They wouldn't change my oil because my oil pan is cracked and leaking from running over a pipe in the road. They said my car would blow up if they changed the oil. I left and went to TAKE 5 up the street. TAKE 5 took care of me and went over and beyond my expectations to help me. They also cleaned the excess oil off my pan and engine. My car didn't blow up . Thanks TAKE 5, YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!

Great service great employees but so ridiculously expensive 103$ for a basic oil change is Ludacris..in reply to there comment after price checking 3 different places with a of 63$ avergae 103$is alot of money for 4.02qts of synthetic oil and oil filter only!!!!

Very disappointed to hear how Veronica treats her employees. My family and I went to this Valvoline multiple times, but after hearing how employees are treated, we will not be returning. I will take my business and money elsewhere, where employees are valued and appreciated, not told I m gonna call HR right now, and if I can fire you, you re going to be fired today when dealing with sickness that leaves them unable to breathe. This is such a shame and disappointment.Service: Oil change

Fast an knowledgeable employees. The awards in the establishment speaks on how much the employees value there jobs. They performed a oil change an radiator flush on my suburban. I m not going anywhere else they ve just made a life time customer.

Vavoline is my go to oil change place! I used to frequent Jiffylube but after being ripped off SO many times I switched to Vavoline and never complained about getting work done on my Rhonda (Kia Soul) again! This Vavoline team was exceptional in their knowledge, quick and beyond friendly. Even their in house coffee is delicious.

They are reasonable when you take in your personal vehicle. But when my husband took his work truck in , they really added up the charges and changed everything they could change. Topped off anything they could even find a drop low. He was very displeased with the ridiculously high charge.

These guys are fast and efficient and they perform a multi-point check on your vehicle to make sure things are in decent order.

It was quick, everybody there was very pleasant and professional. It's hot outside so they just must be happy people who know what they're doing.I have a 20% off coupon on my phone and they were only able to give me 15% off or $17. That's no big deal oh, but this is something corporate needs to fix. I must have 20 emails saying I get 20% off. This had nothing to do with where I went to go get my oil changed they were fantastic

My second time going to get an oil change. It was worth the price as the service was once again for good. The checklist they use is very helpful keeping car in good shape. Christopher and team were very good. The only concern is the business needs fans/AC during the warm and hot days for customers that wait in the car.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I stopped in today, October 23rd, 2022 to get my air pressure checked and to see if I had a nail in one of my tires. The whole staff was very courtesy and went above and beyond to solve my tire issue. I will always use this place from now on. Best customer service in Spartanburg County!Service: TiresService: Tires

The workers are always friendly and do a good job..only issue I have is the last two times I needed to get my tires rotated the one time the girl said that they couldn't on my car even though I've had it done before, And the second time they said it was broken. They are always quick!

Had my parents take my vehicle here to have the oil changed because i work third shift at BMW in Greer, SC as a rework technitian. They were informed of a oil leak on the motor they needed to repair. They declined and informed them of what i did for a living. I checked it today at Moes tire and lube to find that the oil leak was due to a improperly torqued oil filter.

Fantastic & fast service. The employees are knowledgeable and professional. Much better than at the dealership. You get to stay in your vehicle during the process. Just roll your window down, and it'll be easy for you to communicate with the employees taking care of your vehicle. I highly recommend you check out this place for your next oil change!

I came by on 4/13/22 and had to get my oil changed. I have a fleet car and Michael Colbert did a wonderful job on the computer getting all the information input so Myiah Taylor could change my oil and check everything out that was needed to be done they both are very nice people and do a wonderful job I will be going back to see them when it s time to. They were running the place by theirselves that day their other helpers were out sick. Go by and see them they will do you right.KimI had another oil change today and Charley did it she was wonderful she did a great job.Services: Battery, Oil change

Awesome place to get quick service. Prices are easy to understand no hidden fees. They staff are very friendly and explain everything to the fullest and also tell you everything they can see that may be a future problem with your car. They give you a sheet with what the car needs relating to safety.

They asked, "Have you had your car serviced with us before?" I replied, "Yes, that's why we're back!" I was so impressed by the service I got on my little ole truck I brought my finicky Cooper S in for her oil change. Not only am I always satisfied with their service, the guys are a lot of fun just to talk with about random car stuff. I greatly prefer personality over starched-shirt customer service, and this crew never disappoints. They're very knowledgeable and thorough, and they'll always have my business.

I choose valvoline because of their oil quality and the service i usally receive when visiting Valvoline Instant Oil change. I also worked at a Valvoline while in high school. With that said, my review today hurts me to have to leave, but without honest reviews, bad things stay bad and good things go unnoticed.The Good, The Advisor Young Lady was good. She relayed my every request and did her best. The break down was after she delegates the tasks to her co workers. 6 workers standing laughing and vaping and playing, while 1 other young lady is working the pit. I asked for my chassis to be lubed. I was told one fitting. There are 9 on my front end and 2 in the drive shaft in rear and 1 on the front drive shaft. Had just one of the 5 or 6 workers helped her in the pit, this would have been done better. I am actually going to stop at the shop across the street double acheck the oil change and finish the job. Definitely disappointed today. If not for the 2 Young ladies efforts, I would have left zero stars.Battery tester was broken.Didn't clean my windshield and test out new wiper blades.Alerted me to massive rear main seal leak that is road grime and frame oil.Didn't fulfill request for axle fluid samples and transfer case.No mention of serpentine belt.Didn't check air filter or mention.I know this is not typical of Valvoline, however needing my services to be correct, consistent, and timely will lead me to alternate providers.

If I could put a zero I would! We went in to get a oil change and came out and in less than 5min our vehicle started over heating. Bought it straight back to them and they couldn't do anything for us! Messing around with people's livelihoods is ATROCIOUS, we did not deserve what they did to us (SMH)

We were 8 hours into a nearly 12 hour road trip and we ran over a piece of tire on the highway causing our skidplate to bend and drag on the ground.We looked up the nearest oil change place and ended up at this Valvoline. They quickly helped bend and secure the skidplate and didn't charge us! And let our potty training toddler use their bathroom and did it all with a smile!Also, a bunch of B.A. ladies on this valvoline crew! Awesome experience all around! This is the kind of experience that builds brand loyalty!
