Outstanding customer service. Extremely knowledgeable team that did an awesome job on the brakes for my Lexus NX! Also the prices were unbeatable! Hands down one of the easiest, most efficient car services I have ever had! 10/10 would recommend

This is a truck stop. We stopped here for gas on the way to Kissimmee Florida. The store area was very clean. I love the style of sink in the women's bathroom. The store area was clean. The food court had three areas to order food and smoothies. The eating area needed cleaning. It had black beans and rice all over several tables.

So I was in town visiting from Texas, and of course, I had an issue with my truck. Stopped by because they were recommended by a local friend, best decision ever. They replaced the part, and I was ready to travel again in no time. And very reasonable price.

We had to have our RV towed to their shop.They did diagnostic and found the problem.They then called Good Sams extended warranty and got approval to do work.They also had to reconnect drive shaft. Bobby and Chris were very helpful and friendly. My tire blew out and Thank God Planet Automotive was right across the street from the gas station I stopped at after bumping down the road a couple miles. I went in and Chris was at the front desk. He came right out and checked it out. He was so nice. We went back in to the air conditioned waiting area while he checked for a tire. They had one. I gave up my keys and relaxed while waiting. They had it done in a short time. I was pleasantly surprised at the great price. Then I was on my way. I'll be going back to get the other three new ones to match. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their car serviced or tires. Thank you Plant Automotive center.Service: Tires

Haus, the owner Took me in on a day that I just stopped by about my battery and ran the codes to find out that I needed a new one without making me wait and ordered a batter for me overnight and replaced it in less than 30 minutes. I was so impressed!I highly recommend Planet Automotive!

These guys will do there best to take care of you. I'm redoing after todays experience. I took my truck in and told the person up front that I had a grinding noise on my front pads. They checked and said it was back brakes and there was no problem with fronts. So after over 1000 dollars for back brakes I'm back with the same problem after I feel something popped in front brakes, and they tell me it blew front calipers. And they were supposed to check and fix windshield washer and they did not even check it at all. I don't know what happened to planet Automotive but to me it has gone down on service. If someone had drove and check they would have found the problem was the front brakes. Well planet Automotive you took me for over 1000 dollars. Enjoy you will never see our trucks again.I was contacted by owner and we have worked out the breakdown in communication and I will be taking my trucks to Planet Automotive for service.I really appreciate Planet Automotive stepping up and resolving the issues I had. That says alot about how they care.

I had a great first experience here. I was able to get a next day appt for an oil change. I m use to waiting 2-3 hours at the Toyota dealership WITH an appointment. Chris and his guys got me in and out in far less than an hour. This will definitely be my go to place in the future.

10/10 recommend taking your vehicle to planet auto for any auto needs!!!!!After taking my car to Palmetto Ford and it sitting there for a week just to pay $250 and be told nothing was wrong with it I got in it to leave and it did the same thing that I claimed it had been doing. Fast forward two weeks after being told they would get all the parts and let me know when to bring it back, I still had not heard from them.A friend sent my contact info to Planet Automotive Service Center s owner, Chris, and within a few hours he reached out. He was quick and super efficient about filing the claim, ordering the parts and even pushing me to double check if they would cover a rental!He turned my frustrating experience into a smooth and pleasant one and I ll DEF be returning for all future service needs!!!(It s an hour and 10 minutes from my house and completely worth the drive!!!)Customer experience goes a LONG way these days! My husband had been waiting for the dealership to get in touch with him about repairs for his truck. Fast forward 18 months and still no call even after calling them several times within the first few months. We called several other repair shops and they said they wouldn t touch it. So my husband contacted the owner of Planet Auto and he obliged to work on the truck personally. We are very grateful for Chris to take on the challenge and succeed! Thanks so much for your help. Planet Auto has done work on all our vehicles and we ve never had a bad experience.One other time my daughter s suv was dropped off at another shop and they told her she needed a new engine. We got a second opinion from Planet Auto and they found that only the timing chain needed to be replaced! A much more cost effective solution compared to a new engine. I highly recommend Planet Auto. Very helpful, honest and friendly owner, Chris, and his shop manager, Bobby.

I was dreading an upcoming oil change (because I have been taking my SUV all the way to Summerville) and then my good friend suggested I try Planet Automotive. I called and made an appointment and I'm so glad I did. They were very nice and they took my keys and got started right away. They not only changed the oil, they also did an inspection. I was pleased, getting the oil changed at PA not only saved me the time and aggravation of driving all the way to Summerville, but the oil change itself was about 23 dollars less than what I was paying before. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I will definitely be using them for my automotive needs in the future.Service: Oil change

I had a good experience here for a good price. That s not common everywhere! Not many places actually. Business was booming but the rotation of clientele was smooth, fairly quick, and thorough. They also send a chart of all the issues with your vehicle for future service if you choose to continue with them. Either way, they supply the chart via text link for your records. New and awesome experience!Service: Brakes

Awesome place to have your car worked on. Everyone was so pleasant and nice environment was real clean and the service was great I'd recommend this place to anybody. I picked up a screw in my 200 series LC tire and it was deflating quickly. We found Planet Automotive a couple of miles away and thankfully they were open (President s Day). Bobby and his team took me in and did a full patch and test and remount after doing a quick evaluation. The facility and waiting area is extremely well kept and comfortable. My Jeep Grand Cherokee has been running poorly for a few weeks and after the run around at the local dealership, I reached out to the team at Planet Automotive for help. They were able to quickly diagnose the root cause and develop a corrective action plan for my vehicle. They coordinated with the warranty company and were able to bring new life to my vehicle with 100k miles. I had a truck repair other shops did not want take on. Chris and his team not only took on the repair but nailed it! Couldn't be happier, I knew my truck was in good hands! Although many 'wrong' parts were delivered, Chris and his crew worked through all the issues without a single complaint from their end. I've been to this place on several occasions mainly because it is close to me. I have utilized this service on several occasions for several reasons. I've always been happy with the result whether it be them telling Me they can't do it for whatever reasor or telling me what is wrong before they get into it. I've been very happy with the professionalism that i've been seeing seeing upon every visit. They might not fix everything, but they'll be up front with you about everything. Certainly worth the try if you have car needs. And in my travels, I have certainly found them to be cheaper than most. Even comparative at times.
