me out. I went outside and lWent outside put in and it didn't help at all. So I thought maybe it's a knock sense I had asked Carl if he could do me a favor and put a car scanner on it and he said no he wasn't able to do that at this time the store wasn't understaffed there was at least to employees on duty and only one customer in the store. Carl doesn't no that I am a commercial account with 18 company trucks and the lack of customer service at this location is down unacceptable

Great people and just about everything you will need for your vehicle. I had a battery installed for free and the battery was reasonably priced. The installer was knowable and explained everything.

Once they make the sale, they go from your best friend to I don't remember that transaction, happened more than once. After a $40K used truck purchase.. Never again.
