Do not come here for tire service. I typically do all service on my vehicles my self but I don't have equipment for tire replacement so I decided to come here. The technicians here scratched up the rims on my car. I was watching as they were doing the installation and all the workers gathered around my car it was pretty clear that they noticed they messed up but didn't say anything to me in hopes I wouldn't noticed especially how dirty my rims were after the installation. I clean my car really well even the inside of the rims so idk where all this dirt came from maybe an attempt to cover up the scratches. After they gave me back my car I went around to look for any damage which there was plenty of I went back they came out to take a look took pictures and my contact information. They said I would receive a call it's been a couple a weeks now and I still haven't heard back. My guess is they never intended to reach out to me from the beginning just said a couple of things to get me out of there. They are clearly not very experienced with the majority of the workers looking like they are still in highschool. If they are so careless with their work I can't imagine what other steps the skip with other services they offer. I've been working on cars for a very long time if you want your car to last and run skip this place all together.***UPDATE***It's been 3 months and I have still not heard anything from Walmart about them scratching my rims. I am not surprised, my assumption about them was correct to begin with. They simply don't care about you or your vehicle. Imagine if they cause some mechanical issues to your vehicle and will avoid taking responsibility. Whatever you do don't come here not even for an oil change you might come here for something simple but they can cause some major damage to your vehicle and leave you to deal with it out of your own pocket.

The staff at the auto center were very nice and compassionate seeing I needed a tire change for traveling emergency due to a death in the family. They offered to stay over and help me and I appreciate this kindness in my situation!! Very professional! Thank you to Nick, Mike and Brice who worked today to help me when I needed it the most! Guy that checked me in was not friendly at all to me or the woman in front of me. Took him 10 min to come talk to us and then he put my oil change down under a 2500 diesel I used to have. I was in a small little s10. He put in the notes it was a s10 guess he was to lazy to do it the right way. Only good thing was they was quick at the oil change took about 25min

Went to Walmart in Boiling Springs tire and lube center because I was having some vibration with my tires. A technician came out to my vehicle and I explained what the problem was. He walked off talked to another technician and that technician came up to my car and said that sounds like a brake issue. The technician then recommended I take my vehicle to another business that handles those kind of issues because they don't. They did not even make an attempt to even check my vehicle tires. To make a long story short I took it to the business that they recommended and came to find out one of my back tires was worn all the way down to the metal on the inner side of my tire. The technicians at the Walmart in Boiling Springs did not even make an attempt to even want to check my tires.

Now I usually come here to get my oil changed. It s cheaper than other places & so I don t mind the wait. But I went to call today to see how much it cost to do a tire rotation & the phone rang & rang. What is up with these people not knowing how to answer the phone??? It baffles me. I ll mention it tomorrow to them to their face. Loses a star from me for not answering the phone & loses another star for closing so soon. Most people don t even get off work till 6. So closing at 7 is absurd to me.Services: Tires, Oil change

The two young ladies that my granddaughter and I have dealt with were very nice and did all they could to make our experience a pleasant one. Nothing flustered them. They did their job very efficiently and made you feel like you were the only customer there even though there was a line. Great job ladies!! Will be going there to get my oil change and tires rotated. See ya'll soon, again

Common sense has kept me from ever visiting a Walmart Auto Center before, but when I had a flat tire on a Sunday morning I was supposed to be meeting someone to sell the car and nowhere else was open, compromises must be made. It was about as bad as I expected. I brought them just the single wheel with the flat so they didn't even have to deal with the vehicle. They took the wheel and told me it would be about 30 minutes, which is already a really high estimate as a flat repair should really only take 15 minutes tops and they only had one other vehicle at the time. I then proceeded to watch a grand total of THREE technicians all at once work on my single wheel and they somehow managed to take a FULL HOUR. It was actually kind of incredible, sort of like watching people move in super slow motion in real life. Any other shop would have knocked it out with one technician in less than 15 minutes. I was then charged 15 dollars for the lousy performance despite most other better shops doing it for free. To top it all off, when I went to collect the wheel they pretended they couldn't see me standing outside the shop and tried to continue standing around doing nothing until I explicitly called them out. I asked them what air pressure they put in the tire out of curiosity and they responded "No idea." So I then had to wait for them to go actually put proper air pressure in it. By now we were at an hour and a half for one flat repair and I was now late to meet my buyer. This review would probably be a one star except despite everything else bad, they managed to not lose my custom valve cap, they didn't lose my center cap, actually mounted my directional tire the right way, and didn't counter-balance the wheel. It's incredible that so many shops fail at these things so I have to count it as a plus but thats the world we live in. I definitely won't be back unless it's another absolute emergency, though.

Changed my oil and filter on Toyota Tundra. Price was great under $40. People were very nice and answered all of my questions! Definitely coming back

We went there yesterday to get 2 tires changed and was told it would be 3 hours (like the other review)... there were 3 cars ahead of us ... We left, but went in the store to shop. We were in there for about an hour and heard them call 3 people to come pick up there car in automotive. SO they absolutely LIED about the time it would take ..... We will be going to pick up our tires today, and going somewhere else.

Always get my car serviced here.. people always complain about the slow service but quick doesn t always mean thorough. Life s too short to always be in a hurry. It s a lot cheaper here than anywhere else and they always do a fantastic job. Extremely friendly people. They have had and will continue to have my business in the future!

So I went for an oil change around 9 am 1 car inside. Attendant told me it would be really long time only 1 person was working other would be in at 11. Go back at 1130 1 car and same guy told me it was going slow probably be a long time. If you don't want business just shut down.

I was the 2nd person in line when I came, I've seen *EDIT* 3 people have left before me . And I got here waaaaay before they did. Looks like the crew is moving in slow motion. 2 guys are playing around , while 1 guy works on my tires. And the guy working on my tires was lolli gaging for a while before I even began to put on my new tires. My car sat there for a good 20 mins with no tires or anything on it. I remember why I dont come here now. They made my husband wait 3 hrs 1 time. How could I forget that ...

Horrible Customer Service! I am a student here in Spartanburg and went to get tires checked. Older Lady at Auto Care desk was very rude! She yelled so much when I asked her what was wrong with the tire that my dad could hear her over the phone and had to tell her to stop yelling at me. Never had a issue with this Walmart but, today was just HORRIBLE!

This walmart has the worst hospitality and experienced staff in the tire department. We just moved from the greenville area and for years we have used walmart's oil change service in both greenville and simpsonville and have had great service. Problems I had at this property- burning smell after oil change, air filter was taken off (after I said I didn't need it changed) then they didn't replace it correctly (was making a loud noise when I left), took to long ( usually they come to your car to see what services needed but, I had to find them) and then they told me to "hold on a minute" while they sat around and talked about what they did the night before. Never going back to this property and will not recommend it for anyone.

I ve always got my oil changed here and they do a great job every time. The workers who ask what I am there for especially are very nice and helpful.

It s the worse tire center in America. They took 3 hours to change 2 tires. They are the most clueless personal I ve seen. They work for 10 minutes and take a break for 30 minutes. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Nice people, it s first come first serve so a little bit of a wait but it s worth the wait because their prices are way lower than any other auto shop. Been here many times and will continue to use them.

Only picked one star cause zero isn't an option. Worst experience ever. Came for a simple tire patch. Had to hunt down the employees THEN they stood around and talked for 30 minutes before even looking at the car. Poor poor service will NEVER be back. Don't waste your time.

Got my oil changed. They were short-handed but managed to get it done pretty quickly once they got it in. I started to get nervous because I had to get to work and they had my car sitting there for over and a half an hour before they finally pulled it in.

One star (because I had to) for the store manager's decision to close service center while the employees unload trucks that are backed up! Come up with a different solution then closing! Closes at 6. I ve been sitting in front of the door since 6 pm it is now 6:26 all doors are closed. I walked around the building and the auto care employees are smoking in the front where the buggies are.
